Nice and clean hotel with kind and helpful staff and good location. Definitely will stay there again and will recommend to my friends. P.S. Better to book a room directly from hotel website. When I made a booking on booking.com was information that I will pay for the hotel after arriving. However, booking.com charged money from my bank account the day before arriving.

I enjoyed my stay! I was only in town for one night as I was doing a road trip round the Balkans with a mate, and we each got a room which met our needs at a good price! The room was clean, had aircon, and the bed was comfortable! The owners were very welcoming and friendly, gave us fruit on arrival, and were helpful in arranging transportation to the city centre for us.

I thought breakfast options were a little limited, but I had a nice breakfast nonetheless. However, while breakfast was included in the price, I was charged separately for both the coffees that I drank (at breakfast).

As a Turk, breakfast is always important to me. Hotel M surprised me with its rich breakfast menu. There were even Turkish products. The breakfast they offer is between 10-12 euros in cafes... I recommend it to everyone. It is very close to the center, there are shopping centers and restaurants around. Rooms are modern. They even offered me bigger room for free at the entrance. They even gave water and croissant when leaving the hotel. The employees are very caring, friendly and generous. You will feel at home here.

Very very friendly staff. Two kind ladies and friendly guy. All the time asking me is everything fine and do I need something else. Even bring a fruit to my room. Free of charge.. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was perfect for my reason of travel.

Very friendly staff, everyone speaks good Englisch. By arriving, The staff offered us another (also) a larger room, (we decided to take it) without extra payment! Very kind of them! Breakfast was in good order, also a very nice attention from the staff to serve additional “meals”. The AirPort transfer, was good, pick up and transport to the aiport was on time, AirPort is nearby! Location is about 20 minutes by foot, from City Center. The room including bathroom were clean, both rooms have enough facilities.. for guests. Bathroom was large, enough space, for doing the necessary things. The staff gave us good and nice information…about sightseeing, tours, trips. Etc. 24hours reception available. We have slept well ,the hotel is in a quiet street and neighbourhood. It is a nice and clean hotel, with a great Service , to stay. All together, the staff , its services and the room, have had a very nice time…in Hotel M! I would recommend it!!!

Very friendly staff, location of the hotel and the fact that the hotel is very clean. Breakfast was good, a wide choice of foods, which i’m sure is only local produce. The cook will prepare you fresh breakfast, i found that very nice. Rooms were clean and newly renovated, AC was working as it should, as it was very hot in Podgorica when we were staying there.

Very friendly staff and overall great service. I was traveling with my motorbike and had to stop because I hurt my leg. I booked a room upstairs and they offered me a better one downstairs because I couldn’t walk. Very thoughtful and kind.

Well located to the airport, room was perfectly sized and kept to an excellent standard. Had everything we needed and more, comfiest bed and excellent shower. Breakfast freshly made every morning too. Hotel Manager toured us around the area and into Albania and arranged toured trip to our next hotel in Kotor. Taken into spots wouldn’t have otherwise seen and was excellent. Staff could not do enough, first class.

I had to take this room due to a cancelled flight after a whole day travelling in buses, and it provided me with the comforts I needed. Good shower, wifi, a balcony to drink a nice glass of wine on. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast omelette was delicious.

The room did slightly smell like someone had been smoking in it. I think it’s a problem that people don’t obey the rules there.

The Hotel M exceeded my expectations and this was the best experience I have had so far. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. I went late in the evening and I was super tired to go somewhere for dinner. The owners of the hotel prepared right away dinner for me and it was free of charge. Besides the owners also the staff was very hospitable and was there for every need of mine. My flight was outside the checkout hours and the owners allowed me to keep the room for several more hours in a way to avoid waiting at the airport. This was a big plus. To be mentioned is that the airport shuttle service was free too. The hotel is well maintained. The food was delicious and the lady was preparing the fresh food based on my needs for breakfast. The rooms were clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the staff was doing an amazing job. The whole service was exceptional. The environment of the hotel was pleasant and welcoming. Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. They organized all the travelings I had in plan to do in and outside Podgorica. In addition, they recommended a bunch of amazing places to visit and of course, they took care of everything. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I am glad that in so short amount of time I was able to visit more amazing places than planned. And all these thanks to the organization and recommendations of the owners of the hotel. I can't wait to go again and I highly recommended it to my friends and family. I thank l the owners Mira and Miko for the amazing hospitality.
