The staff are accommodating and helpful. I am beyond amazed about their cleanliness. The free breakfast is worth to get up early for.

Our room actually has a leak by the ceiling probably from the AC. We did not bother to complain since it was not leaking by the bed. The hotel building is probably old and definitely in need of more maintenance. We actually had to switch rooms because during our first night the AC was not working. The staff made an action to it right away, so when we moved to a room that has leak we did not bother to complain.

Excellent location, just 15 min from ferry to Cozumel, 5 min by car to 5th Ave (center), and in main road to go either tulum, cancun, or any beach/cenotes. Good price/quality.

They only accept pay in property, and at the moment of my arrival didn’t accept 100usd bills. There was a huge difference between the reserv price and amount at property (around 70 usd). Fortunately when paying in MX$, the dif was 40usd so I recommend go to bank, exchange and pay.

the food in the restaurant, the location is not far from the shops and please the ferry.the staff is friendly

They need to clean the room more often than once every 3 days. Change the curtains in the room at least once a month. There was mold, which exacerbated the allergy of my husband and children. The windows do not open We received a package at the reception and no one informed us.Check-in is from 3pm which creates problems, especially if you come from Europe and have traveled over 23 hours and you arrive at the hotel at 10 o'clock.

Breakfast was amazing, very good variety, and they´re always re filling. The pool is nice with a lot of space, the staff always great in Mexico.

The beds smell a little bit like moho, specially the pillows , we had to ask for some new ones.

The hotel is a bit far from the beach or 5th avenue, but that is OK as long as you are aware it when you choose to stay here. I was looking for a quiet place to work at mid vacation, and the location served that purpose well. WiFi & A/C worked well, there is a pool, but I did not have time to use it. Hotel had a breakfast, but I never had tried it..... The location is a few hundred meters from Lara & Luca that has fantastic food, so I chose to go there instead. I rarely had a need to interact with the staff, but they were helpful and friendly. Note: If you have kids, I think it would be better if you have a car, or the taxi rides to town will add up. If walking is not an issue, and you are willing to walk, then the location is not a big thing. Just note that by the time you get to the 5th avenue/beach, you are starting from the SE end of the 5th Avenue/beach.

The towels were a bit worn out, so they should replace them, but this was a minor issue. Location is a bit far from waterfront.

The hotel was very well kept, generally quiet and pleasant. The staff were helpful and things generally ran smoothly. The room was pretty modern and spatious. The garden and pool were also very well kept, pretty and attracted nice birds!

The Breakfast was described as American, this wasn't the case. It was a Mexican buffet breakfast, along with pancakes and fruit. We quite enjoyed it, but it was pretty limited in variety for a buffet breakfast and may be problematic for those wanting a breakfast they're more used to.

It was comfortable and staff is kind. Parking is free There is a business room

The door didn’t work well. I went to claim many times to reception for changing the key. There is a humidity smell . The first room didn’t have a security box. I changed of room The breakfast is always the same everyday

Pool, peaceful

room aircon is preset, still warm. Our room is near the washing machine and dryer. System can't detect multiple booking, i need to go to front desk the next day to check if my booking is confirmed as I have 2 separate booking for 2 consecutive days. The amount in booking.com is different compared when I paid infront. Blamed in conversion etc but still more.

Convenient location. Easy to find. Close to Ferry terminal to Cozumel . convenient parking . Comfortable bed . Room size big. Staff very nice especially Daniella, very very helpful. Good breakfast.

There was some noise from some kind of get together I believe ,in late evening. Didn’t bother us because of the location of our room. Floor could be slippery if any water on the floor. having two towels to keep the floor dry is better. one for shower, one for floor next to sink.

This hotel basically had everything you need. The breakfast was excellent, hot and cold offered with lots of variety. The AC was wonderful, you could adjust it your own desire. They had bike rentals that were very cheap, location was GREAT! It’s in a more private area but yet very close to the famous 5th ave. Maybe a 3 minute drive away. Our sheets and rooms were cleaned, swept, and restocked EVERYDAY! And we stay here for 10 nights. The greatest of all of this was the staff. Very very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again. We are from the U.S and this has to be by far the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The backyard with the pool was very beautiful. This hotel is well kept and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The only thing I wished it had was a fridge and microwave in the rooms.
