I highly recommended this hotel. It is Excellent when it come to service and location. It is very near to most tourist attractions that you are planning to go. Thanks to the Manager also Mr. Tusli who help us alot in our Phokara trip. He is really approachable and hands on to his team. Thank you to Miss mamta in reception who always help us whenever we have inqueries. Really nice rooms. Good air conditioning. Good location close to tourist area. Super friendly staff and great service.

Staff were very friendly and wanted guests to feel at home but we received a phone call to come down for breakfast each morning that we didn’t request and woke us up and since we had been out late some nights we skipped the breakfast and staff seemed personally offended by this. I will say we never told them to stop calling us in the mornings and I’m sure they would have as they were just trying to offer great service.

Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. They were constantly doing their best to help, smile and make us feel so welcome. I loved their restaurant food, it was good quality and good price, so much so that we ate there often. It was in a good area, close to good shopping, an ATM and interesting areas to walk around. It had areas like a balcony and terrace to sit in and enjoy. Clean hotel on a clean little street. The price was reasonable. We got big bottles of water replenished every day and there’s a little fridge in the room if you need it. Overall it was too good, we returned and stayed again.

I didn’t mind all the stairs to the top but others may not like the trek up. I liked how they named the rooms by mountain names and the top room was Everest!

The manager Mr Tulsi along with all the other staff in the hotel were very welcoming and helpful.The manager helped arrange airport pick up and helped me rent a car and driver for our entire trip in Pokhara at the price I asked for.He was very informative and made me and my family feel comfortable and right at home.He catered to everything we asked for.The car was really good and the driver drove very well,given it was a very bumpy road.The behaviour of the driver was a bit rude but the manager instantly sorted things out when I asked for his help on the phone.He also rebooked our room for the next night at a lower price and gave us a room on the first floor as my family had issues climbing up the stairs.The staff was very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere of the hotel was very clean and welcoming.All the rooms and bathrooms had modern design and were clean and the breakfast spread was good too.The hotel was right near Thamel so it was easy to get around everywhere.

One thing about the hotel is they didn’t have a lift which isn’t mentioned in the description so I didn’t realise it before booking.So it was a bit tough for my elderly family members to climb up and down the stairs on the first day when we were on the 4th floor.

The location is perfect in the middle of everything and the best part of Thamel right next to Marriott hotel. Staff and Manager were very nice, helpful and caring. The room was clean and comfortable. Room amenities were great, the room service from restaurant was very efficient and they even allowed us to store our extra bags free of charge when we had tto go to Pokhara and return a week later. The breakfast was basic but sufficient. They also provided one-way airport transfer free of charge,

Didnt realize there was no lift / elevator and though the hotel staff willingly helped with carrying and bringing down the luggages it wasnt easy to climb up 3 stories up to the Deluxe Family Suite we had, every time you come out of the hotel.

Very good size rooms. Attentive manager and staff. Been to Nepal 5 times with combined time of many months. Wife is Nepalese. One of the best breakfasts we ever had. Chnaged a little form day to day for variation. Croissants were just as good as Paris. Though Cappucino's are not free with breakfast, they can be had for a small fee added to room. Was a modern stadium seating movie theater right in front of the place too. Right at the edge of Thamel, and short walk from Durber Marg

Little bit noisy in the mornings and I am a very light sleeper. But quieter than most anywhere in Thamel.

We had 2 stays at this hotel 8 nights then 2 nights..The staff from the hotel manager, reception people and the staff in the restaurant were so welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Could not do enough for us. This hotel is in a great location. Very clean and well run. Comfortable bed. Everything you need in the room. Breakfast was very good and also evening meals in the restaurant has a wide selection and good food. Thank you all for making our stay at Oasis Kathmandu a very enjoyable one. huge and clean room good location reasonable price with free airport pick up

it's not hotel's fault, but when asking them to help purchasing tourist bus ticket better specify no "cabin seat". We booked bus to chitwan 10 days in advance and were given such seat. From floor plan of bus this looks like some spacious space next to driver, then in reality it is just an add-on bench right behind driver. It's uncomfortable (almost no leg room at all), unsafe (no seat belt), too hot (no aircon, right next to engine). We paid 1400 npr for such seat per person, even more expensive than the normal seat.

Good location, just at the edge of Thamel, few minutes walking from the bar area. The room is big and clean, with a huge bathroom too. Very helpful staff and excellent breakfast.

In my room there was only a very small window with a building right in front of it, so basically no view and almost no natural light. Lot of noise coming from the street, since it's near a busy area, but luckily didn't last for long. Noise coming also from the corridor where the other rooms are and in this case it really depends by the other guests: if (like in my case) you have guests that don't care about other people sleeping, you'll hear them talking loud and making lot of noise in the corridor, without any respect for the others. However, this is not really the hotel's fault
