I enjoyed everything at Hotel Aurel! Its location is very convenient!!! Wow!!! The whole staff and the hotel warmth welcome is EXTRAORDINARY! I've never seen such a lovely welcome! Wow!!! Of course, the rooms are awesome! They're super clean and their design is modern and very comfortable!!! Breakfast is REALLY good!!! Congratulations, Hotel Aurel!!!

Well, I have been a guest at the Aurel Hotel in Podgorica several times now! I must say that this is my first review of the facility but based on all of my experience from before. The Hotel is situated in lovely surroundings near the entrance of Podgorica (coming from Albania) and nearby there is a supermarket which is well supplied. Also, the surroundings are calm and with beautiful houses of the local population. The hotel itself is beautiful, spacious, clean, and modern. The rooms are big and clean equipped with modern and cozy furniture. The baths in the rooms are also practical and modern. The breakfast is simply perfect, while the staff is very kind and polite always looking for new ways to better serve their customers. The spa includes a jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, and warm chairs and it is cozy and nice.

Well, I guess there is no such thing!

Ample parking lot, quick check-in and check-out, polite and helpful staff, clean and quiet room, comfortable bed, decent shadows to block the sunlight, fast and stable WiFi, and buffet breakfast - a perfect but anticipated combination. Last but not least - the restaurant never had smoking guests inside, which is a big advantage as local clients in typical local restaurants spew clouds of smoke out everywhere and all the time (despite the official ban introduced in 2019).

A few "cons": The parking lot is unsurfaced, so rain can cause a lot of mud. There is also some trash, like empty cans, bottles, and plastic bags. The food in the restaurant was OK. If it weren't for smokers in street restaurants, I would eat someplace outside. The jacuzzi in the Spa would be great if not for the excess chemicals in the water. After turning on the pumps for three minutes, the air reached a state where I could not stand all this chemistry and fled. The lighting in the room was clearly insufficient.

Our recent stay at this charming hotel Aurel was greatly enhanced by the exceptional service from the front desk receptionist, whose warmth, professionalism, and proactive assistance stood out. He graciously arranged breakfast boxes for our early departure and even organized our airport transport, exceeding our expectations. The hotel itself was comfortable, well-located, and beautifully decorated. The staff's hospitality, particularly the receptionist's, made it feel like a home away from home. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for its extraordinary service.

The staff were very helpful, you'd get a fast response from them. The breakfast was good. There was something new every day, though they had the same vibe.

The AC wasn't cooling enough (the lowest temperature was 20 degrees Celsius). I had to wake up in the middle of the night to take a shower because the room was really hot.

Really good hotel with the best personal ever!) I've been here on 30th of December - the only one to check-in on that night. I was treated on a high level, had the best experience ever. Also team had the NY party that evening - haven't heard nothing (good isolation). Good location to reach the airport!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay thanks to the super helpful staff, clean & cozy room, nice breakfasts. Spa & Gym facilities are an additional bonus! In fact, its been a while since I met such a friendly and responsive staff in hotels. Would definitely come back. Thanks a lot!

I loved everything! This is just to say that even though the hotel is located near a big road, you can easily take a taxi to go downtown or have a dinner in a nearby restaurants.

First of all this hotel is a my best experience at the whole Podgorica. Not just location and modern and nice furnitures also staff are very professional also very friendly. When I enter hotel there was a little crowd front of elevator and I tought check in will be like forever but after we enter the reception area she and her aid handle very quickly nearly 11 people. After I enter my room I surprise because its big also bathroom is so lovely. They put everything you need also super clean and minibar was another beauty... They told me I can use spa if I want and I tought my reservation only cover for breakfast. But I didn't have a change to go up there bcz I was very tired and I promise myself next time I will go spa.. I try beef and it was delicious and staff were very keen to help anyway they can. Service was fast considering Montenegro wide service it was a lightning speed :) Breakfast was good a lot of choice were ready for guest. I think I will not stay at another location now on at the Podgorica. I highly recommend this place.

Everything just perfect

First of all staff: just exceptional and amazing! Extremely polite, kind and helpful. It was a natural kindness, not the fake one like in some other hotels we can get sometimes. All our requests were taken into account, the room was super clean and very very comfortable. There was even SPA at guests disposal but I didn't use it. Breakfast was fine, enough variety, fresh and with good coffee. Very close to the hotel there is a supermarket and restaurants (we tried Hedon and it was a good choice)

the only thing which you should think about is the location: it is not in the strict center but about 20/25 min walking distance from center. For us it was not a problem but it might be if you want to be in the very center.

It was a great and comfortable stay at the hotel. especially the Spa and the breakfast was a nice add on. the room was spacious and the personal very friendly.

The water in the jacuzzi had a lot of chlorine in it with was burning in the eyes. Also the hotel is located outside of the center.
