Breakfast was very delicious and we didn’t wait long. Room was very spacious, clean and beautiful. We also had our own terrace with hammock and seating area, you can make great pictures there. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is far from The beach area, but is very quiet and there are a lot of places where to eat in the area.

It’s quite difficult to find it and the road leading to the hotel is in bad shape. They don’t serve breakfast on Monday’s.

Room and hotel in general were STUNNING, in retrospect I think we were given a free room upgrade - this wasn't mentioned by the staff but was very much appreciated! The rooftop pool was beautiful and there's a nice terrace on the mid-level where they began hosting cocktail nights during our stay. Staff were very friendly and there are bikes available to rent (which is helpful since it's a little far from the main areas of Tulum and taxis in the area are a total scam)

We'd read the reviews about the breakfast but boy oh boy was it bad. We took one look on our first day and knew we'd have to find alternative options - a few bits laid out in a small, cluttered room with flies buzzing around.

The space, the decoration, the bed, the furniture were awesome and very comfortable. The bathroom was also comfortable and we had a small kitchen, very functional as well. I found the pillows too thin and the receptionist that day (lovely and welcoming lady) got me a great pillow as well as great recommendations for places to ear. We were really comfortable. The staff was very nice, it was a very pleasant experience. You can easily park in front of the hotel and at night the area is super quiet.

The walls are a little thin so early morning you hear some activity in the hotel, but nothing that kept us from sleeping. The breakfast is basic and really nothing special, I wish there was more choice, but plenty of breakfast places in Tulum to go to.

The place was was very beautiful overall and not that far from the middle of Tulum where the markets are

The property only has breakfast and no food for lunch or dinner and no drinks. The menu for breakfast was only limited to three options so you will end up spending money on food. It’s near construction site where they are building new building. The roads are really bumpy.

The team for sure, Carlos, Marta and Michelle were very friendly, welcoming and helpful! The hotel itself, new and very cosy and beautiful. Also very quiet wich can be very pleasant. The room, very cosy, plenty of space and the bed very comfy. High speed wifi Wich was very important for me. For the breakfast, they work with Reciproco cafe, where they make the most amazing vegetarian food. Canek, a coffee lover, can make you the coffee you like, he is full of knowledge. I enjoyed my stay there for almost a month and I highly recommend Eterna and it's team! Thanks for everything guys 🙏🏼

Brand new hotel, you can see and feel it inside. Although we noted some disadvantages for consideration, we would choose this hotel once again.

As this is a brand new hotel, you may expect everything nice. And it is so. Some smaller disadvantages to be considered - lack of TV in the room, neighbourhood of the hotel is questionable - construction work for other hotel and rubbish dump, hotel is located on suburbs, if you have a car/ motobike - it's fine, but it's not in walking distance to center or beach. Breakfast, which by other reviewers we expected great vegan, for us was dissapointing, starting at 9:00, and taking by average 30 minutes to be ready. If you are spending time on a beach - it's OK, we were sightseeing, so it was frustrating, as starting a tour at 9:45 / 10:00 was too late for us.

good water pressure and no bad -chlorine smell of it, which is common thing in mexico. room was clean, i like soap and shower gel they put in rooms. rooms has small kettle, mini fridge. AC working really good. bed is comfy. inside hotel everything is really nice. breakfast was ok-served close to property, simple but tasty-drinks you can choose and scrambled eggs with veggies and beans on side.

there is still construction works around. property is a bit far from centre-but its not hard to walk.(and there is some nice places to deink or have food really close)to get to property is really anoying-tulum has bad roads, we know that. but to get there-it was big “lakes” after rain and etc. typical bad Tulum streets, and darknes around:) but we felt safe enough:) kichen needs frying pan, cutting knife and board, if you want to make some food. on the rooftop pool there is really loud-working some kind of machine(i dont know what it was,just annoyng of you want to relax).

The hotel facility and the room itself is really nice. The apartment was very clean. Air conditioning and wifi worked very well. We did not use the kitchen, so we cannot rate on this and so we did also not checked if there is a supermarket in walk distance. But there is a gas station nearby to buy beverages. The roof top terrace is amazing and you can enjoy the sun set. As mentioned by other guests we can confirm that the pool on the roof top terrace is not that huge but we did not expect a pool for swimming lanes. Therefore it was fine for us. The area is quiet and there are also some restaurants within walk distance. The main street with the shops and restaurants is within a 15 min walk what is fine for us too. Breakfast was good. There are parking lots in the front of the hotel. Overall the price-performance was perfect. But we think that it is possible that the price changes when constructions at the hotel itself and the area around are completed. But this is only a guess. We would stay there again.

Room wasn’t soundproofed properly I could hear all the voices either at midnight or at 6 in the morning. Always the same breakfast The bar and restaurant does exist. It’s not true what they wrote on internet

Night shift staff Charlie was very helpful, he so efficiently arranged the scooter, laundry and restaurant for us, truly appreciate! Nice rooftop pool area.

Morning staff is friendly but less efficient. Location is little far away from the center.
