The location was great with many restaurants and shops nearby and the Medina in walking distance about 30 minutes as are the YSL gardens. We were also able to walk there in 20 minutes from the train station.

I would have preferred a shower that didn’t require getting in and out of a bath without handrails.

The staff was amazing! So helpful and accomodating.

Cigarette smoke. Would have loved to have a masseuse on board there at the hotel.

Very clean, professional and friendly staff. Breakfast was good but could have done with a variety of juices rather than one juice only and maybe some brown sliced bread with a toaster. Overall I would stop here again.

The best hotel in Marrakech. AMAZING Clean Quiet Staff are professional and very helpful. Head Receptionist Sabah (صباح) was exceptionally good. Thank you. I even forgot my charger and they kept it safe for me. Location- right in the middle of everything. Located in gueliz ( Gueliz is like probably oxford street of London or central London). You literally step out of the hotel and everything is there, shops , attractions, restaurants etc The staff did their best to help.

The staff at the reception was exceptional. He was very helpful, polite and supportive. He treated me with respect. The hotel location is great. Lot places to eat nearby. Very convenient location.

IT was all good. May be one thing if I have to point out is that if you open the window of the room then it's very noisy and it is understandable as the hotel is on the main road.

I thought the food could be better. I noticed in Morocco that they tend not to serve the food hot. I ordered a Moroccan salad and got a strange 4 lump of not sure what.

Great service, central location in the heart of Marrakech, next to all major restaurants, touristic attractions and heritage sites. Spacious and clean rooms.

Very comfortable room - quiet with good WiFi. The pool and the bar area were a veritable oasis in Marrakech. Excellent value.

We would have liked more plug sockets in the room. Also there was no fridge.
