Hotel well located, located in the center of Casablanca and Had a nice view of the world's highest mosque Hassan II's mosque very nice staff Hamza, Omar and others at the reception they always help. Excellent breakfast at the restaurant. The rooms, the floor and the toilet were very clean plus the cleaning lady Buuchra she was very good she came to fix my room every day. Good location near by the main attractions of Casablanca. Large room, comfortable bed, big bathroom with good shower and Bidet!

Noice from the road comes easily to the room even to ours at the 7th floor. Very simple breackfast, not enough veriety. I was dissapointed.

basically the staff made it a good hotel and location is right next to all the shops and eateries and transport links the reception staff was really friendly the cleaning lady was super kind ( she was the best ) the bell boy/security was very friendly the hotel catered to every request I made and felt like you were looked after as the staff did make an effort to get to know you better

the breakfast buffet was good but as an optional pay at property feature the dinner was a not good but still edible, but you don’t need to pay for it and most of the time i ate outside of the hotel, so not a big issue as there are lots of eateries within 2 mins walking distance

A large room with a large comfortable bed, a large desk and a large bathroom with a large shower. Our room on 7th floor was high enough to be out of street noise. The smorgasbord dinner was excellent for €15 p/p. Overall, just a bit of luxury in the crazy city of Casablanca.

We found that while the hotel is reasonably close to the city centre it is a little difficult to get to - especially given we don't have a map of Casablanca. Taxi from train station was Dh100 (the 1st taxi driver tried to sting us Dh220).

We booked 5 rooms for 1 night, I asked if we could have the rooms near each other. All the rooms were in a row and we were upgraded to better rooms at no added fee. This was great, the only comment is that some of the carpeting and furniture were a little dated and this would bother some travelers, but this was fine for us. It was a great location and biggest breakfast we had after 12 days in Morocco

Just that the carpeting and some furniture was a little dated, but this didn't bother us but other travelers reading the review might be put off.

Location and the staff is really so helpful and so polite at all levels at the reception yassin and chaima they are so nice and helpful people Ana breakfast is very good and the staff in restaurant is so nice and helpful

Every thing is good and this is is not the first time fire me here and will not be that last I will come back to the same hotel

The location is very good. I had a nice view of the Hassan II Mosque from my balcony. The exterior of the hotel is really nicely Art Deco. The staff were nice, and the wifi worked well.

You don't get good value for money in Casa. The hotel is a bit worn around the edges in places. The elevator didn't display the floors. The fan in my bathroom never turned off. There was no facial tissue in the bathroom.

- Perfect location - Ocean view - Outstanding staff The location of the hotel is in the centre of the city. Everything is close-by (rentals, restaurants, public transport). If you have a car they have their own parking place. From the balcony you can see the ocean and the city. I travel allot so what was for me the most exceptional was the professionalism and kindness of the hotel staff. From the concierge to the reception and manager. They helped me with variety of things. - Getting food when it was too late to order. (night arrival) - Helped me with getting cash from the ATM (accompanying to the ATM in the night) - Helped me with getting a good rental car for a fair price - Reserve places for me at other venues Especially Karima went the extra mile to make sure that everything was perfect.

I liked how friendly and helpful all the staff were. I was with my Wife and child and had also booked a room for my in-laws to stay for the 2-weeks. The receptions were absolutely great, helpful and friendly. The rooms wear clean, great size and had everything one could need in a room. The view of the Hassan II Mosque was great and everything was near by.

We had an incident where one of the cleaners entered the room without knocking which we found strange however the management had dealt with it straight away. The price could have been slightly cheaper but with the current financial climate, I understand why it was worth the priced paid. Other than this, nothing to complain about.
