The food was delicious—omelettes, fresh bread, and salads. Mint tea is a must! The room was excellent with a gorgeous view, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was good, and the portions were great since it was a buffet, but the food disappeared quickly, leaving not much choice if you came later. The same went for dinner—it could have been better stocked to keep up with everyone.

The sea view room is the one, breath taking.

Pools are not heated so they are literally ice cold! Not usable at all during weather below 30 degrees. Too many guest and only 2/3 working lifts, lifts are old and take too long and small. Average wait time approx 7-12 mins everytime you want to go to your room. The queue for breakfast for an egg.. good luck. Waited 30 mins for an egg and by the time I waited in the other lines to get other stuff, food got cold and legs will be tired of waiting. Too many guest, and too little resources.

One of the staff was akward and not good The pools and jacuzzi was vey cold no heating o strongly suggest it thats a possibility that you do it as many other guests at the hotel were talking about going elsewhere next time because the pool was not heated

I recently stayed at the Anezi Hotel from 8th to 15th December 2024, and my experience was absolutely wonderful. I want to particularly highlight the exceptional service provided by Laila from room service. Laila not only ensured my room was impeccably clean and organized, but she went above and beyond by styling the room differently each day. Her creativity and attention to detail added a delightful surprise to my stay, making each return to my room feel fresh and special. It was clear that she genuinely cared about making my experience unique and memorable. Her professionalism, warmth, and dedication made a significant impact on my stay. Location is fantastic and the views brilliant, breakfast food is good quality and fresh but can have long queues. One of the coffee machines was not working which caused delays. Pools are beautiful but cold !! Garden was lovely and well tended

We had booked a room with sea view and balcony going by the description at booking.com. However we were first given a room with no sea view Eventually they gave us one with a fantastic view although it didn’t have a balcony. The window opened wide and they supplied chairs and table so it was lovely. The room seemed like it needed a refurb though and the television was old and we couldn’t cast to it.

Booked a premium sea view room and wasn't disappointed. Beds and pillows were really comfy, the room was a good size, the bathroom was lovely, and the view was amazing. We found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The pools were great, and so was the spa. The food from the pool bar was delicious and great value for money. The location was perfect as it was close to the beach with plenty of shops and restaurants a short walk away.

Unfortunately, the selection of buffet food was very limited, but it did taste very nice. If I stayed there again, I wouldn't upgrade to half board.

I recently stayed at Anezi Tower Hotel and had an outstanding experience. The reception lady and the bell boy were amazing - she had an incredible smile that made us feel welcome right from the start. The hotel itself was clean and presentable, and our room had the most amazing view. Special mention to Osama from housekeeping, who went above and beyond in ensuring our room was immaculate and helped us settle in comfortably. Would recommend the VIP experience. Overall, I would rate the hotel a solid 10 out of 10. I will definitely be coming back!

Just the gym needs better equipment

We were well looked after from the time we arrived. Our room was kept clean and tidy by Osama and his colleagues. He's very good at presentation, we had some great towel swans and elephants! Reception were very helpful and there is also booking agent in the lobby offering a good selection of excursions. An ATM is sited in the lobby and there is a foreign exchange office 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel exit. The hotel accepts card payments but most other places require cash so you'll need sterling to change to dirhams.

Not that we didn't like it but a point to note. The hotel is quite close to the sea, about a 10 minute walk. There is a steep flight of steps down to the main road. Not a problem for us but if you have restricted mobility the steps maybe an issue.
