I love the beach front and sunrise. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff and owner were welcoming and friendly, accommodating and reliable. The location is suitable as there is a 24hr convenience store across and restaurants within walking distance.

Loud music from the properties left and right to it. Transportation is costly and tours with hotel pick-up and drop-off are limited.

The property is perfectly located in the party zone but still a quiet place with direct access to the beach and a supermarket with everything you might need close. Victor has been taking care of us really reliable and made our stay even better. We received an upgrade and the stuff gave us recommendations and answered our questions at any given time. The wifi was stable that you could easily work from there. The beach is really clean and during the day the music from the bars enclosed are totally fine. If we will ever visit Tulum again we’ll definitely come back to this place!

I recently spent 8 amazing nights at this beautiful accommodation in Tulum, and it exceeded all expectations. Gabriel, in particular, went above and beyond to make our stay perfect—his kindness, attention to detail, and quick problem-solving were truly remarkable. When I mentioned our initial room was in a slightly louder area, Gabriel immediately found a quieter option, ensuring our comfort and setting the tone for a wonderful stay. The entire staff was warm, attentive, and made sure every moment felt special. From delicious breakfasts and expertly crafted drinks to the magical atmosphere and stunning decor, everything about this hotel was unforgettable. Los ARRECIFES was a great place to stay for our group of friends who were visiting Tulum for the first time. You can find all the best there, parties, beach clubs and relaxation within walking distance. The street is very busy, especially in the evening, so to avoid traffic jams we sometimes walked along the beach. Cycling was also great, so get a bike :) The staff was always top notch, the room was spotlessly clean and was kept fresh for us, despite the humidity. At night you can hear loud music from the beach clubs (on weekends till 2 am) but for us it was great fun and part of the experience. We slept like babies anyway.

First and foremost - excellent service throughout the experience. Not only delivering what is required but also extremely warm, friendly and attentive group of people. They reach out before arrival to offer airport pick up and ensure amooth check in. Available on whatsapp at any time for any questions or additional requests. Nice and simple à la carte breakfast on a terrace. Good housekeeping that you never even seen but your room is magically clean all the time. Good food and drinks on the beach that keep coming with waiters being very proactive. Location is perfect for both partying and exploring the area. Pharmacy, supermarket, clothes, taxi, beach clubs, night clubs, restaurants - everything is walking distance. Beautiful private beach with comfortable sunbeds and nice palm trees. We had a nice and spacious room with direct sea view and amazing massive terrace with hammock and rocking chairs. Rain shower with good pressure and properly hot water. Great shampoo and shower gel. Strong A/C. Wi-Fi router in every area and individual room. Some complimentary drinks in mini bar Offered a complimentary champagne bottle for new years!

When you travel, some places & people leave a special trace and you leave a little piece of your heart there ❤️ We enjoyed every minute of our honeymoon roadtrip here - even that much, that we changed plans and came back after one week! Besides the very beautiful beach, sea & views, the lovely rooms and the great food & drinks, it has an exceptional atmosphere that makes you feel at peace, happy and at home far away from home. Also Gabriel, Alejandro & the team made us feel so welcomed and are simply great people! Thank you very much for everything and we will definitely come back one day - hopefully very, very soon 😍 So do yourself a favor and enjoy your holidays here too :)

The breakfast was okay, the coffee needs improvement, but the service was quite good. Also, Gabriel, the manager, was very attentive & accommodating. The room was well thought out, with nightstands & good lighting on both sides of the bed, hooks in the bathroom, plus robes & beach towels.

The loud music & pounding bass from the place n it ext door went on til almost 1am on Thursday night, making it hard to sleep. Why anyone needs music to be so loud is beyond me.

The view! Parking, Gabriel is the best!! He made our stay wonderful, recommend & made our reservations for dinner at 2 of the Best restaurants in town. Always avail to make sure we were comfortable! People complain about the nightclub music next door. It was fun to listen to during the day on our beach & no bother at night as we were always exhausted from the awesome excursions we did during the day. Definitely a lively party part of Tulum. Thank you Gabriel for everything 💕

Only complaint would be the air condition. Just couldn’t keep up in the heat, we’re also spoiled Americans. We’re Used to sleeping w/70 degree AC at night. Not Gabriel’s fault. A fan would help.

- Perfect location at Tulum South Beach with direct access to the white sandy Ocean - Fantastic and new hotel design - Breathtaking view directly to the ocean above the Palm trees from Room 10, on the 2nd floor - Gabriel at the reception is so kind and helpful and almost available 24/7. He is completely dedicated to make you feel the best during your entire stay. Actually he makes the hotel 10/10 - Hotel terrace has a perfect view for your breakfast - Room layout is amazing, so big space ad extremely large bathroom with unique shower design. Loved it - High quality shower gel and shampoo - Hotel dogs are so adorable - South Tulum Beach is a really nice beach around the hotel - ...and so on Wanna go back

I am sorry to say but there is no any negative with this hotel FYI. If you want to spend your beach vacation far from noise then this is not your place: there is a beach club next door and music is loud almost all day long. But this is given, nothing to do with it by the hotel.
