Nice and new modern hotel (one of the only 3-4 modern hotels in kathmandu), with fairly priced. My stay and experience was very smooth. Ask for Soaltee hotel facing rooms. As that’s where the view is, all the snow capped Himalayas. Very clean and tidy hotel. Reception area is very good. All the staff from janitors,security, restaurant staffs chefs , rooms service staff and front desk reception n managers , all were very good people and very helpful and always happy to help with a happy face. Rooms were spacious and comfortable bathrooms were spacious (shower area need some lighting). I was disappointed as they didn’t gave me room on that side as hotel hotel was also not seeming only 15-20% occupied and also was off season. They should have appointed a room with a good view to make the stay memorable for lifetime. Breakfast was delicious didn’t take lunch and dinner BADAL at restaurant made me a good coffee in breakfast. AASHISH n MILAN reception front desk very very helpful. Would suggest to make pickup and drop off to airport to make it complimentary ( as hotel is not in city in center and far from airport on the other side of city). Or atleast make it for a reasonable price (I suggest 15usd instead of 25usd ). I used online cab for about 4-5usd per fare to airport (this is of very low budget car for 3 person only).

Nothing to dislike about hotel. Location is bit far from city Center. In peak hours you can get to city Center in 15-20 minutes in car. After 10 pm it takes about 10 minutes to Center in car. Airport is about 25-30 minutes away. In Peak hours keep minimum of 45minutes to goto airport from hotel to avoid any hassle.

We ate at the hotel restaurant for dinner (traditional Nepalese) and the curries were superb. Breakfast was one of the better ones we had in Nepal - good selection and quality. We were given a corner room with a view of the city (even though it was very smoggy). It was very comfortable and quite spacious. Bathroom was modern with a good shower. We didn't swim but the pool area was nice.

Wifi was a bit hit and miss (like much of Nepal). Front desk was slow at times to get service. Often with a query it took some time to come back to us and we were left waiting without follow up - this could be more efficient.

The staff is friendly. They packed early morning (4am) breakfast for us when we were to go for Mountain flight. They also provided complementary airport drop on the day of departure. Staff provided tips for navigation through the citi. The location of the hotel is pretty accessible. Overall our stay was very nice and comfortable.

Bathroom had problem with water drainage. Water used to get accumulated in one part of bathroom rather than draining out. Comcast was not working.

Staff is just outstanding with their hospitality and immediate support on all requests I had even if they were special. Special thanks to Shirish, he is one of the most professional and kind people I have ever seen! City and mountains (actually high hills) view from 11th floor is just incredible. Hotel is new and fancy. Rooms are big, clean and designed really well. Room service is also amazing, food is very good quality. Location is just perfect, convenient to commute to the main sights.

SPA should be opened ASAP. I needed to go to Radisson for massage, going 30 min by taxi through the traffic jam in the evening after long flight is not what you want. I was not quite satisfied with the quality of food during branch, it can definitely be much more delicious in Hyatt.

Service and hospitality was exceptional. They catered to all our needs including arranging dairy free and gluten free options. (Bipin and Rupesh are a special mention) Breakfast had a decent spread including live counters for dosas, pancake, waffles and omlette. Lot of options of kids as well. Room was with sofa bed and at a higher floor which had a perfect view.

One of the best hotels i have ever stayed at , everything is so good let's start with 1) The staff The staff was so kind and helped in every way possible , the staff at the check-in counter were fast and quick in their work , they accepted all types of currencies and didn't deny anything . The staff at the restaurant were so kind and also made a cake for us on our check out day . 2) The food After all hotel food is always the best , their authentic Nepali food was delicious, it was very reasonable and the food had authentic taste . Continental options were also available , they also have 24/7 room service . 'Shraddha' was a server who assisted us at the restaurant and also gave us her opinion on what tourist spots we should visit . 3) The swimming pool The swimming pool was brilliant , clean and had a beautiful view of the hills and skies , at the time we visited there were unlimited skies and it was beautiful . There was a bar which served mocktails, cocktails and snacks , it was indeed very good service . 4) The rooms Each an every room had good views and were perfect , clean bathrooms etc .

Nothing everything was fabulous

the staff were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The views were far reaching of the city and the room was a good size and really clean. Also had a decent variety of food on their menu, cooked really well, very enjoyable! this was a lovely way to end our stay in Nepal, very relaxing before getting on a long plane home!

The music at the bar next to the pool was very loud and the pool was very busy when we went. could well have been family swim time, but we weren’t able to use the pool as no lounge beds available.

We had a room in the 11th floor and can recommend to stay here. Concierge Dipesh and the rest of the crew were very attentive and passionate in their jobs. From organizing cabs to recommending mesmerizing lookouts and sightseeing recommendations, nothing was missing. Simply, checkin in, relax and enjoy. The huge window and view of the city was amazing. The room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed watching the sun go down and city lights transforming the city in a fluorescent metropolis. Thanks for this wonderful stay.

This hotel went beyond my expectations! Rooms are super comfy and well-designed. Spacious with a view of the city on top floors. I highly recommend their spa, top-notch service. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. A plus point is their bar which makes unique cocktails

the location is a bit far from tourist attractions

Exceptional service specially at the rest front desk and restaurant. Its a newly built property with good room size and nice view. Awesome breakfast with wide variety of veg and non veg. 5 minutes walking distance from the casino and 20 minutes by cab to the main tourist market (Thamel). Has a beautiful pool side bar. Small nice gym. Highly recommend this place to tourists. Value for money.
