Lovely place, competent and quick on their feet staff.

We personally made sure we were very comfortable and they were helpful with everything we asked for and more.

When I left the riad I felt like I left my home and Family 🥺❤️ Jawad, Zakariyah, Abdullah, Mehdi and Asma were the best staff ever ❤️ My stay at the riad was absolutely magical! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The design of the property is breathtaking, seamlessly blending modern elegance with authentic local charm. The rooms were luxurious and thoughtfully curated, The breakfast was amazing with an amazing view on the rooftop ❤️ The location was super good at the middle of kesba. I am beyond impressed not only with the beauty of the riad but also with the exceptional character of its owner, Mrs. Roya, her kindness, humility, and genuine care for guests truly set her apart. She's so approachable and committed to ensuring every guest feels valued and at home. Her effort to create a harmonious environment show her deep sense of integrity and thoughtfulness. It’s clear that this isn’t just a business for her, it’s a labor of love. This riad is not just a place to stay; it’s an experience to cherish. Staff was super, prepare me a mint tea with almond pastries while checking in, got my suitcase to my room, recommended and made reservations for us for a traditional Moroccan restaurant with live music, room was perfect and in the morning serve us a light breakfast just like we wanted .

The only thing I didn't realize when I did the reservation is that this is not a standard hotel, is a House made into a room rental property, also the location, you can't drive here is in the middle of the market area with small streets and alleys everywhere unless you are from here you will get lost 1 minute from it.

I can’t say enough good things about this Riad - the location, rooftop view, decor, cleanliness, attention to detail and above all, the staff. I had a fabulous stay and didn’t want to leave. From the moment you are greeted with a cup of traditional mint tea in the beautifully decorated lobby with its well stocked bar, you feel right at home. Highly recommend!

If I had to say something I’d say the room was a bit small. But very comfortable.

The staff were fantastic, so incredibly welcoming. Zaki couldn't do enough to make us feel so welcome - there is also a special mention to Jawad as well (sorry if I've mis-spelled that) who was so engaging and led us through the laneways to reach our ferry. Fabulous breakfast. Extremely peaceful stay. Beautiful room.

The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. The view from the terrace of the Mediterranean was remarkable - both during the day and at breakfast. We were especially impressed by Joauad - he greeted us with tea, recommended a restaurant for dinner, arranged an early breakfast, and carried our bags to our driver. It was nice to have a place to sit with a drink at the end of a day — it felt cozy in the “library” area with music and fire in the fireplace.

It is a bit difficult to get to with luggage due to the ups and downs (and stairs) of Tangier — but the view is worth it.

Saba’s House was recommended by the organisers of an event I was attending in Tangier, and I stayed for a week. The staff were exceptionally kind, charming, and accommodating; I did not need their help for much, but they were always present, gracious, and willing to assist with anything I might need, while also giving me space. Rooms were impeccably clean and decor comfortable and of a high standard. WiFi was fantastic, and I had several virtual video meetings with no connectivity problems. Fresh fruit was provided in abundance at breakfast on the rooftop terrace — the breakfast was wonderful and huge. The property was centrally located in/close to the medina but quiet and peaceful. I would love to return when I’m visiting Tangier again; it is an excellent choice for a solo traveller.

Wonderful stay! They have great reviews and they deserve great reviews. Location: The Riad is in the heart of the Medina in a clean, safe, quiet area that has quick accessibility to basically everything—restaurants, snacks, museums, sights, and more. Riad: Very clean and comfortable with a traditional open layout. The rooftop has virtually panoramic views of the harbor and Medina. Room: plenty spacious with a modern design and very nice bathroom. Bed was firm but we really liked it and were plenty comfortable. Staff: the best part. All of the staff members went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They can help with anything! Breakfast: more of a french style with breads, spreads, and jams. It was good especially if you order an omelette. Overall: we’d stay here again without hesitation. We felt like it was a good value for the money. Tips: (1) Ask the staff for their city guide. It has the most helpful map for navigating the Medina. (2) Remember if you get lost, downhill = ocean. That can get you out of basically anywhere in the Medina. (3) Kebdani was our favorite restaurant nearby. (4) make sure to see Cap Spartel and the Atlantic side of the city.

The room didn’t cool down as quickly as I would have liked. Got there eventually but I was hot each night while going to sleep.

An amazing stay which totally exceeded our expectations. Roya and her staff treated us like VIP’s looking after our every request. You can not better this accomdation in Tangier.
