it is an enormous residential complex with hundreds of apartments next to the beach, there are to swimming pools, bars, club activities for all ages, buffet breakfast and dinners available, Overall it is a comfortable stay and good expereince.

Two things to mention: 1: The worst side of this establishment is the WIFI connection is not available in most areas, the strength of WIFI is poor, they urgently need to increase WIFI signals with more uploading speed, 2: Poor customer service for handling complaints, we had a missing item during the cleaning while we were away we have reported it to the hotel administration, but so far they do not replied our formal complaint,

Cleanliness Room is very outdated and not clean properly at all Staff entering the room even I'm screaming please NO!! Everyone looking to tip them🙄 Restaurant where breakfast was served extremely dirty From table clothes, chairs,cutlery etc. Coffee is soo bad

Large hotel complex in lovely grounds, leading right onto the beach. We were upgraded to a suite with two bedrooms and a sitting area as well as a balcony overlooking the quieter of the two pools. Room was fine, cleaned every day with fresh towels - maybe could do with a bit of updating but nothing serious. Very busy over the New Year period. Extensive breakfast buffet included which was great, with staff cooking fresh eggs, pancakes and doughnuts! Very busy but plenty of tables inside and out for breakfast. Lots of entertainment laid on if you wanted to get involved. Area of the beach roped off for free and exclusive hotel use, with a lovely helpful beach attendant! Busy but helpful reception area, and we were able to hold the room until 6pm for a very small charge which was excellent. Two excellent pool areas with lots of sunbeds. The resort is OK - couple of shops but mostly restaurants. Take the cable car up to the Kasbah - fascinating!

Staff moving around the complex early morning were a bit noisy with laundry carts etc. There was a hotel bar with an outside terrace but as smoking is allowed inside and out, and the terrace was closed in because of the wind, the smoky atmosphere was unbearable. Motion sensor for the lights in the apartment were very sensitive - even turning over in bed set them off! If you like a couple of drinks with your meal, very few restaurants serve alcohol and there is only one beach bar (Les Blancs) near the marina.

Good location, the staff was very nice and the room was really good too!

The buffet could be a little more diverse.

Amazing beachfront location, spacious territory and lots of space in the rooms. We got two rooms bungalow- one had double bed, another had 2 single beds..bathroom in the middle. It's away from the main hotel building and away from busy streets - so no noise from the outside. You can hear the neighbours if they are loud as you share walls with them. Great value for money.

Cleanininess in the rooms was fine but if you are OCD do bring your own cleaning supplies. Main restaurant is quite dirty - tableclothes, dead flowers in the flower vases and I did find dirty dishes in the stack of clean dishes. If you are a clean freak, this might not be for you. Great staff.

A fantastic hotel in a brilliant location. I was given a newly renovated sea view room and it was perfect for the relaxing break I wanted. The staff were all friendly and the hotel grounds were vast and worth exploring. Restaurant offerings at breakfast and dinner were varied and tasty. The Animation Team put in a LOT of effort with guests. Top hotel!

The only downside that I experienced at the hotel was the poor condition of the gym and the equipment. I hope this is renovated soon as it would have been a 10/10 rating for me if the gym wasn't so poor. Thankfully, usage was free! Still this is a small criticism and I look forward to returning to Almoggar in the future!

I love the bedroom, very clean, large with a modern and clean bathroom. We were located close to the pool, very practical. The staff was amazing, especially the cleaning ladies who were lovely and very kind.

I disliked the animation, the noise around the pool, it was impossible to read or even think. The music was so LOUD!!! And I would have preferred Moroccan music, as when around the pool, we could have been everywhere in the world, in any resort. Very disturbing to constantly hearing the guys from animation team yelling to solicit people to "play"! We just wanted to RELAX AND NOT BEING ANIMATED LIKE KIDS!!!

The family room was really nice - it had plenty of room for the kids and myself to sleep in and nice sized lounge area. The AC's worked and it had a nice balcony though we couldn't see the beach from our location. The breakfast was excellent though be prepared to wait a little time in queues to have fresh omlettes, pancakes and paratha's cooked in high season as it gets busy after 8am. The swimming pools were nice too and my little six year old spent the most time in the pool and really enjoyed himself. Dinner was good and you could eat all you wanted from the buffet with no issues. The staff including the cleaning maids were lovely and were very patient and helpful during our stay.

The variety at dinner could have been better but not really an issue. We did go out for a couple of evenings to try something different. The hotel didn't offer any excursions so we did have to book them ourselves but we were lucky in that the driver that picked us up from the airport (through Booking.com) got us some very good deals so were able to enjoy quad bikes, camel desert safari BBQ and a City Tour with casble cars during our 5 days.

The staff are super. The location is fabulous . Superb restaurants in the mariner & locally pure passion ( mariner) & something ? gourmand’s French bistro ( 5 mins walk ) both superb food . The private beach great . Beach front views superb. Breakfast fabulous . Room had superb views . Animation team amazing , polite and not pushy . Amazing wi fi.

The rooms are a bit tired and in need of modernisation . However spotlessly clean with crisp white bedding .

Wifi working well in the room, too bad that is no wifi in the restaurant, reception and by the pools. The gym is very dirty, sticky machines and weights, witch was shocking to see considering that all over the hotel are people cleaning all the time. Machines old and broken, only 1 running belt working ans some bike. Please consider to put the gym in order, you are doing an amazing work otherwise.
