The guest liked the place but the breakfast kit was more minimal than expected.

As the organizer of the stay, I got very frustrated not getting a response from the property when I asked a question about the payment method. No number provided on booking.com or in-app messaging worked. No one on the other side of the line could speak French or English and one time I was put on hold for more than 10 mn. I had to go on Google to find alternative contact information. Someone finally responded on this Google number and it was sorted. I strongly recommend the property update their contact information on the Booking.com app as I almost canceled the entire stay given the lack of responsiveness.

The room is large, modern and cosy, for a good price. It's located in a nice, modern and safe area of Casablanca. We can get to everywhere within 10/15min by taxi.

The walls and winders are not very sound-proof. We heard loud noise from the group of young people in the courtyard during the day, and we heard the sound of TV/talking from neighbours at night. So we could hardly rest in the room in peace. The breakfast box became smaller and smaller. We were told that there would be 5 items inside, yet we found only 4 items on the first day and only 3 items on the second day. It could bearly be called breakfast. And there was only one coffee capsule for 2 persons 2 nights in the kitchen.

Everything was great, lovely space, nicely decorated, great location, comfy bed, amazing value for money. Will 100% return here if I make it back to Casablanca. Staff were helpful and friendly

Not much to dislike. Just some things to note; we had to ask for a 2nd set of towel as they only left us 1, same with coffee pods, they only left 1. The breakfast wasn’t great, not much to it.

I had an excellent stay. The location couldn’t be more convenient, close to everything . It made exploring the area incredibly easy. What impressed me most was the seamless check-in and check-out process. Everything was quick, efficient, and stress-free, allowing me to maximize my time during my visit. The staff were friendly and well-organized, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a well-located property with top-notch service, this is the place to stay! I would definitely recommend the place and for sure will book again when in town

I stayed at this hotel twice during New Year's, and I cannot thank the amazing staff enough for their outstanding support. Salma and Ashraf went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They helped me with everything from room arrangements to renting a car in Casablanca. They also assisted in booking my train tickets and hotel in Tangier. They were always available whenever I needed them, and their effort is truly appreciated. I would also like to thank the security staff for their professionalism and kindness. A big thank you to everyone truly respectful and amazing people.

Everything was better than expected. Beds were comfy, everything was very clean, breakfast was practical (apple, yogurt, cereal bar, madeleine, orange juice in a to-go package; Pro Tipp if you crave breakfast Tajine: Go to the cafe Le Blitz around the corner for an affordable and excellent breakfast). Door is locked via a PIN, which means you don't have to take anything with you. Safe in the room was easily accessible. Location was good - not directly in the center, but using Careem (Moroccan Uber) I got everywhere for around 2€. Staff was very helpful and patient. WiFi worked well. Thank you very much for everything - this is probably the best choice in Casablanca!

Nothing at all!

The hotel is very new and you can tell by the beautiful decoration and the state of the property. The room was beautiful and very conmfortable, it exceeded our expectations. It was definitely worth paying a bit more for the terrace to have an area to sit outside. The room was great, with a comfortable large bed, a large wardrobe, a clean bathroom, a small living room with a tv and even a kitchen and a washing machine that we did use. The location was fine, close to the main avenue with the big clothing stores. We moved by car all the time so it was close to everything. Definitely a future hot spot to stay in the future.

The breakfast is very simple, a lunch box with an apple, yogurt, a boxed juice, a madeleine and a granola bar. If you need more food to start the day I'd recommend getting a full breakfast in some of the cafés nearby.

The facilities and the rooms are great. Free washer and dryer a very pleasant surprise. Guys who tend to the front door were especially helpful with taxis and directions. I tipped accordingly

I got the email in advance about no breakfast because of Ramadan but that we’d still have a “valuable stay”. There wasn’t any replacement though. Could have been coffee pods or tea left in the room after sundown or even a packaged item for breakfast. Also, the front desk guys seemed reticent to call a taxi other than to the airport. Not sure why. Front door guy took care of it for me

Our stay in Casablanca was short so we didn't get a chance to stay there more than one night. This place suited us well, room had everything we needed, staff was helpful and friendly, location was great and parking garage convenient. Everything is clean and quiet. Perfect for a good night sleep. Breakfast was fitted in small box but it wasn't a surprise because its described in booking and by staff members on site. There are nice restaurants nearby also. Building is also fitted with elevators so if you have trouble with stairs or heavy bags then you dont have to worry.

At first there was some sheets and towels missing, but once we let staff know about this they arranged everything really fast. Nothing serious and everything got resolved. Thank you!

The place was excellent. Casablanca has many different locations to stay in, but I think the Maarif area is the best, and this hotel was right in the center of it. The hotel is in a safe area, easy to find, and surrounding by great places to eat and close to one of the main roads so that you can grab a taxi when needed. The room was modern, clean, large, and had great amenities (refrigerator, stove, couch, TV with netflix, etc....). There was always someone at reception, fluent in English and French and helpful with everything I needed. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

On the one hand, I like that there are laundry machines free to use for guests, on the other hand I would have liked the option to pay for the service.
