The guy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We had moved from a different hotel in Tulum and he was able to assist us in sorting our accommodation, getting us bikes, tours and taxi. He had book a car which took ages to arrive and he happily organised a taxi for us to take us round for roughly the same cost and without the hassle of filling the tank and driving round. The pool area is also pretty relaxing and the rooms are pretty spacious. The location is also slightly away from the busy side of Tulum which we preferred.

The hinges on the bathroom door broke and they were happy to move us but we said no, as we were already about to check out.

The room was great. It was big, basic and clean. We wanted to stay in Centro Tulumn and the hotel was in a great location. We were close to many restaurants and bars. There was a bike rental kiddie corner to the hotel with good bikes for a reasonable rate. We rented bikes for a few consecutive days and that was our source of transport. We brought bike lights with us which was great idea. The breakfast was included, it was just okay. We were on holidays so we are never in a rush. I felt the staff were overwhelmed and had a hard time providing service. They were sweet but we felt they needed a little direction.

The staff were amazing and really helpful. The rooms were nice and big, and clean too. The pool area was amazing and we spent a lot of our time there! The location was great for us, good for cycling to the beach and some of the cenotes, and also had the collectivo stop nearby. Would highly recommend it!

The only minor downside was that towels were not always easily available depending on when the laundry arrived that day.

it was very close to main road and to the ruins, the pool was nice and clean, beds were comfortable, there was a restaurant on site, staff was very friendly and helpful. Ot was very close to some of the activities we had planned, such as Xel-ha, only 15 mins. away.

Wi-fi was very slow at some times, and tv only has you tube, so because of the quality of the internet, it would stop frequently. This didn’t affect our stay.

Super comfortable bed that you will not be able to leave in a morning:) close to the city center

Housekeeping is really need to be improved. they ran out of toilet paper in a middle of my stay and never brought it anymore. Pool area is always messy - no fresh towels, some dirty glasses from previous night party, sun beds never cleaned.

The bed is one of the most comfortable beds we've slept on. Location is super central and easy access from both airport and Tulum beach. Nice chill music at the pool side. Staff were excellent in every way, always helpful and smiley. Nice mojitos at the bar 😁

Construction across the road wakes you up in the morning but only from 8am (which is good in a way to make you seize the day 😅). Events venue in front on the hotel had one quinceñera on a saturday that was very noisy for a long bit of the night (but it was only one night). Nothing else really.

The beds are super comfy and the outdoor area as well. Nice swimming pool and areas to chill out. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The bar is closed, and there no options to have a drink in the hotel, but free coffee is offered. Bikes are for rental but only paid in cash

- very spacious room with a kitchenette, mini fridge, sofa - very friendly and helpful staff, helped us with booking taxis, organising a tour etc - super comfortable, big bed! - located just a couple of blocks from the main road with plenty of restaurants, shops, bars - two big supermarkets within walking distance - bus station is 15-20 mins walk - restaurant onsite, free breakfast - bicycle/motorbike rental across the road - just off the main road so pretty quiet at night Overall, we had a great stay at Kaab and would definitely come back.

- the first evening after we arrived the property had a burst pipe and there was no running water, however, this was fixed by the next morning and after that water was available. including hot water - there is a construction site behind the property, so sometimes some noise can be heard, however, after the bathroom window and door were closed, it wasn’t a major problem.

Probably the most comfortable beds and pillows i have EVER slept on, while i have been on a vacation. Wow! I slept like a baby in their bed and pillows! And hands Down for their guacamole, probably the best we tasted on our trip! The personal were very sweet. One of the girls in the receptionist gave us tips about where to go on my birthday and which trip we should book. Unfortunately we Never Got her name, But we Think she was french, But Big Thanks to her. Last But not least, the guys in the restaurant/bar area. We unfortunately Never Got their names as Well, But they were friendly, and service minded our Whole trip- and just cool overall. They made our experience even better! Thanks to all the staff 😁..

Only that we couldn’t get guacamole everyday haha! If we could, we would have eaten it 24/7!! 😅

Location is good. Receptionists are the BEST! Always super nice, helpful and professional. Outstanding! The hotel is beautiful, transmits a really cool vibe with the music and its style. Rooms and beds are huge and extremely comfortable. Breakfast is great. They've even prepared for us a "take away" one when we left early for an excursion. They were extremely helpful with transfer issues and everything! Highly recommended! Thank you guys!
