Toilet Bathroom smelled and it never got better during our four day stay.

The most impressive is the staff of the hotel. Everybody starting from reception and finishing the clean team is extremely friendly, ready to help, smiling, helpful. Great team! Breakfast is very good, the choice is great from European food to local cuisine.

The hotel is quite old, requires some renovation. Rooms are in a bad condition, always dirty even after cleaning. Often we had to ask for towels as after room cleaning we lacked either towels or bathrobes. Swimming pool was always closed. We were not able to enjoy it even once.

The location of the hotel is perfect, walking distance to most of what there is to see in Casablanca. Directly across from the souks there was plenty to see and do. Breakfast was plentiful with a vast array of foods served in the most beautiful space within the hotel. The gym was well equipped and spacious, unlike most hotel fitness centres it had a range of free weights, cardio machines and circuit machines. The pool was exactly what we needed to cool off in the summer heat. The place had a real 'beach club' vibe with cool music and live DJ every afternoon and a terrific pool side restaurant. We ate in the main dining room Dar Beida Restaurant, delicious authentic Moroccan fare with live entertainment in sumptuous surroundings. Above all, it was the staff that really made our stay amazing. always ready to great you with a smile and a "bonjour!" Special shout out to Fatima and Sanaa who served us every day at breakfast and the boys on the pool deck - we did not get your names but the service was fabulous!

Not the hotel's fault but there was noisy construction going on next door, which will be remedied once it is completed.

Food very good😄👍🎉

The staff member’s efficiency and accuracy the day before yesterday need improvement. She gave me the wrong room number at check-in, which made me suspect that there might have been a payment error. I went to the front desk, and fortunately, the issue was corrected in time. However, such a mistake should not occur at a five-star hotel. The staff are supposed to be professionally trained — if she is not competent for the job, she should be replaced.

The staff were amazing. The cleaning staff were wonderful and were flexible to fix our room at any time. The bar attendants were absolutely fantastic and the customer service was top notch and would be the reason for us to come back. And on top of that the location of the hotel was good. We really enjoyed our stay and we would highly recommend this hotel. Thanks for the great hospitality

The pool area was not to my liking compared to the standards of the hotel. Should be a concern to consider.

Great location, really, at the intersection between the historical, authentic, real Casblanca : medina, markets, noise, vibes, and the quite new ambiance, with great restaurants around. Amazing views on the mosque. Beautiful hotel, really, inside, great restautant. And the staff is warm and welcoming.

It's Morocco, so it's a bit loud, sometimes, through the thin windows, but you have what you come for, buzzing city.

This is an upscale Hyatt located right across the street from one area of the medina in Casablanca. The hotel is attractive and very secure. All the staff were very helpful and most spoke English well. The pool and fitness facilities are very good. The concierge arranged for private car transfer to the airport (45 minute drive). The room was average size and comfortable. The included breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed the view to the ocean and the Hassan II mosque.

Hotel price a bit higher than many other choices

Many thanks to all the friendly staff, special thanks to Laila for the room arrangements, the receptionist at the check-in and Asmaa for giving us a box of chabakya because that we don’t have enough time to buy before our flight. It’s a cozy modern hotel with Moroccan style. We like the design and the location. Exceptional breakfast. They extended the breakfast time just for me a bit because I wasn’t aware that the breakfast closes at 10:30am instead of 11am. Thanks to the team again!

Can’t find

We liked the hotel overall very much: This is a truly 5-star hotel with many amenities, a great central location between the old and the new city, friendly staff and great entertainment as well. We were upgraded to a spacious suite with a magnificent view of the old town and the Hassan-II mosque. The room had very comfortable beds, a large bathroom and a separate toilet. The air conditioning was working perfectly. Even though the Hotel is centrally located between two main streets, the windows were isolating noise from outside very good. The blackout curtains were perfectly shading the room to be dark for a good sleep. The breakfast was of a very high quality and offering lots of choices. The breakfast staff was extremely helpful and friendly. One of the highlights is the picturesque pool located under palms within a small lush garden, surrounded by comfortable sunbeds and a terrace restaurant. It is worth to mention that the pool is heated and offers a perfect temperature for a swim. The hotel offers a free-of-charge car parking area which was a great plus for us arriving with a rented car. The hotel offers several dining options. We liked especially the middle eastern restaurant which is decorated like a tent. This venue offered excellent live Arabic musicians and singers which were of a fantastic professional level. In other places, you have to pay hundreds of dollars so see such quality entertainment!

The furniture and the carpet in the rooms seem a bit outdated. The mini bar is equipped with an automatic charging system once you take out an item - this could be especially challenging when travelling with kids. This might be only a coincidence, but on our arrival, a very high amount of 1000 USD was blocked from my credit card for any possible extras based on a 4 nights and 2 rooms stay. The person at the reception neither explained this verbally clearly enough nor provided a copy of the transaction bill. After a short discussion the next day, the amount was released.
