The location is amazing if you want to be in the action and there is a beach front area with an adorable bar that I highly recommend! The place is minimalistic. I was only there for a couple of nights and it suited my needs just fine. Everything is in walking distance. And there is even a place to get a massage on the beachfront right at the hotel.

You get what you pay for. It is right near all the clubs so it can be loud at night, but you expect that staying in the action. You need to run the water for a while for it to warm up but sometimes in the heat, a lukewarm shower is necessary! If you are planning to work from here there wasn't a desk in my room so keep that in mind.

I love how this property is right on the beach and the middle of all the restaurants and bars. Also the staff was amazing! They brought us an ice chest After we couldn’t find one at the stores for the snacks and beer we bought!

it was easy to walk to and from the bus stop. it was right on a small private beach for swimming but pretty rocky. location was good as just a block off the main shopping areas but right amid lots of nightlife do make sure to take earplugs or plan on partying til the early hours.

It’s right on the beach and one block from all the shops and restaurants on 5th and it’s next door to an amazing restaurant. The outside of this hotel really is quite charming.

The room wasn’t super clean, although they did clean it everyday. It was still a little dusty, grungy, and the bathroom had mold on the ceiling. Also, there are about three dance clubs right next to this hotel. Most nights the music stops around midnight, so if you like clubs or are a night owl, it’s not a terrible thing.

Having just stayed two blocks up the street at the extremely noisy Beach House Hotel, I moved down the street to here. This hotel is larger and actually connects directly with the beach altho no ocean views from rooms Unfortunately it is only a little bit quieter here. Both hotels are otherwise good in many ways but have the misfortune of being located next to three or four VERY LOUD late night clubs.

Location was great!

The beach has eroded and is non existing. The pool was so cold no one could use. It was no what was expected for price. One star!

Staff was pleasant.

Confusion about bill. They assured me i had paid then after i left chased me down from three blocks away to come back. Room was in disrepair. No toilet seat on commode. Shower glass replaced with warped plywood or black piece of plastic. Bathroom door would not shut. Entrance door was difficult and had handles installed because knob was not secure..

Liked location and accessibility.

Service at the bar was very poor, food could be better. Couldn't pay with my credit card because their terminal did not work so had to go and get cash to pay. Water has a very foul oddor, the room was very humid and has mold growth in the bathroom.
