Fantastic hotel with incredible facilities and central location. The fantastic pools and slide were enjoyable for both the adults and kids. You can go down the slides in a floaty/ring boy incase anyone in your group can’t swim. The free buffet breakfast included was amazing; fresh omelettes, pancakes, fruit, breads, meat, cheese, cereals and desserts. There’s an option to avail of all inclusive including drinks which is good if you don’t plan on leaving the complex much. The beach and strip of restaurants are a two minute walk way. Lots of great tourist shops and chain restaurants such as Pizza Hut, Mc Donald’s and KFC on the strip but the local restaurants are the best and excellent value. You can book excursions with the hotel. We booked a full day private trip to Paradise Valley which only cost 200 dirham/€20 per person. Our fantastic guide Idreiss brought us to many local towns and locations along the way and even bough us fresh bananas and cooked us fish! We did a Camal ride the next day which was also €20 per person. The guide will bring you to and from the hotel. Idreiss heard it was my birthday the day before and bought me a cake from the bakery with my name on it, such a kind man. I’d definitely recommend you to book your excursions via the hotel as it’s better value and ask for Idreiss! The staff in the hotel were so kind, energetic, polite and helpful. They provided a range of activities during the day and night time entertainment such as karaoke, dancing and family quiz night! The staff sang me happy birthday on my birthday and brought out a cake. Such lovely people! Kenzi Europa is a fantastic hotel and we had a great experience, I stayed with my family (child too) and friends and the hotel caters for everyone. A central location, spotless hotel with incredible facilities and staff. Spacious clean bedrooms with air conditioning and a fridge and TV with English channels. I’d recommend this hotel to everyone!

I like everything - don’t have one bad thing to say about the place, absolutely amazing. The wifi dropped at times but other than that loved everything about it.

Excellent location, across the road to the beach, across the road to mcdonalds, KFC and pizza hut.. bonus when you have kids with you. Alot of roadworks being done all around Agadir. Will look good once complete. Staff at the hotel were excellent especially the reception staff. Always there to help you when needed. Animation staff always had entertainment for the kids in the evening, they all engaged with the kids and made them comfortable. Will most likely stay here again if we visit as a family.

Breakfast was good but the exact same everyday. Also did not like the fact you have to pay to use the safe in the room.

This is our 5th stay in the last 4 years. It suits us perfectly, the kids enjoy the stay here to their heart's content. Good vibes all day long! If you're open to new opportunities looking for a wonderful stay with great value, activities for kids and also couples this is the place for you. The food is tasty with so many options for everyone's liking. Fresh Salads and always new Meat options.The staff is friendly, helpful and always engaging. Thanks to Mouss, SlyMan, Fayza, YoYo and the rest of the entertainment Team for the amazing night shows. The waiters are polite and helpful (Thanks Marouane & Abdellah). For sure there are some shortcomings and equipment improvements to be addressed but the effort done by the whole staff makes everything less important.

I was absolutely amazed by staff in this hotel. For sure all amenities and food super nice. The location is so good. 5 min to the beach. But the way how their staff were taking care of me was my number 1 for discussion. Always kind, respectful, smiling and going an extra mile to make happy every person. All of them extremely polite,but I would like to say massive thanks to the Rachid in the restaurant and Jamal in the bar. They made my stay in the hotel special. They were so nice and caring. I would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are super clean and spacious, good celebrations of food and great location.

Clean and neat rooms. Recommended for family vacation. Good entertainment program music disco for kids dance games in the lobby at night! The animators were amazing. The cleaning lady Latifa was so nice and caring as well. the receptionist Fatima Ezzahra was nice and took care of all our requests with a big smile ! Zineb also for her welcoming spirit and all the guys at the front desk! Great experience, my family and I didn’t leave the hotel during the day because the atmosphere was excellent

The food ! They have to work on their menu and the food they have in the buffet, the service was good but the food was not.

Spacious room and nice view from the balcony. Location was good for walking to the beach and restaurants nearby. Cleaners were very good, always spotless. Breakfast OK but a bit hit and miss - often have to ask for missing items not replenished - bowl, cup, spoon, butter. End up walking several laps of the dining room to get all you need!

Member of staff needed to make sure things are replenished at the breakfast buffet, would be good. Didn't eat lunch or dinner there so don't know if they were similar. Very little information on arrival about location, facilities and activities. Had to ask several members of staff and so it took several days before everything was apparent and some things were missed.

Everything the employees are very good, always try to go extra mile for service, we are experienced travellers and we have to said the hotel.is very good , obviously some people have other expectations and are very Demanding like our self but we have to say we going back and return to this place.

The fact we have ordered half a pension and the drinks are not included and the price to pay is very high. We dice to go everything included next time ourselves. But please advise the customer at the moment of booking regarding the drinks to make the right decision.

The position is very good we had room with sea and mountain views it was very nice the food was very good brackfast and and dinner

The bath in the bath room is very unsafe trying to get in and out of the bath tub after having shower is very dodgy specially if you have bad knees there's nothing to hold to when you trying to get in and out of the bath. They should take the bath tub out and replace it with shower tray it's much better and safer and cheaper to run .but we enjoyed or stay very much and we will be back again

Me and my son went for holidays for 5 days...and kenzi europa was a very good choice I made...my sister in advice me to book this hotel and its very good value for money...I paid £ 312 for 5 nights..and when I arrived they took 15 pounds city tax on counter..beach is just walking distance and all restaurants are so close on beach..we loved going bollywood restaurant which is on beach..for chai n pakoras and Indian food..mcdonald's pizza hut kfc is also very close...bathroom is outdated looks so old..view from our room was absolutely amazing....Faiza was so good very friendly and helpful...hafid from restaurant was such a good man..every night we had amazing show in hall..lotz of dance and laughter and joy 😊...only if they can do Indian chai tea...for breakfast...it would be amazing...and breakfast was so good...lady make fresh parathas fresh eggs..lotz of drinks options...too much to choose from...everyone from kenzi hotel was very friendly helpful and always smile 😊...Will be coming soon in few Months and staying in kenzi....thnkyouuuu so much u was soo good

I didn't like bathroom tiles and bath tubs..looks very outdated..other then everything was good..

location was 10/10 room was great can be better breakfast improvement needed not everyone likes continental you need english breakfast best was the room service and reception staff was excellent (morning shift) 2 female staff was excellent both took care of my needs I have forgotten their names but was excellent

wash room was too big 2 toilet with a leakage, and wet very quick. but just manageable. flash for the toilet was little weak but manually had to fix it
