The staff was amazing - everyone was super friendly from start to finish. They organized a transfer from the airport to the riad for us (it was 16 EUR for 2 - could be paid both in EUR and MAD). Our room was on ground floor, and we expected some noise. It was indeed not the most quiet room until around 8pm. At night, we had no problem with the noise from the riad - there is however a mosque quite close and, as we visited during the last few days of the ramadan, you could hear the prayers long into the night / early morning. The breakfast was ok, it changed daily so it never got boring - however it is typically Morrocan breakfast, so do not expect tons of food. Check-out went very smoothly, important to note that you have to pay the tourist tax at the end in cash. Overall, the riad was our place to go to escape the chaos of the city - it is very quiet during the day and perfect to relax for a few hours.

We would have prefered a room at a higher floor. Also, the pool was VERY cold - it is not heated, and it was that cold even with 38-40 degrees outside. The wifi worked most of the time, but it fluctuates quite a bit - that is however the norm in Marrakech.

Honestly could fault the property. One of the best stays and value for money places I’ve been welcomed /collected by porter then sat down and shown map and highlights of area with receptionist accompanied with tea and biscuits. Shown to our room which was spotless comfy few nights sleep and nice hot showers etc. nice quiet location for decent sleep felt safe waking back here late at night staff welcome to accompany others if for whatever reason they didn’t to taxi point around the corner. Made use of the cold plunge pool and roof top terrace and shower on last day for check out/flight home where staff held our bags including valuables safely before our flight home. Massively impressed and would recommend this to anyone looking. Breakfast was also great each morning and staff happy to help with anything from printing boarding or excursion tickets to reservations for restaurants and advice or when to go to certain tourist hotspots etc ! Staff spoke several languages fluently was very impressed.

Nothing it was great.

Beautiful Riadh in the Medina… in fact 3 riadhs connected and so feeling more open and spacious with several beautifully tranquil courtyards to relax in. Central location, we could walk easily to all major attractions incl Majorelle Gardens The staff we so genuinely warm and welcoming, a particular thank you to the manager Mr. Abderrahim who was exceptionally friendly and helpful with all inquiries. We had a fabulous room called a suite, larger and much brighter with many windows, very clean and the piece de resistance - our own, private rooftop terrace with chairs and sun loungers The riadh arranged our pick up and drop off from/ to the airport in one of their cars for €16 per car per journey which made our arrival and departure very comfortable. We can’t wait to return!

Nothing

The staff was incredible. They were predisposed, smiling, and helpful all the time. My husband and I enjoyed the Hammam service, and it was a more personalized experience that I recommend, different from going to a spa, which I also recommend. The traditional Moroccan breakfast varied every day. The different courtyards and the terrace were very cozy

The intimacy of the room. Due to the type of hinge, the room doors were not completely closed, which reduced privacy.

Amazing, spacious riad hidden behind one random door at one tiny street (no car access; can be hard to find at first). Cosy, bright, common areas, starting from the main patio guarded by the tall trees; right size of rooftop with sunbeds and not too big breakfast room. Breakfast a bit chaotic but I would just call it a worse day 🙂 The room has been equipped with all you may need, but still remembering riad is not the same as a standard hotel (can get noisy depending on the other riad' guests who are just loud). Phenomenal, hospitable and attentive CREW with sense of humor 💚 trust them Finally - their relaxing massage service that was oh-so-fantastic (long-haired lady 🙏🏻 who knows perfectly what she is doing with other human body; unfortunately, I havent remembered her name) and/or hammam.

Cannot think of a better place to stay in Marrakech. Traditional riad, but also very modern with exceptional installations WITH A LOT OF LIGHT! Very clean, room extra comfortable, very quiet. Great location very close to city centre- walking distance! but at the same time very distant from the noise and the busy roads. Staff could not have been more helpful, cheerful, friendly and welcoming. They have made our stay truly special and will for sure come back. The open spaces, patios, rooftop, terrace of our room are simply amazing! Not to mention how comfortable the beds are and how lovely the aesthetic of the riad is! Every detail is unique!

Everything has been absolutely PERFECT.

Perfect location, close to the city center but in a quiet street. The terrace is amazing and very big! The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff was very nice and friendly and they tried to accomodate our requests. We stayed there 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. They put some essential oil in the building and we loved the smell!

The breakfast could be definitely better, we really didn't understand the logic but the first day we had only bread and jams for food but the next day we got also yogurt and eggs..... So if you ask, they will bring you other things. We couldn't use the pool because they put some clorum but if you ask in advance, they will "prepare" it for you.

I enjoyed our stay here. The staff were accommodating and friendly. They received us warmly upon our arrival, even though it was late at night. The daily breakfast was excellent and delicious. I enjoyed our room and the view of orange trees from our room. The hotel ( or what they call riads) was fascinating with its intricate interiors and local architecture. It's such a hidden gem. And all the back alleys to get to the hotel were charming.

The only thing we didn't like was that the shower had no curtains, so the bathroom floor got wet when we took showers.

Staff was very attentive. Rammy reviewed the map with me when I arrived and gave me information. The room was very nice, clean, and well appointed, even if there was just barely enough room on either side of the bed to get to the bed. Funky shaped room, but spacious enough with a nice bathroom - good water pressure and a tub. The place was old but well taken care of with great medina ambiance. Breakfast was great - when I said no bread because of a gluten allergy, they made everything gluten free for me. I was sick and stayed in my room sleeping and staff actually came to check on me. Dinner was good too. I cancelled my first booking for the day after the quake, but as of Sept 19th I could detect no damage in the hotel or surrounding area. (I didn't explore the city as a whole as I was too sick)

Nothing bad for me. If you want a very new, modern hotel, this is not for you.

Perfect place to stay if you want to discover the medina (although a bit tricky to find the location initially); has large and lovely spaces to lounge so it’s a shame that we didn’t really manage to maximise our stay at the riad as we arrived there around 8pm then left for an early flight the next morning. Medzhi (sorry if I wrongly spelled your name!) was very warm & attentive. He was so sweet to let me try their homemade cheese when I asked for some cheese during breakfast.

None really.
