Wonderful staff. Will do anything for the customers. The location is in the main shopping area tourist agencies and All the happening pubs. It’s safe and convenient. The property has a restaurant in the ground floor but open and walled. Food is great.

Only one complaint. The bathroom ventilation opens back into the rooms. I traveled solo so this didn’t matter much to me but if I had someone else in the room then I wouldn’t be happy having to bare the other person’s faeces.

We stayed at the Kathmandu Regency Hotel from 16 to 18 March 2023. The place is honestly value for money and the breakfast was good with choices of scrambled egg, 2 toast, pancake, potatoes, a cup of orange juice and choice of tea or coffee. The room was decent and also come with a bathroom. With this kind of price and probably the cheapest you can find in Kathmandu, we can't really complain. The staff here are friendly and helpful especially Roshan.

Only problem was sometimes the water pressure was low but the reception told us they can actually fix it if we had feedback to them.

This was my 6th visit to Kathmandu. This hotel was better than any place where I stayed before. Its location is very good, not so much crowded. The breakfast was more than expected and the staff are all friendly. I will definitely stay at this place again if I visit Nweal again.

Its a central location, room were big and nice comfortable, the staff are all very helpful, foods are nice and value for money, there front office where we can book all kind of tour in best of our time frame with perfect price. Thank you sujan For all the help and make our stay easy at your place.

It was a great stay !! The staff gave me a warmest welcome and were very polite and friendly ..My room had nice view and was big and bright. The beakfast was nice as well ,with fresh eggs , pancake ,fresh fruits , well taste hash brown potato with a multiple other food options . 🙏🙏

First and foremost,The room was very pleasant. Breakfast was excellent & the hotel team was really friendly & helpful. And they arranged my trip to pokhara via their own travel company which I found extremely helpful. I'm thankful to the entire team of kathmandu regency hotel🙏

We had a pleasant stay in the Hotel. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The Hotel employees were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The location was perfect! We recommend this Hotel!

It's a decent hotel in the heart of the town which was very convenient to me.

To be honest everything was fine with the hotel. The breakfast was very tasty, I think the only issue is the shower water pressure isn't strong enough but that's it.

A pleasant experience filled with excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere.

However, I feel there's a small area that could use some improvement – the bathroom cleanliness.
