It was very centrally located, very close to the main tullum avenue and the ADO bus station. All restaurants and food spots were very close. There is a retail shop just opposite the hotel. The hotel staff was helpful and used to clean the room everyday. The reception staff was available all the time and was helpful. The hotel is clean and looks good from inside. I took the a non refundable deal as I was already in cancun so got a reasonable price.

There were no irons or iron stand. Also there is no allowance to request late check out even for 30 mins. No kettles in room or tooth brush provided. Air conditioner were not working properly, had to keep them on throughout the stay and shower water drained very slowly.

The location was excellent. The hotel was very clean at all times. The ac, fridge, beds, tv, etc were fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful too. It's quiet and relaxing there. This was my second stay here. I do plan to return. I do hope that they upkeep the hotel.

There was a small leak from the bathroom that soaked the bathroom mat up and this made our stay not so pleasant. The staff was helpful in replacing the mats but it happened everyday.

Well taken care of, bright and very clean place with comfortable beds and daily room service. Be aware, we had a street side room but there are other rooms with windows facing a hallway. Bonus point: Lifts are in good condition and pretty fast, small car park available as well.

Reported issues with lack of water pressure (litteraly just dripping occassionaly) and nothing was ever done about it for 5 days. Toilet seat would move and not stay in place, asked to speak to a manager but that never happend. It would be 10 stars if not the issues listed above as they are pretty good for a Mexican standards. We also avoided Kavia hotels for the rest of our 3 weeks stay due to unresolved issues by management in Cancun.

Everything was clean, the employees were kind and helpful, the cleaning lady was so kind and efficient. The bed was SO comfortable! Everything was well-thinking. There was a lot of useful stuffs close-by (Oxxo, restaurants, bus stop to go to the beach and Aldo's bus station).

There was no window to air the room, no fridge to keep our drinks cold and not enough space on both sides of the beds to freely open our luggages when needed.

if you’re looking to be away from the hotel zone, this is the perfect location in the center of Cancun. hotel is modern, clean and the staff is friendly.

standard rooms have windows on the inside of the building, good to know as I didn’t see it mentioned. basic things such as fridge, coffee machine, anywhere to put your clothes, hooks for towels are missing. gym is really just for show as no weights. pool is more of an evening pool as has no shade. bring enough cash to settle your bill upon check in as this is the only place in Cancun where my card was declined by the machine and they won’t let you get in your room unless your bill is settled even tho they have your card print from the booking.

good location! 2 min walk at parque de las palapas! a lot of local food, no need to go to restaurants! 10 mins walk from the Ado bus! infront of the hotel there is a mini market oxxo which is like the 7 eleven store! I felt safe because there is a guard outside the hotel! I like the pool at the rooftop very relaxing! a lot of restaurants around, you can buy souvenirs from the palapas very good and cheap!

noisy, you will hear people closing their door room! you will hear them talking, the wall are very thin, so if you have a light sleep you will wake up often like I do. Problem of the shower, there is no cover so when you shower all of the water goes around the bathroom! and the thing near the headshower when you can sit down like a chair, it's very unconfortable! I don't thing that is really hygenic to sit there, and it's hard to shower because you cannot move the head of the shower

The customer service is brilliiant.. ... the size of the room is brilliant.. cleanliness is amazing.. if you want to stay with the locals and get a feel of the local restaurants your right next to them.. busy in the day quite at night bit safe. Bus trips to anywhere is a 5min walk and the R6 bus is right outside.

I wasn't so sure about the breakfast but to be fair I was only Limited to a continental breakfast and a omelette..

Very clean, central location, close to the ADO bus station and the bus to Zona Hotelera, receptionist Sandra was super helpful when having a problem with checking in to our flight

Most of the rooms dont have window facing street, only window facing the insides of the hotel

Comfortable stay for 2 nights. Room was big enough for 2 people, spacious bathroom area shower was huge, water pressure not the best but done the job. Water took a while to drain away from shower after use. Room was modern, air conditioning worked well. No windows with natural light but ok for short stay. Location was walking distance to shops restaurants and markets. Wifi worked well. Staff not over friendly but did their jobs well.

Comfortable beds and clean room. Nice rooftop pool with nice view. Walking distance from central market and ADO bus terminal.

Got a message from the hotel saying that I needed to check-in by 6pm otherwise my booking which I had already paid for, wasn’t guaranteed. I messaged them back saying that if I would have known about this policy I would not have booked this hotel and asked for an extension of 7p just in case as I was coming on bus from Merida and never got a response from the hotel.
