Loved the room decoration, very classical and elegant like the hotel overall. Great breakfast. Had a nice little indoor pool and sauna. everything very clean and staff were extremely helpful. Good location in the city centre.

We would have appreciated some nice view, but only had one of treetops. We also would have liked an outdoor pool to cool off in and for some sunbathing, rather than just the indoor one. In the morning there were many casual business men loudly discussing and using the breakfast area (a nice winter garden) for their meetings, which ruined the peaceful breakfast atmosphere. Dear staff, please tell them to use one of your many functions rooms instead as it disturbs guests!

The hotel really looks like a 5 star hotel,very elegant inside and outside.Staff very nice.Room was spacious and cozy.The pool is small,gym alike.Sauna is new and big,very nice relax area.Breakfast is good quality but the the choice is not like in a 5 star.

2 things: - the shower is very cheap plastic,I couldn’t adjust it properly,it was crooked.A bad touch,I’d say it needs to be changed. - the breakfast was fine but limited choice,and they offer espresso only for extra cost,however I saw on the menu that it costed only 2€.For the room price I paid (over 140€/night),it came as a weird surprise.This should be fixed too…

The hotel is really beautiful and bright and the staff were so welcoming on arrival. We were given a really lovely room on the first floor scutch was spacious, modern with a comfy bed and good air-con. We used the pool which was small but good for a little swim - we didn’t use the jacuzzi or sauna but both looked clean. Good walking distance to the old and new town - Podgorica is easy to explore and this was a lovely quiet base to explore from!

Nothing we didn’t like. Our one slight complaint was that our room was close to the open plan stairs and reception making it a little noisy at odd times as hotel staff were working but other wise this hotel was great for us!

We put in a special request before we arrived and the amazing staff took care of the request, many thanks for that! We arrived after midnight and the gentleman at the front desk welcomed us and showed us everything. Every member of the staff is really welcoming and will do their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The breakfast was very versatile and delicious, the room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The hotel has it´s own parking lot and has the best location in Podgorica (3 min walking distance from the city center). All things considered, I would recommend Ziya Hotel to everyone coming to Podgorica!

A rare classic hotel. Beautiful rooms, restaurant and lobby. In a leafy part of the city centre. Staff were professional, helpful and friendly. We arrived very early after a 7 day tour in the mountains and we were given a room and had breakfast. The spa is small but wonderful, we had it to ourselves. Great and plentiful breakfast. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, thankyou to the team for making such a wonderful environment.

Very nice hotel, comfortable, elegant. The most beautiful staircase I've ever seen in a hotel. The swimming pool and sauna were lovely. Everything provided for guests' pleasure and comfort. All the staff we met were excellent. The hotel had a nice atmosphere. Close to the central area of town but plenty of parks and woodland nearby. .

We thought the restaurant was quite expensive but there were loads of places to eat and drink within a ten minute walk.

The "small" things... Although we paid for breakfast, we were asked to pay extra for coffee... the alternate coffee was untasteful and only cold milk available. The TV set is very old and complicated to use.

I liked that the air around the hotel smells strongly of jasmine (in spring) because it is planted as a hedge, so when you approach the hotel the stench of the cars disappears and the smell of jasmine intensifies, which is very pleasant. It immediately starts to relax and puts you in a cheerful mood, just like the soft music that spreads through the corridors. The staff is very friendly, cheerful and discreet. I like that the hotel has a swimming pool and a sauna. The architecture of the hotel is beautiful. The huge waists of "cica-maca" in vases remind me of home because there are a lot of them in Croatia.

The ventilation openings at the back of the building under the windows are a bit noisy at night.

Spotlessly clean. Incredibly helpful staff. our plane was delayed which meant we arrived after the restaurant closed. The hotel emailed me a menu and we placed an order which was delivered freshly to our room in our arrival. Nice room. Lovely swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Fantastic service in the restaurant at breakfast and evening. restaurant food good and reasonably priced. Nice breakfast. Quiet location but close to the city centre. Good value. Highly recommended

Small thing but would be nice to have freshly made coffee at breakfast rather than from an dispenser.

This boutique hotel is a beautifully designed, well appointed and decorated, perfectly clean with helpful and professional staff. It also has a spa with a nice pool, dry sauna, hot tub, and a small menu of services, i.e., massage, etc. Rooms are impecable with very comfortable beds yet small. The hotel offers parking which is very convenient.

Rooms are relatively small and as such feel a bit crowded. because it is a boutique hotel, there is no room to go somewhere else in the hotel to “hide”. The rooms have a fridge that is filled with items for purchase so no room for storage and no coffee maker in the rooms. The breakfast for this level of hotel was a bit underwhelming and expensive for what it offers.
