Staff is great, rooms are big and the bed was comfortable. Cleanliness was great! Breakfast is typical Moroccan! Overall, great hotel in a very central location.

Expensive (as everything is Rabat) The caprets NEED a professional cleaning. Also some days they took the towels for the bathroom floor and the didn't put a bag in the bin. Some days they didn't though..

Staff was so kind and attentive. The best staff I have ever seen. The location is perfect to discover the city. Car parking spot with a guard.

The location was in the Akdal area. not far from the train station. Plenty of shops and restorants were nearby. The tramway stop point was not far. The big mosque was also near. The room was specious, and the bed was comfortable. I like the colors of the furniture and the smill of the shampoo.

I stayed on the second floor and was told it is a non smooking floor. Unfortunately, I smelled some cigarette odor around my room. Near the elevator. This was reported to the front disk, but the issue continued.

This hotel should be proud of the helpful staff they have!! Yassmine (at the front desk) was exemplary with her welcome and assistance with local calls and recommendations. Salma, her colleague was also helpful and experienced speaking perfect English. The hotel is spacious and our room had access to a terrace. Location is ideal as it is close to restaurants and the train station. Restaurants and shops are all in walking distance. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was one of the best we have had so far in Morocco! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family as a great choice!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. My room was clean, cozy, and had reliable internet, which made it easy to get my work done. The breakfast was delicious, and the kitchen staff were warm and welcoming. The location is fantastic, right in Agdal, close to everything in Rabat. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

I arrived at the Smarts Hotel and was warmly greeted by the front desk staff. Yassmine and Asma in were super helpful! I had a problem with the air conditioning in my room and they changed it immediately. Yassmine in particular was super nice and had many helpful tips on what do in the surrounding area, as well as what places I could go to for dinner, cash exchange, etc. Her being able to speak English very well made a tremendous difference in making my stay very enjoyable as I don't speak Arabic! The hotel itself was clean and had nice facilities, bathroom, bed, etc. The location was excellent - close to facilities like malls and gyms but also the train station and tourist destinations like the Royal Palace.

I truly appreciate all the staff members—they are incredibly helpful and always go above and beyond to assist me. Asmae and the restaurant team, in particular, were exceptionally kind and often went out of their way to make us feel at home. This is my third stay at Smarts, and it continues to be a wonderful experience

it was a bit hard to find at first but once you know the area name and the Mosque close to it, it’s very easy to find. we used GPS to find.

My room had a bad smell like cigarettes, it was annoying Noise can be heard from other rooms, I had luck having calm neighbors but if they were noisy then it would be very bad As a muslim, adding Qibla direction and a prayer mat (Sejada) would be great
