Best breakfast I had in Morocco during 10 days!! The staff (Kamal at the reception in particular!) is exceptional!! Excellent location, service and professionalism from all staff. The hammam experience was really great!!

Stunning collection of little riads. Location perfect for exploring the medina. The beds were comfortable, en-suite a decent size. Staff were friendly. Addition of heated pool was a great bonus! The terrace was our favourite part.

Some breakfast things ran out before 9:30. Shower occasionally ran cold.

The Riad is absolutely stunning and the staff are very lovely. They went above and beyond to help, from welcome drinks and snacks, to printing our boarding passes and even speaking to excursion teams on our behalf. The rooms were very lovely and clean and picturesque and the AC is fantastic! Very close to main square. Only took us 5 minutes to walk to the main square. I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing to dislike!

Loads of choice for breakfast, but the warm choice alternated from sausages one day and chicken in crem sauce another repeatedly. Everyone was very attentive and helpful. We had a twin room (although we'd prefer double but since there's so much French influence we didn't want to end up with a 120cm bed. But after two days of putting the beds together the cleaning ladies provided us with new double sheet and duvet. Location is just steps from the big square and everything is easily reachable on foot.

It is a common problem and this place was (unfortunately) no exception: there were no hooks to hang towels in the bathroom, only the ones in front of it. So it was tricky but fortunately towels were changed daily and we didn't have to bother drying them... but it is not very environment conscious. We couldn't use the pool much since it is opened only from 11am till 5pm which is exactly when any curious tourist explores the Medina.

Beautiful riad, with a peaceful and restful atmosphere. Lovely fountains, red roses, and lovely fragrances around the place. It was nice to have a plunge pool to chill down as temps were hitting 47c. We've stayed at this riad before, 15 years ago, when it was much smaller, but the renovations and additional space have been done so sympathetically that you'd never know they were new additions. Beautiful place and fantastic staff. Loved our stay and will be back

I had the pleasure of staying at this incredible Riad in December, and it was truly a remarkable experience from start to finish. The rooms were absolutely spotless and beautifully designed, blending traditional charm with modern comfort. The attention to detail was impeccable, making it feel like a luxurious home away from home. The service was nothing short of top-notch—every staff member went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. Cleanliness was clearly a priority, and I would confidently rate it 5 stars. One of the highlights of my stay was the spa experience, particularly the hammam treatment. It was absolutely amazing and left me feeling completely rejuvenated. A special thanks to Nouphalia for her exceptional care and professionalism during my treatment—she truly made it unforgettable. The Riad’s location is perfect, with everything you could want to explore just a short walk away. To top it all off, the breakfast was delicious, offering an incredible variety that catered to all tastes. Every morning felt like a feast! Without a doubt, I will return to this stunning Riad. It was an unforgettable stay, and I can’t wait to visit again. Highly recommend!

Everything was absolutely perfect! Firstly, the Riad itself is gorgeous, fresh flowers everywhere, soft sound of a water fountain and serene and calm atmosphere. Secondly, the room was very spacious, exceptionally clean and very beautiful. Beds were large and comfortable, with hard mattresses and many pillows. Location of Riad was also very convenient! Close to the market and the main square, yet, located on one of the small side streets, it was pretty quiet. Lastly, a special shoutout to the staff. They made our stay absolutely perfect. Everyone was so helpful, cheerful and nice. They made us feel right at home, as if we’re visiting friends. Thank you all for making our stay unforgettable! I’m looking forward to coming back and will definitely recommend it to everyone.

Great transfer service, driver had a luggage carrier and was on time. Incredibly and diligent friendly reception staff, particularly Simou. We stayed in other riads and hotel staff is always very friendly in but in this one it felt of higher quality. I made a small remark on the showerhead leaking water but said it was suggestion that could wait until we left and Simou immediately apologized and asked permission to send someone to the room to fix it whilst we were out. Location is great, and the children really enjoyed the small swimming pool. Of the different riads we have stayed in Morocco, I will probably recommend this one to families.

The rooms are of different quality, The Sultana in the upper floor was really nice but one of our family members got a room which the bathroom was private but outside the room (she chose not to complain about it), so make sure your private bathroom is inside the room. Another room (Dalia) was just above a fireplace so it was a bit smoky my family member complained about it and they put it out. The breakfast is continental and nice but not the best we had in Morocco as many dishes that were meant to be served fresh and not/warm were cold and a bit sad (e.g. crepes felt that were done in one go in the morning and by 9 am were cold and a bit dry) the breakfast staff is definitely not as nice.

Location amazing in a historic building with every nook and cranny a different piece of decor. Our room was beautiful tiled and special! ALL the staff were hugely friendly and could not do enough to help. If you are flicking through Riads in Marrakesh you won’t be disappointed by this one. We loved the roof terrace, the pool area the location and the rooms. WiFi excellent too. The night receptionist when we arrived was superb helping sort out a guide within7 hours.

Can’t really fault much to be honest - I’d have liked just a simple morrocan breakfast but I get it is a hotel popular with many countries - so lots of choice. No complaints at all!

This property was elegant sparkling clean well situated and quiet. The staff were absolutely outstanding. They all bent over backwards to accommodate, were friendly and exceedingly professional. Simo at the front desk speaks five languages including American sign, is an Energetic can do person with humour, patience and a fantastic knowledge of the Medina and surrounding places of interest. Hennan in the kitchen is a pleasure, sweet kind and so engaged. The other staff whose names regrettably I haven’t mentioned were all so wonderful and really make the stay a memorable experience. This property also offers an excellent breakfast. Could not improve on my experience. The riad and its Staff reflect the heart and soul of Marrakesh
