Nice location, large and very clean room. Vey good breakfast with friendly staff ready to help us.

The fridge in the room was empty and there were very few coffee pods and tea bags. If you wanted a second tea you had to ask for a tea bag. There wasn't any welcoming treat in the room and the bathroom had equipment only for one person, not two. The prices of the menu were quite high. I'd like to visit it again because of the cleaness and the location, but I doubt if I will visit again Rabat due to the airlines that operate there (I was flying with Ryanair, and there were arbitrary charges just before boarding, so I left Rabat with negative emotions and I don't think that I'll return). The hotel is highly recommended if another airline is convenient for your flights. For me there is not this option for the time being.

The Robuchon restaurant was excellent, 5 star! (both dinners and breakfast) The staff were attentive, friendly and the food was very good. The room was spacious, well appointed, the beds were comfortable. Staff extremely helpful and attentive. The hotel's proximity to public transit and railway station were helpful. Staff were fluent in both English and French.

The service on the outdoor patio/terrace Robuchon (restaurant) was lacking - understaffed. yet, the Japanese restaurant and poolside staff were attentive and helpful. The piano music in the bar areas was pleasant but the hard surfaces of the area made the sound harsh and at times less than pleasant.

We had such a fantastic time at the Marriot in Rabat. Some of our highlights were: modern and well furnished rooms, delicious breakfast with a lot of options, fantastic service who went the extra mile to make us feel welcome (shoutout to Maha and the front office agent to helped us change rooms) and make our stay special - super friendly, interacting with our daughter, accommodating extra requests (shoutout to Safae and Achraf). Multiple restaurants within the hotel - several meals being above and beyond our expectations. The general manager was frequently present at the hotel to personally greet and ensure that guests were having a great time. The pool area was beautiful with comfortable sunbeds.

We stayed here for 5 days, and can only think of three improvement points: Unfortunately there were no kids options in the menus - however we could always get something for our 14 month old - sometimes half portions from the adult menu, sometimes choose from the breakfast options. It varied a little dependent on the chef - which is our second point of feedback as this also applied on the food. The restaurant next to the pool is playing loud music until 1am (weekdays too) - we had booked a room with 'pool view' without knowing this - luckily the front office organized a new room for us towards the other side of the building

I rated my stay at 10/10 as Front Desk Manager was proactive & when I’m checking out she personally apologised on behalf of the hotel’s team.

Overall experience staying here is okay but the service was below standards.

Professional and well-mannered staff. You feel at ease and welcomed from the moment you step in like a true Marriot. Special thanks goes to Ms. Yasmine at reception and the housekeeping staff. Highly recommended property to try out.

Internet connection is not stable. Should be complimentary high-speed net like similar franchise hotels.

room was noisy from the nightclub music until 2am on Thursday night. staff was nice enough to change my room for the last night the price is expensive...Compared to cost of life and things in morocco

I loved the hospitality of the staff, and the personalized service provided by the housekeeping, especially Maryam and Omaima who were very attentive.

- Overall operations are not smooth yet since its newly opened. For example; when I ordered for room service it took forever to be delivered. - Miscommunication which could be due to lack of experience, whereas I have sent a message to the hotel to inform them about the changes in my booking (which the hotel acknowledged) as I have arrived a day after my initial booking and was under the assumption that the booking has changed, especially that I was initially charged for three nights only upon my checkin. But during my checkout i was surprised by asking to charge an extra night.

It was a great room, great hotel. Quiet, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. We really had a good time there.

Comparing to other hotels in that level, I found Marriot a bit expensive. The day before we were at Riu in Agadir and eventhough they didn't charge us as Marriott, the provides way more facilities. Even their breakfast, lunch and dinner all was included. Including spa, pool, gym, drinks and snacks at the hotel.

great facilities. great standards and attention to detail and staff was amazing.

breakfast variety could be better. it was good breakfast but the same every day and also would expected more Moroccan dishes and fresh msemen made on demand. also the TV is not great for watching Netflix etc. connecting to it (even through chromecast) did not work using an iPhone.

So far the best hotel I stayed in whilist in Morocco. Using light colour concept through out the hotel gave it space and tranquility. Highly trained and motivated staff. Parking valet available. Adjacent to Rabat central Mall gave property high value. Special thanks goes to the night shift staff at reception for arranging a stay on the spot for my daughter and son in law. This is highly appreciated. I hope such high standards in customer satisfaction are well kept and maintained.

Mini fidge should be filled with water and non alcoholic beverages. Snacks were not available.
