Clean and quiet . The General Manager ( Youssef) was always present and ready to listen and execute . The employees were very happy to help and assist us with any concerns . The front desk team ( Yassin) was great to deal with as far as the rooms go , the bar team around the pool very helpful , Imad the lifeguard was so nice to us . Kamal was excellent at the restaurant. We were very pleased with our stay . Keep up the good job .

I liked very much the room and the service. I seize the occasion to thank Ms.Leila at the reception who was so polite and kind. She helped us a lot. I also thank Ms. Nadia for all her efforts and hospitality. She always help us find the right package for trips around Marrakech and neighbouring cities. The trips are truly nice and good value for money. Excellent service. Big thanks to all Imperial hotel staff. Amazing people . Very hospitable and truly kind. I will recommend strongly.

I liked everything about the hotel, the only downside was I chose the half-board option at the hotel, which included breakfast and dinner. For dinner, the food was provided, but I had to buy my own drinks, like water, juice, or tea. I understand that the hotel can make a profit from selling alcoholic drinks, but since I don't drink alcohol, I feel that at least water should be provided without extra charge.

The hotel had a homely feel to it, which made us feel very comfortable during our stay. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The staff in the dining room were very friendly, helpful and hard working, they made our experience even more better.

The room we were assigned to first was a loverly looking room with a generous amount of space which we loved but the only issue we had was the strong smell coming from the bathroom that spread through out the rest of the room. The smell was too unbearable so we did ask for staff to do something about it and the lady who books guests activities did help us a lot and had our room changed promptly. We appreciate her and thank her! We didn’t get to use the hot tub which was unfortunate but overall we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

overall the hotel was very good. maybe a little update on the decor in the rooms, maybe a fresh coat of paint. This is not a complaint by any means just a suggestion. Pool was great plenty of sun beds, different areas to relax in. Breakfast we good, maybe some fresh fruit, but that is not a complaint just a suggestion. The staff were always polite and helpful. The customer relations lady was very nice and cheerful. Honest about the Holiday adventures, my husband would not have been able to do the ones we hoped to do. Due to steep walks and climbs. We spent most of our days by the pool relaxing.

There was nothing at all that we did not like

Employees of hotel are really nice and helpful makes you feel welcome. Location is excellent 👌 close to famous areas and near hotel we found delicious local food and on the other side of street restaurant with common Eastern and western cuisine for really good price both places are really clean well maintained and have good welcoming staff. We were surprised by how hard working people thay are hotel employees constantly moving around cleaning tables our 🛌 beds were made every day and new towels were provided. Thats our first trip in Morocco and we are happy with a hotel 100%.

Everything is all right ✅️ we understand that thay doing renovations right now. We been moved to other room in mid of our stay the first room were old but clean, new room looked much better becouse it was already renovated but still was missing safe and had only one 🔌 socket we dont watch tv so we just use that one as extra.

As a British traveller, had small choice of breakfast cereals with various pastries. Freshly cooked chicken pancakes on the outside patio every morning . Absolutely loved the fresh orange juice. Some very traditional options too. Room was spacious and loved the beds! Room cleaned and tidied every day with fresh towels.

The hotel staff and especially the breakfast area staff, friendly and helpful.

Shower head had limescale on it and did not have the correct flow because of the condition of it. The toilet did not look clean, the bathroom in needs renovating completely. There was only one charging socket in the room. No facility to make tea/coffee in the day.

Whenever I go to Marrakech, I stay at this hotel. Clean, quiet, no problems. The staff, both male and female, at the reception are respectful people. The reception is open 24 hours a day if you need any help. I advise you, when you go to Marrakech, to try this hotel and see for yourself. Especially the bathroom and toilet are clean. You will want to take a shower every hour because it is very clean.
