Beautiful location! Amazing to stay at the water and close to the city center. Silent at night. Bed was very comfortable.

Not work friendly. I came from work, and my business meetings changed. I had to take 1 meeting before checking out, and there was no table in my room to take the meeting. I was able to have the meeting in the living room, but it felt like a huge favor from the host. He was not able to provide me with a working space after check-out; only for 15 euro per hour. Next time, I will go to a hotel, so I can sit in the lobby and work from there without asking for 'favours'.

The neighbourhood is built on modern solid platforms on a nice lagoon-like bay. Trams are close and you are directly connected to the center. There is a big common space with couch, kitchen and tables. All basic house commodities are available (dishwasher, washing machine, coffee, oil etc...) The mood is chill and friendly and the house is clean. I was offered homemade pizza as soon as arrived, but I don't know if that's common practice :) Three rooms available, and the host was upstairs. Toilet and bathroom are common with other guests, yet very clean and spacious. Will come back next time!

You may hear a bit of noise from other guests, but generally very quiet and cosy.

My family, dog and I stayed for one night at La Corte Sconta B&B. The host was very friendly and helped us with everything - thank you! We were offered a great selection for breakfast, which was delicious. The room was good, there was a bowl for our dog and the neighbourhood was nice to discover.

Unfortunately the other person who rented the room next to us was very active at night with showering and walking around. Keep in mind there could be other guests sharing the floor with you, the rooms are not very well soundproofed.

Gorgeous little floating house in a peaceful area outside central Amsterdam. The host was so lovely and kind (I got a coffee and some delicious pastries while waiting for my room to be ready!), the room and bathroom were great (it's a shared bathroom but it's spotlessly clean and has space for you to keep your toiletries which is really nice), but the real bonus is that it's on a lake you can swim in - a really delightful early morning dip before a flight from Schiphol! It's located close to a really good restaurant and some shops, but central Amsterdam is just a 15 minute tram ride away so it's really convenient. A perfect place to escape the chaos of the centre. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Amsterdam.

Fantasticly hospitable host and practical location just a short tram ride from Central Station. All the essential amenities included. The bed was very comfortable and it wasn't too warm, even though the days were quite hot.

There are a few bugs in summer.

La Corte Sconta is a GREAT location in one of the most interesting spots in Amsterdam. Staying on a floating house that you can reach in 12 minutes by tram from the Central Station has no price. The staff is very kind, rooms are clean, the area is stunning... if you love new architecture and water, this is a must be place. TOP

Very friendly and talkative host. Wonderful location just 20 mins away from the central station. A unique experience to live on a floating house. The filling breakfast was a surprise.

Walls between the bedrooms are very thin so you can hear your neighbors. People try to keep it quiet but may not work if you are a light sleeper.

A very nice and special place for a stop in Amsterdam. The location is good, as the public transport station is very close. Not too many places to eat in the area. Auro is very helpfull and welcoming, gave a great explanation about the area and Amsterdam. Great hat there is an available parking

Amazing breakfast. Unique experience of being on a houseboat. Great peaceful location with public transport nearby. Great staff, friendly and good recommendations.

Room got a bit stuffy at times, hard to air. Written communication was a bit too much sometimes, hard to filter for what you need.
