Loved everything about this property. The staff were incredible and the facilities top notch in both comfort and style! The rooms are spacious. The linen top quality. The beds are possibly the most comfortable we have ever slept in and the pillows too were amazing. No expense has been spared when it comes to guest comforts. The gardens are magnificent despite being in the middle of a drought. Clean, tidy and everything is so well thought out. I would not hesitantly for a minute to book again or recommend the property!
Didn’t like that guests visitors could come and enjoy the facilities around the pool and lounge area. They made quite a noise however the security guard managed to get them to leave quite effectively once we requested.

The location was perfect for our early departure to the airport. A quiet part of Windhoek. We had garaged parking for our car and overnight security on site. The gardens are well maintained and the pools immaculate. We requested a packed breakfast that was prepared to our request. The staff are very friendly and helpful, accommodating us with particular mobility challenges.
A small tear in the upholstery of the stool at the bottom of the bed. I was concerned this had occurred during my stay, until I realised it was concealed by a throw when we entered the room. As I removed the throw during the evening, I saw a tear the following morning as we departed. I will have appreciated being made aware of this on arrival as I would not have minded, or if the stool had been removed to be re upholstered.

The property was clean. The bed, fridge, AC, bathroom, and everything else were faultless. You'd be in a great place, I must say. Bear in mind that there is barely anyone in Windhoek; it's a far less dense city, thus tranquil at its finest if you are that type of person. I didn't know that my keys could open the gate because the security guy who had checked me the night before could not speak a word of English. Of course, he is not English; this is not a complaint. There was a light mishap with the lady not opening the gate for the cab that dropped off my friend; she was waiting for me to open using my set of keys. It was totally my fault and not the staff; my apologies. One more thing, the property is absolutely family friendly.
It seemed that the atmosphere gave the impression of a white-preference attitude. It may not be the property's fault, but Namibia is the most unequal country on earth, just behind its sister, South Africa. 7% of whites control most of the economy, whilst half of the black population lives in abject poverty. In this property, I sensed a white-preference attitude.

The property was beautiful and inviting, feeling like a mini resort tucked within a quiet residential neighborhood. The area felt very safe for walks and there were amenities a short drive away if needed. I was welcomed late since my flight arrived after dark and had a personal note on my pillow welcoming me, a personal touch I greatly appreciated. The breakfast brunch was delicious with some good made to order and other fruits and healthy food options available. The grounds were beautiful with blooming trees, and the property accommodated my large 4x4 truck vehicle outside my room with no problem. The room was comfortable and quiet, with access to a little back patio and an attached office space. I slept a very comfortable first night in Namibia at this boutique!
The shower had some difficulty draining, but this was a very minor error that I’m sure was fixed.

The hotel is overlooked by travelers although being one of the nicest places we have been in Namibia. The hotel room is like from a 4-5* hotel and the breakfast is with a few choices, but tastes wonderful. Loved that that offered avocado and very tasty cheese sausages. Also on offer, fresh foods, which we liked. Besides that, the back of the hotel offers a nice pool with a sitting/outdoor cooking area and further back is a nice backyard from where you can see the sunset.
Nothing to complain about. It just always makes me confused when hotels put out the whole pineapple - is that decoration or to enjoy it by guests?

The hotel is comfortable and clean, and staff accommodating. The breakfast was good with the option of eating in or outdoors. Swimming pools, a tennis court and small golf putting greens are available, as is a lounge area with a coffee station and an 'honesty bar'. The receptionist Brenda was friendly and helpful, and a pleasure to deal with.
The ground floor rooms at the entrance are not very private, as it is where guests walk past to enter and exit the hotel. There are are lace curtains which offer a modicum of privacy during the day, and block-out curtains for the evenings. There here is also the lounge and dining area if one does not wish to remain in the room. I stayed for three days and remained at teh hotel most of the time, and to be fair, the receptionist did ask me if I was happy with the room (which I was, but mentioning for other guests who may want more privacy, although these ground floor rooms are most convenient to access the dining area and parking).

Lovely ambience, in a quiet but central neighbourhood of Windhoek. We had a perfect room close to the semi-outdoor lounge area and pool. Comfy beds. Complimentary coffee bar and soft seating made it feel like home. After a long day of driving we were given the option to order dinner in which was tasty and value for money. Lovely staff as well! It was only a pleasure staying here.

What a delightful small hotel - beautiful rooms, beautiful communal space and the receptionist on duty was very helpful in helping us with restaurants, transport and finding something to eat. I would definitely stay here again.
Guests should just be aware that the hotel does not provide any food other than breakfast and shops/restaurants are not that accessible.

The hotel is very nice with a small pool, mini-golf and also a tennis court. The rooms are spacious. The staff is nice and ready to help. Really great choice for a stay in Windhoek.
The room was clean, but I found a small kind of worm in the bathroom. I think it can always happen, so I did not present any complain to the staff. The location is quite nice in a quiet residential neighbourhood, but you need the car to arrive to the city center.
