I was upgraded to suite, so I had also a living room with another TV and 2 sofas and the kitechen. All staff were very nice, the room was quiet at night as I had asked it to inner yard. During the day some noise of the construction. The breakfast had plenty of variation. The surraunding safe and comfortable. The terrace was very nice, and ramadan buffet looked absolutelly fabulous. But it was all sold out, what a pity.

The cheese Vache and milk for the cereals were all morning on the warm table. Cold products should have a cold plate! The second morning I felt that that cheese was even old, but I ate a bit. As a result I got diarrhea and vomited the sink full in the next accomodation! Attention in these things! Tourist may have a sensitive stomach as I have. I cant understand, how adult people make so much noise at the stairs - they should remember, that the doors to the rooms are like paper.

Friendly and helpful staff and excellent location. The hotel has a good restaurant offering Moroccan Tagine dishes. Only 6 min comfortable walk to the Palais des Congres, and walking distance to the centre of the town with many restaurants.

WIFI quality was not consistent. It was enough for emails but not for conference calls.

Ah the breakfasts were great. Moroccan carb fest of msemmen, baghrir etc, as well as choices of good jams, viennoiserie, cereal, dates and salad. Decent coffee too. The beds are comfy and always made well by the cleaning staff. Staff in general are lovely and accommodating. Terrace has a fantastic view and a great ftour feast if you're there during Ramadan. Very worth it. İt's a half hour walk along the city walls into the Medina, which I thought was lovely, but might be something to consider since taxis in Marrakech are prohibitively expensive. İt's a great city to walk in, but if that isn't your style, find something closer to the old town.

The pool is almost nonsensically small, though it's in a very sweet peaceful courtyard out back. I had a front facing room and the road is busy so my first night I didn't sleep very well. Other than that, a great place to stay in Marrakech, good value and good rest!

Front desk attendants, ZINEB (morning shift) and the young gentleman with a mustache (of night shift) always smiled & were always very helpful. The customer service of all the hotel, restaurant, and cleaning staff was very good; all very attentive. Hotel's architecture and room decor were very nice. Location was good; not far from airport and pretty close to train station; and it was walking distance to Menara Mall. There were restaurants on premises, including a roof-top restaurant terrace.

Nothing, I was happy with everything.

The guy from the restaurant La Terraza, always welcomed you with a big smile, he was the light point of the establishment! (name to be included later). The rest of the staff from La Terraza was EXCEPTIONALLY and +++ of hospitality! The hotel is located just out of the city centre, what is a nice route to walk or good for a taxi to reach in approx 12 min. The rooms have a beautiful interioir and the location was quiet, apart of weekend nights. The hotel reacted upon me directly and I change to a more quiet room on the corner, with view on the main road. I slept well and decided to extend my stay for 2 more days. The hotel is decorated with many beautiful art pieces, the spa and pool seems nice but I did not make use of it. Single bed (1st room) as the queen size (2nd room) was super comfy. There was a little inconvienience in the room but it was picked up after informing. The laundy service was prompt and well organised, super sweet ladies. Breakfast is wide but for lactose free options (as I am intolerant for lactose) it is sufficient in salty viarities, for maximum a long weekend, but that is personally. The restaurant or hotel manager, I think, a tall gentlemen with calm energy, was during my stay at breakfast for observation of quality improvements. After my breakfast he asked about my experience. I shared my tops (mentioned above) and tips how to elegantly connect more the luxurious hotel atmosphere with the laid-back restaurant interior (as I work for more than 12 years in luxurious hospitality world wide + interior art). We had a nice conversation about it with the concept of the business. I felt nice they are asking customers for a review during the stay. O, and the tea in the room was DELICIOUS! There was an Indian Chai and a Mint and I deeply regret I did not find a package to take it back for my trip home. * I came here for my last days of my 4 months Europa and Africa travel to relax and end my trip well with luxury. Thank you for the stay!

Nice reception and beautiful entrance at welcome! Tip for the check-in procedure improvements. During my stay I found out myself about the amenities of the hotel; the spa; time and place of the breakfast next morning, laundy ect. altough it was easier to to be informed at welcome of my check-in for my full experience of the hotel. I informed my purpose of stay at check-in with the receptionist. Unfurtonately at Check-out I found out there also is a rooftop bar.. The staff was friendly tho.

Great value for money. It is not luxurious but it is a quaint place with all basic amenities and it is clean. The people are very welcoming and friendly, breakfast was decent and the location was walking distance to our work venue. Reception was very helpful in helping us book cars and tours and also with any other questions that we had.

Rooms were a bit dimly lit, there was no iron and ironing board provided in the room. The towels looked worn but they were clean. We tried the spa which was nice but overpriced for what we got.

Amani Hotel was the fanciest stay out of all during our time in Marrakesh. The room was really big (we got an upgrade, so it was in a way like a small 2-room apartment), it had double windows, so there was no noise although it is located next to quite a busy road. The staff at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great. The rooms are very clean and ours even had some water and tea.

Everything was perfect. It is important to know, though, that it is not located near Medina - it's still a few kilometers away. For us it was ideal as we had to catch a bus from the bus station which is a 5 min walk from the hotel.

Fresh orange juice at breakfast. They change money at the hotel. There is a restaurant attached. Location was good. Fact it was outside the Medina. 15 min walk to mall. 30 Mon walk to the centre. Good sized hotel, not too big or too small. Helpful with advice regarding taxis. Friendly.

Towels are clean but look worn, but that's typical for Marrakesh. You need to ask for extra towels. Shower drained slowly.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean with all what was needed room. Small but lovely swimming pool. Excellent location, could easily walk to old town. Very friendly staff, ready to help and give advice. And also money exchange possibility at the reception.

Though breakfast was included in price, I did lack some fresh local fruits as an option to regular bread. I liked freshly made orange juice, even had a glass at the end of every day, but for breakfast I usually have green smoothey (blended green leaves like spinach or kale and some fruits like banana, apple, pear or strawberries).

From when we arrived at the hotel, we felt the care and support. Nabil at the reception was particularly welcoming also thank you to Mohamend who made sure our cab was in time for our flight back home. Very greatful to him for offering us some coffee and orange juice at that early hour. All the kitchen staffs were wonderful with smiles and fantastic breakfast and dinner. The pool was a cool off place which I enjoyed after our day trips. Wonderful and relaxing for couples. All the staffs were very helpful they gave us tips about the city. A massive think you to the lady who makes sure our room was always clean. We'll certainly return here when next we visit Marrakech. Doris from Ireland
