Second return to this hotel with warm welcome, i do request the same room I was to stay before and the front desk Khadifa help me to allocate the same room , the room well present and housekeeping look after my room very well with full service every day Nadia at the front desk is very helpful and friendly with outstanding service Front desk 👍 Housekeeping 👍 Chef 👍 Resturant staff 👎 Overall 👍👍👍👍👍

The Resturant during breakfast just simply breakfast not much choice, chef at the restaurant run to the shop for buy a white bread as what I ask so amazing , the waitress at the Resturant not really Friendly just stay tune , I order latte coffee take a while before I can get and alway ask for extra I have to pay for coffee , buffet is not much variety as international guest , no sign to tell what are they , you need to open one by one to see what are inside , no water during buffer breakfast just a soft drinks , a bit disappointed the level of service compare with service at the front desk

Great location especially if you're doing a quick arrival by bus or leaving for the airport by train as the luxury bus station is 2 minutes away and the Casa port train station is 5 minutes walking. Great comfortable room with a very large balcony which I enjoyed my only comment would be that the gym and the spa are very dated. Staff were great... Buffet breakfast and even the dinner were very good.

Room quite comfortable. Great bed, cool marble floor. Terrific wifi. Food very good, especially dinner meal. Staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Best balance of friendly but not familiar. Many women on the staff, which I like to see. Location couldn't be better if you plan to take the CTM bus. As a female solo traveler I felt safe and cared for.

Water in the shower took a little while to heat up. But it did warm up. Spa was closed until my last night.

The room was exellent and clean as always. The shower was perfect. Staff was very friendly and fast service. Will definitely return whenever in Casablanca insha Allaah.

We stayed in two different rooms with King Size beds and more pillows and cushions than we need. The bathrooms were adequately supplied. The continental breakfast offered a variety of pastries, cucumbers and fresh tomatoes (local favorite) and Freshly pressed juices.

Traditional modern mix. Enormous room, bed and shower 🚿 Friendly staff very helpful. Room service for late lunch which was delicious enough for 4 people so I wasn't able to finish even though I had for supper too. I took Coffee in lounge at night excellent nous nous 😍 breakfast lovely and fresh. Next to Cassa port station but I took taxi (with the help off staff) to Voyages for bullet to Tangier. Definitely value for money I highly recommend 😉

The cleaning team did a great job! The reception staff were so nice and welcoming. Loved the service and the comfort of the room. Checkin and checkout were fast and smooth! Big up to the team!
