From our arrival the staff could not have been more helpful and attentive. The building was beautiful and mixed luxury and quirkiness absolutely perfectly. The offers that the hotel offered were good value for money. We took the cooking course and the Hammam spa which were both excellent. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of moroccan delicacies each day.

We had an evening meal at the bistro which was a bit disappointing. There is also live music every night until 11, which wasn't unpleasant but it would have been good to know so if we wanted some peace we could have booked an outside facing room

We had an amazing stay at Riad Monceau. As soon as we arrived we were made to feel at home by all the staff who were working there. I would especially like to thank Mohammad, Hosni, Mustafá, Hicham & Maroua. They made my birthday really special. We loved the Jazz music which was on every evening between 8pm-11pm and both restaurants serviced excellent food. The ambience and atmosphere was 10/10. We also really enjoyed the hot plunge pool , it was like a little oasis and the spa experience with the massage and Hammam was so relaxing.

Everything was great

I enjoyed our room and little balcony where we sat and had dinner while listening to music . Very special . Our dinners and breakfast were wonderful. All 3 breakfasts we had Muhammad as our waiter and he was wonderful . The best waiter of our 2 week trip in Morocco. Our 2 hour spa was incredible! It was great having a refrigerator in our room , the first in our entire trip . Enjoyed the music and found the food very good and reasonably priced.

Water pressure wasn’t the best for showering or hot water . One night there was alot of noise from the upstairs rooftop.

This wonderful Riad is in the perfect location. An oasis of calm but right on the doorstep of the Jemaa el-fna (the main square) They have two fabulous restaurants with live music every evening. Very popular with a great atmosphere and always booked up in advance. Their Hamman bath is great too with little secret garden for hotel guests.

What’s not to love! It was an amazing stay.

The hotel is above all nicely located nearby (200m) for the central square. It's a nice romantic place for couples, the restaurant is really excellent and the staff, particularly at the reception, very charming and friendly.

It must be said January can be a chilly time to travel to Marrakech. Hence, the junior suite we had was difficult to heat up. Our hosts tried so by a mobile heating, but it felt slightly humid. Little disadvantage as well if you take the junior suite. It's directly under the nice roof top bar. So if you don't join there for a cocktail, you might perceive this being slightly noisy. One point that nearly requires improvement is the breakfast. Please think of serving your guest a tin of coffee (not just one mug) and give it a bit more of variety (yogurt, grains etc.).

The welcoming at the reception was great, we felt really good right from the start. The Rooms are spacious and at night the hotel tranforms with live music and dinner guests. The best thing about our stay though, was the hospitalitiy of the staff. Especially Hasni and Hanane, who went out of their way to consult us on diverse topics and questions. Thank you so much, we will def. come back! Also: The breakfast took some time but was delicious and big.

The property is beautifully decorated and the staff are super friendly. The hospitality is the best I’ve had in a long while. They were super attentive. Cleaned the room everyday and it was service with a smile.

There is nothing bad about this place.

A gem within the city center, a stone throw from Jemaa el-Fna square. We stayed there for a week, and definitely felt like at home, with an impeccable service and great hospitality, and also in holidays with very respectful and helpful staff doing the extra mile to make your experience as pleasant as possible. Room was extremely clean, with various amenities (spa, jacuzzi, patio, restaurant and bar) available. Would warmly recommend for the place itself (it is beautiful, and also very clean!), the location (literally 2 mins from the heart of the city), the service which was faultless throughout our stay. Because the Riad also welcomes a restaurant and a rooftop, it can be quite noisy in your room during the evening. But this usually gets quiet at 11pm, and of course you are supposed to be on holidays! Would definitely come back at next occasion.

What a great experience, amazing Rhiad, outstanding service from all the staff. The attention to detail on customer service was superb. Amazing food, great location would highly recommend.

Nothing it was just perfect!

Moroccan hospitality at its finest! Riad Monceau (Le) was so beautiful and full of artistic details that we really loved! Upon our arrival we were greeted by Hosni, he helped us a lot throughout our stay to ensure we have the full experience in marrakesh! there are so many activities to do in the riad where you can find the stunning pool in the middle, Jaccouzi, restaurant, rooftop bar, jazz band, and cooking sessions! We were amazed by all of the services and details in this riad and the location was just perfect around 3 mins away from Jameea elfna (the heart of the city). Lastly, we were so happy that we had the chance to meet the owner behind this incredible riad Marc and had a great talk with him about his amazing work and marrakesh in general. The whole experience was extraordinary and definitely it won’t be the last.
