The staff were great, the breakfast was good, and the room was clean

Only thing was the noise of the ACs of the neighboring rooms, they were loud

superb breakfast buffet, probably the best breakfast in whole of morocco seeing how repetitive and dull other places are, super friendly staff, great location with a big supermarket across the street, near to CTM bus station, comfy bed, very quiet room not facing the street, working AC…i don’t know why this place has lower score, it definitely deserves a better higher score!

I like the fact that the reception, as shown online, is the same i met,no hypes like some do Most of the staff met at the reception were friendly except one man There were no unnecessary interjections from the staff,they mind their businesses and allowed me to mind mine~ very helpful I will recommend this for anyone travelling for business on leisure,looking for a functional facility on a good budget... The WiFi worked without failing,breakfast was okay

The bathroom is too small~ and the shower has one door instead of 2, so one virtually bathed all over the floor. Secondly,i spent 3nights as against the 4nights paid for,i expected they'll give me a refund, but they didn't

So I do love the location of the property as it is walking distance to a supermarket, train station, and local restaurants. An employee by the name of Abderahim , which I hope I pronounce it properly had information needed to navigate within the local area. I appreciate the fact that when I ask people to not come in my room to clean when I am not there they adhered to that request.

I did not like the sound of the elevator outside of my room. It was tolerable but very loud. The internet was not the greatest at time which I would stay longer if it was but overall I still will return in the future.

Perfect location of the hotel: close to city centre, close to the coast, close to the railway station (Casa Port), and the light railway one street away (just a few stops to Casa Voyageurs). Terrific breakfast with the kitchen preparing the different kinds of typical Moroccan crepes continuously, lots of bread, cooked eggs, fruit juices, coffee, tea, milk, cakes, etc. Great beds and the shower was large and worked perfectly. There is also a big supermarket right across the street and a great variety of small and local restaurants in the neighbourhood that have menus with prices. Very friendly staff. We really weren't expecting much because of the 3 star rating, but we had a very pleasant stay.

We live in a very big and noisy city so it really didn't bother us, but travellers should be aware that the hotel isn't located in a very busy street but Casablanca has lots of traffic and so does the street where the hotel is located and the windows of the hotels aren't made to keep the noise out. Of the rooms can be said that they are getting a bit worn out and the bathroom had poor lighting and I wouldn't put on the air-conditioning: it doesn't look very clean. But it is a 3 star hotel, so you shouldn't expect 4 or 5 star services.

Liked everything! Excellent value for money and quality. We arrived at midnight and were quickly and comfortably checked in. Everyone at the reception was very friendly, just like everywhere else in Morocco. Excellent breakfast in a bright room with large windows and a beautiful view of the city. This was our first stop in Morocco and this hotel did not disappoint and left a pleasant impression of the country. Thanks for the hospitality!

I thought the room was offering a nice comfort. Had some challenge closing the window, however that didn’t stop me for having a good night of sleep. Beautiful emerald colours in harmony with the lights adds an atmosphere of coziness.

I would say the arrogance of Amid had me disappointed, on many points. He was talking to me as if I was an idiot… especially assuming that I couldn’t understand French, whereas I speak both English and French… maybe we shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. However his partner who was working with him that night was much kinder. I was displeased with his attitude trying to belittle me; since when do we act in such with customers? He may be a good person I’m sure,… just needs some improvement in terms of interpersonal interactions.

Fantastic Hotel which has been renovated, decorated and improved! The hotel was great, nice room and balcony. The service couldn't have been better. All of the staff were very attentive, you couldn't have wished for more! Thank you to the whole team! I will always come back. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

It was very convenient for a one night stay, close to the main attractions and the train station. The receptionist was nice and helpful and he asked us what kind of room we prefer. There was a mistake with our payment being charged in cash and from the card as well. Luckly they fixed the issue and refund us the difference. The bufer breakfast was nice too

The bathroom floor would get wet when we showered and there was nothing to prevent it.

I loved the Bell Boy who opened the door, carried your luggage, answered questions and more. He has a great smile and personality 😌. The ladies in the dining room are very nice and do a great job feeding everyone breakfast 🥞. The guys at the front desk helped as needed.

In my first room there was an issue with the shower that did not get fixed. I was moved to another room that was in the front of the building that was really nice.
