The staff are very professional and understanding. They helped with any request and also the quality of service was more than Satisfactory. The room had a two panoramic view, one of the ocean And the other of the City. Breathtaking and beautiful sunrise And sunsets. Room service was really good, and the food had alot of flavors. The quality was very healthy and cooked with passion. Very modern than majority of hotels across the country.. Bathroom spacious and always hot water at any time of the day.

A great location has a big parking and easy access to tram, local taxis and the train. Food is good and staff a little shy but when speaking to them they are amazing people. Great decor in the room amazing views and the beds are so comfortable especially after a very long day outside. I would definitely choose this place again as if your going to spend money spend it knowing your getting value for it and this place has it.

5* all the way. Large room, comfy beds, modern all the way. Bath tub and shower Great to relax. Felt like we are living with family. Very friendly staff and great communication. Met all our expectations and needs. If others put a bad comment it's only there expectations are greater than there wallet. A must visit always. All transportation available at easy request. Train, taxi, Tram etc.... Air con is excellent condition. Views are breathtaking.

The room is very modern and location is great for the train, pizza hut , KFC just local. Staff are super helpful!! and respectful. Amazing city views that can be seen over the whole of the City and the ocean. Sound proof is amazing not like other hotles. Bathroom is very helpful and bath tub. Clean and have nice decor in the rooms. It's definitely a great place to stay and access to all you need. Just a little walk or hotel services.

Clean , well maintained, close to tram line -la resistance stop, two stops from Casa Voyageurs. Big room. Comfortable bed with decent linen and variety of pillows .

Breakfast just ok. It’s in the same highrise as Grand Mogodor, just around the side a separate enterance….I walked up and down Ave. Pasteur looking for it . Room cleaning staff could be a little more discreet in the hallway…not everyone goes out ALL day.

The location was excellent: 10 minutes walking from Casa Voyageurs railway station and 20 minutes to the medina of Casablanca. I had a room on top floor, so that I had a beautiful view over town to the sea. Breakfast was great, staff was friendly. Many shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood, like Eltoke near Casa Voyageurs.

Every time they sent an e-mail it was in English. E-mails like: ; 'We can send you a trusted English-speaking taxi driver...; My English is rather good, but my French is better! And isn't that one of the national languages of Morocco? When I complained about this, the receptionist thought it was a mistake caused by AI (of course!) and not much later I got another mail by Mogador in English...

Don't expect the security to carry your luggage. The breakfast is almost the same everyday. As i went 45min before the closing of breakfast they don't replenished the breads. The Moroccan tea has finished and i asked the manger to make a new pot. They just top it up with hot water very disappointed. For the breakfast you can go near by restaurant.

The Mogador group will not let you down. Value, quality and service with a good approach if spoken to with respect. Room is modern and comfortable beds and chairs. Shower and bath tub which helps relaxation. Will return for another stay and will continue to use such a hotel. 5* not doubt. Excellent views both sides, ocean and city.

The hotel excellent and it paid value for money very convenient quite area close to all city attractions. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and very helpful especially the lady in the reception I think her name is Kawther and bellboy Mustfah

The receptionist Khawla was so lovely and extremely kind. She helped us check in our rooms and made sure we were comfortable, also Mustafa helped us with our baggage and was very polite. Another gentleman also provided us with extra towels and water, he was very kind and friendly. The hotel room was exceptional, very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of storage space and the bathrooms were big and were equipped with shower gel , towels and shampoo. Overall a lovely night , will definitely be visiting again.
