At first I thought Pure House was just a bit too Instagram-perfect to be true from the photos, but I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived that it looked just like the pictures! What it doesn’t show in the pictures though is probably the best part of Pure House: all the incredible staff and their personable brand of five-star hospitality. Pure House’s staff was the best we've had this trip, maybe even on any trip! Everyone greeted you warmly and always asked to make sure we had everything we needed. Sara has done a great job assembling this team. I have to specifically shout out to two staff in particular: Mohammed and Insaf. Insaf welcomed us on arrival and was personable, funny and quickly made us feel at home. She gave us recommendations and provided us with a phone with data so we could be in touch with Pure House at any time. Throughout the stay, she helped with activities, incredible dinner reservations and even arranged a mini-breakfast served to us in the extra early morning by Abdul before our hot air balloon ride! Mohamed went above and beyond to make our stay at Pure House special. His infectiously positive personality combined with meticulous attention to detail, made us assume he was a manager of some kind! He quickly learned our names and preferences and frequently anticipated our needs before we even thought to ask. Whether it was a cure for our indecision with a flight of wine samples, a live spritz demo, helping to organize our departure or an adjustment of the umbrellas as the sun came out, he was always two steps ahead of us. He was incredibly knowledgeable and we had lots of great conversations. Once it was time to go, it genuinely felt like we had made new friends at Pure House. I had mixed feelings writing such a glowing review only because this is really one of those places that you just want to keep to yourself! It’s still a hidden gem and I know full well that whenever it catches on, it’s gonna be impossible to book.

Everything about this Riad was incredible. From the airport pickup to the minute we arrived at our drop of location, they had a staff member waiting there to help us with our luggage. The staff were so accommodating and welcoming from day 1. They offer a mobile phone to their guests to carry around for their stay to use maps etc which was great for us as our network providers didn't work in Morocco. Great location, in a busy area but also tucked away a few alleys back that it was quiet! Will be recommending this Riad to all our friends and family :)

The Location is perfect, right in the heart of Marrakech and just walking distance from all the sights and spots. We had a fantastic stay at Pure House Marrakech. From the moment we arrived we felt very welcome. The staff were extremely helpful, arranging airport transfers, transport to restaurants and a Souk tour. We even got a phone to help us navigate the Medina which was beyond helpful. The bedroom was very comfortable and the room plus the Riad were spotlessly clean. Breakfast was great with different fruit every day and eggs, yoghurt and local bread and pancakes. Overall the staff were amongst the most hospitable we have come across and really helped us feel at home. The location was great, close to the Square but very quiet.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Riad. The accommodation was fantastic—clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable in every way. The staff went above and beyond, always incredibly courteous and extremely helpful. They were available at all times and made sure every request was taken care of quickly. The breakfast was exceptional, with a great selection of fresh options that catered to every taste. It was also a huge plus that we could reach someone at any time for assistance or recommendations. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience!

When we first arrived in Marrakech the Medina is an immediate sensory overload and Pure House is an oasis of calm. The perfect place where you can recharge and then step back out to experience everything Marrakech has to offer. Our room was first class; beautifully presented, impeccably clean (as was everywhere in Pure House) and kitted out with everything you would need. Ideal location, fantastic breakfast, lovely sun terrace with plunge pool but the greatest asset is the people. I’ve never come across friendlier, more helpful, accommodating, attentive and knowledgeable hosts. They all made our holiday an absolute joy. Everything from collecting us at the airport to checking out was faultless. They are an exceptional team!

From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. One of the staff members guided us to the parking area and met us there with a luggage carrier, which made arriving in the busy medina so much easier. Throughout our stay, the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we felt completely at home. One unique and helpful feature was the smartphone they provided, with 4G data and a hotspot option. This gave us both convenience and peace of mind as we explored the city, knowing we had internet access and a direct contact with the staff members on the go. Every morning, the breakfast was a highlight – fresh and delicious, it was the perfect way to start our day in Marrakech. The staff also shared excellent tips and recommendations that truly enhanced our experience in the city. I wholeheartedly recommend Pure House to anyone looking for an extraordinary stay in Marrakech. This riad not only offers comfort and luxury but also a warm hospitality that made our time there truly special.
