I could write about great location and really tasty breakfast but it's the people who make the place! And here work the nicest, friendliest, and most accommodating people. They let me check-in earlier, helped with getting taxis in the city, advised us on the souvenirs we wanted to buy, let us modify the time of our stay (our plans changed while in Nepal), and agreed to make us breakfast at 5:30am because of our early flight! We felt extremely well taken care of. The place is located very well, close to Durbar Square by walk and if you like walking I recommend also going to Swayambhunath by foot from there. I booked the hotel for before the trekking and I liked the place so much that I also booked it for the after trekking. The rooms were clean, with AC and unlimited supply of drinking water. If I go back to Kathmandu I'm only staying here!

The Hotel Manager Ramhari was very accommodating and ensured we were well looked after. Providing travel information and recommendations on trekking. The double room was spacious and comfortable, with decent air conditioning. The shower was powerful with adequate hot water supply. The included breakfast was incredible. A few things to decent from, with fruit, fruit juice, and hot drink on the side. You won't leave this hotel hungry! The location was ideal for exploring Kathmandu. They stored some of our bags whilst we explored other areas of Nepal, and always welcomed us back after our travels. Amazing service, it'll always be our home in Nepal.

I arrived super early in the morning (before 0600) in Hotel Dream by a night bus from Pokhara. The good thing is they have a room for me to check in early, and I could get fresh after the long ride with hot shower and A/C, very good sleep too. Big breakfast included in the morning, you could get pancakes, eggs, toast, sausages, fried noodles and tea or coffee. The boss was so nice he refilled my tea and offered a big breakfast to me. & Very good location, just in Thamel area and 15 mins walk to Durbar Square.

When I checked in to my room, the staff said someone put the bag on my bed and left a mark there, he changed the blanket cover for me immediately so that was completely fine afterwards.

The Staff- each and everyone is so so humble and helpful. It's like a home-stay. Room was clean. Food was awesome. Special thanks to Sooraj . They will make your stay memorable. Thank you Hotel Dream city.

The best part of our stay would have to be the staff, particularly Ram, always smiling and happy to help or chat. Room was big, included a small couch and also a kettle. Breakfast was huge, kept us going until the afternoon. Located through a courtyard so off the main streets of Thamel meaning it was pretty quiet day and night but so close to everything.

As with most of Nepal hot water was unpredictable.

People are really kind and helpful. Room is quite big and spacious. Bathroom was clean for nepali standards. Breakfast was really good, when we stayed it was a la carte and a mix of fruits, veg, pancake, musli, coffe, juice and toast, you can choose indian paratha or puri baji. Laundry service for a good price. Very good hotel for the price!

Mr. Ramjari was very friendly and helpful. He knows a lot about glutenfree diet and take very good care of our food. Hotel is quiet and centrally located.
