Pretty much everything. The hotel rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. The hotel staff is very friendly and professional and they are always attentive to customer's needs. Food is super nice, although creativity may improve it. A special thanks to the restaurant, outside bar and Zanzibar staff: they are amazing. Transfers to the city went pretty well, since there weren't many guests at the hotel. All the facilities - gardens, tennis courts, pools, gym, etc - were well taken care of. On the last day it was possible to keep enjoying everything after check out and to store our luggage. There are many activities, during the day and the APP blue works if you have to book them. The bar entertainment is mostly aimed at Brits (bingo, type of music, etc) but the crew was making an effort to change it a little . Super nice! Perfect staying.

Just some reccomendations, nothing serious. The reception staff is nice but some important information should be given at check in. The indoor pool is paid during the afternoon (after 3pm); if you want to go to the city there should be a way to take a lunch pack, since it's all included, also, there's nothing to eat between 5pm and 7 pm (some snacks, toast would be nice in the bar) so don't skip lunch and the short snack between 4 - 5 pm. They told us that Morroccan cuisine specialties are only available on Thursdays, maybe one more day would be nice for short stays.

The room was lovely and spacious and there were a lot of options for food and drink. I had booked a twin room for my friend and I but they gave us a king. It was a lovely room with a great balcony but it would have been nice having the twin we had booked so we didn't have to share a bed the whole trip. The staff were helpful and we really liked the pool area when it was quiet. It was a great place to cool down in the August heat.

My friend and I booked this with a relaxing holiday in mind. Yet from the morning onwards every day, there was 2000s/2010s club music booming very loudly in the pool area. It made it incredibly hard to just read a book, listen to your own music (it was so loud you could hear it with your own headphones in) and just relax in peace. I eventually started bringing ear plugs down with me. And I say this as somebody in my 20s. It was difficult to sleep at night too as there was loud music and noises going on downstairs most nights. It was overall a nice trip, but not as relaxing as we'd hoped.

The hotel complex is wonderfully designed and very modern and the room was solid. The quality of the food was just right value for money and the staff in the restaurants were amazing.

Unfortunately the reception staff was not as helpful. We weren’t informed that we needed to make a reservation for the shuttle to the city and the information about possible tours to the Atlas Mountains was very sparse. Also, it was very disappointing that you could only use the indoor pool and Sauna could only be used at an extra charge. That’s something I have never experienced in any other hotel and I do not consider this “4 stars”. Those facility were one of the main reasons we booked the hotel. The SPA staff also did not tell us that we needed to book any treatments 3 days in advance, so in the end we couldn’t use the SPA once, as it was fully booked and at extra cost.

Breakfast had a great selection. Hudda was extremely helpful. Rashid the chef went out of his way to look after me.

Grab rails in the shower would be very helpful. No hand drier in the disabled toilet in the bar.

A perfect stay at Riu Tikida Garden Marrakech! The staff, service, and facilities were all excellent—highly recommended! Special thanks to the Zanzibar staff, the pool bar team, and the restaurant team for their wonderful hospitality and outstanding service.

The hotel reception, pool and restaurants were all great. Very clean and well kept. The food was great with lots of choice and good quality. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

The surrounding area is not that nice so there isn’t a nice walk from the hotel. It didn’t bother us as we just chilled and took the courtesy bus to the city.

The resort is beautiful and peacefull and makes you forget you are right inside of this buzzling city.

While the quality of the food is good, it lacks some variation after a while. They offer a shuttle bus to the city, but this bus is very small and therefore does not offer many spots. Instead we had to take a taxi to the city. Luckely this is very cheap, about 3 - 5 euros. The pools are not heated, therefore they are quite cold.

We loved this resort! Our favourite all inclusive we’ve been to. It was lovely being adults only and had everything you need for a truly relaxing time. I saw lots of reviews about how people didn’t like the food - but we loved the buffet! Yes it might get a bit repetitive if you’re here for a week but just go out to a local restaurant if you get bored! We thought there were plenty of options.

We couldn’t get a spot at the restaurant even though we enquired as soon as we got here :( People also put their towels on the sun loungers the night before, and leave them there and come at like midday. Also there should be shampoo / conditioner in the rooms atleast.

The place was beautiful, and looked well maintained. It was a nice looking resort and there was good customer service. I enjoyed that I could easily get a taxi or the shuttle to the Medina. I typically used taxis only because I wanted to go other places than the Medina. Overall, as I solo traveler I felt very safe and I enjoyed my stay

There is a sewer problem in my room. The smell of toilet could overwhelm the room. I absolutely could have complained but my stay was only 4 days. They truly need to fix this. I was extremely tempted to buy bleach to kill the terrible smell. It does creep the out the room. I just kept the door closed to the bathroom because but omg is it bad. You’ve been warned lol. The other issue is I didn’t like the food. I personally didn’t eat there often and ate elsewhere for dinner. But for breakfast and lunch it was okay. They didn’t replace cups or salad often, and I felt th are t I was eating in a high school cafeteria. But I’m just used to better and for the price? Can’t complain too much.

Very nice staff. Large luminous rooms. Nice outdoor environment in the hotel premises, with walking path, several swimming pools, sun decks, tennis courts,... Large buffets with varied different choices. Special Moroccan restaurant on reservation included in the package. And don't forget the bars also at the swimming pool.

The noise from the corridors is not filtered : we heard it all in the rooms we had. This is not so nice either in the late evening, or early morning when you hope to enjoy some rest during your holidays. I was happy to have taken earplugs with me. Not so easy to solve, maybe a double door in the room entrance ?
