The owner and staff were very kind and supportive. After we informed the owner we were vegan, she prepared a special breakfasts for us. Really appreciated. (5 star hotels we had stayed in before coming here did not have this option). Nice and clean pool for chilling out after a sunny day Room was according to the description. Wi-Fi signal could be better (e.g. Wi-Fi repeater); but we don’t go on holiday to stay on Wi-Fi

Carla is an amazing host, she went above and beyond to accommodate me! I stayed in 2 different rooms during my stay and both were beautiful, comfortable, spacious and clean. The beds are very comfortable. I only wish I could stay longer! Hopefully I will be back!

Carla gives you the feeling of being a friend and takes her time for every single check in. We hadn’t slept the night before because of mosquitoes in another hotel and she gave us the possibility to use her aloe plants around the house and handed us big spray so we wouldn’t have to worry in our room (although the room was super clean and there were no signs of bugs in the room at all) we told her that we’d check out very early and she got up for us to say goodbye. The shower is super good with great pressure, the Wi-Fi worked great and the bed was super comfortable. Outside is a kitchen you can use and a nice table to eat and chat. You can park in the street right in front of the house. The most important thing I can say is that we only stayed one night but it was the night we had the best sleep in our whole Mexico trip!

10 minutes walk from the downtown The shower is terrible, it's dark, the stream is super wide and diverged so you can only get a few of them on you, and on top of that the water temperature changes from boiling hot to freezing cold - so expect a bad shower

Beautiful place: the host is super nice and welcoming. The room is big, really clean and comfy. Very well designed with a lot of accessories unusual in a mexican house (toilet brush, iron and ironing board, and paintings). The amazing breakfast, the kindness of the host and the advices are a plus. :) A place were I would love to come back!

We had an excellent stay at Vainilla Bed and Breakfast! The building and garden area is lovely. The room was clean. The host, Carla, prepared a delicious and healthy breakfast each morning. There is a pool to cool off in after a hot day. The location is on a peaceful street but still only a short walk from the beach and other central areas in Playa. Carla went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay - thank you!

clean, good location(10min walk from the 5th ave), laundry room just across the block, good restaurants and shops around, simply but nicely decorated, breakfast was fresh, homemade, good coffee, free parking outside

We had a really nice stay here, it’s a lovely B&B! Carla was an amazing host and very accommodating! The beds are comfy and it was very clean. The location is away from the busy streets of Playa, so we slept great!

The only downside was the lack of water pressure in the shower.

Safe and clean; playful colors and materials. Myself and two teenagers were very happy with our stay!

Nothing! It is a 10min walk to the main 5th avenue, but we wanted to enjoy the true experience of playa.

The room was big, super comfortable and had a small kitchen which is super useful for longer stay. The area was quiet and the B&B is located 10-minutes walking from 5th Avenue. We also really enjoyed the swimming pool as the day was quite hot in Playa del Carmen ! Carla was extremely nice and helpful during our stay; the breakfast she prepared in the morning before we left was delicious !
