The property is centrally located in downtown Windhoek and there is pedestrian access to two shopping malls, the Zoo Park, restaurants, and the historical museum. The rooftop was a beautiful place to watch the sunset and relax. The room was incredibly comfortable - some of the best hotel pillows I can remember sleeping on. The food in the restaurant was very good with plenty of options. When my flight was cancelled, the hotel staff went above and beyond for me to make sure I was accommodated on short notice in a comfortable room at a great price. The staff was warm, courteous, and helpful. What a great place to enjoy a drink at sunset, sleep a restful night in a quiet room, and enjoy a delicious meal.

Good clean and not noisy.

No door between toilet and room. Good for couples but not for family. A bit too expensive in Windhoek standard. The breakfast is not as lavish as I have experienced in other Hiltons. The staff didn’t allow my wife and son to checkin only because I went to drop off the car and the payment was not done! Seriously? I booked from booking.com and the booking already has a credit card linked to it! Bad gesture. Even though they finally gave the room before I arrived; but we didn’t like that hesitation part.

In the heart of Windhoek and a real home in Namibia. Staff was excellent and extremely helpful in organising my stay in Namibia. Room was spacious with an excellent view of the capital. The restaurant makes an important addition to the overall satisfaction with my stay. A roof top pool and bar: total relaxation. A jewel in the Hilton chain of hotels!

The bathroom doors are transparent so I’d prefer to have plain ones for more privacy, specially when you have room service and someone is showering at the same time, no privacy. Same for the toilet, I’d prefer if it was separated from the shower and not all together in the same space. Service at the Sky bar and terrace definitely needs improvement. Asked for an ashtray to smoke outside, it took the guy almost 30 mins to bring it.

Being Hilton the shape of the hotel was not 100% of what it could have been but still acceptable. The value was good though and the stay was not expensive. Location great - right in the center of the city. The Wi-Fi connection was very stable. Rooms specious but could have been kept better.

There was pool maintenance that we were not aware of. A bar was for 18+, so being with our daughter, we had no place except for the restaurant to stay inside (it was too cold in the top floor bar as it didn't have inside part). Not a problem that couldn't be solved - we went to sit down in the restaurant.

We only stayed for one night before we started our road trip in Namibia. Nice hotel. Clean room with comfortable bed. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Great location as it was just a few minutes' drive to collect our rental car. Breakfast was okay. Not much variety. We did have a restful stay after a long flight.

Reception and bell desk team super effective and proactive. Reception staff always happy to arrange taxi services for us and even sorted out the amount to be paid with the taxi driver. very professional. Room nice and clean with complimentary water every day.

Service at Sky bay and terrace needs a serious improvement. super slow and inattentive staff. Transparent doors of the bathroom and toilets should be separated from shower.

Room size is comfortable and the location is central and convenient

Cannot believe how long it takes before the shower water is hot. Complaint by phoning reception and was told just keep the water running. With Africa a dry continent, cannot support this waste of water and request The Hilton to look into it. Had a meeting in the evening and nearly missed the meeting time due to waiting for hot water in the shower.Breakfast was very standard

Breakfast was fantastic and it's a straight ride out to the airport. Proximity to walks and coffee shops was great. A great place for layover. Staff were helpful with booking transport around the city.

One of the lifts was faulty with guest swipe cards so we were kept waiting a lot for the other lift. Found it strange that my friend couldn't smoke her vape on the open air sky bar on the roof but I'm sure there's a pretty good enough reason for that.

Friendly, helpful staff. Love the location. Spa on rooftop is amazing. Lovely atmospheric pub to watch games. Great breakfast. Room was spacious with a really good layout. Fantastic views from rooftop bar. One of my all time favourite city center hotels in Africa.

Rooftop bar was not always open, which was a pity as the views from there were amazing. However, it was a stormy timing hence understandable.
