The most impressive was the wonderful breakfast! Great variety of choices, very tasty food especially the croissants and fried eggs which brings an energetic kick off of a day. The closing time was supposed at 11am but they didn't push the guests to leave which gave me enough chill time. Very friendly and helpful staff, 24/7 check-in process, act as a helpful guide. One restaurant staff has made me a coffee even it was closed from breakfast. I had a request for a taxi call service from the hotel front staff quite some last minute, which was pretty rush but they even wait me at the lobby and gave me a bid farewell. The room was spacious and comfort, with a great sea view. The bed was very large, and the air-con was very cold enough. I like the surroundings of the hotel, schools, neighbours, and the yachts, which created the quiet but cosy atmosphere. The morning walk from the hotel to the tram station was very enjoyable. Easily accessible by the tram 26 from the Amsterdam Centraal station with just 20-25mins, and followed by approx 8 mins walk.
I have requested a quiet room but you can still heard some talkings outside the window at the night. Have to be aware of the last tram from Centraal to the Ijburg station. The room rate was a bit costly but still worth everything.

Great restaurant and roof top bar. Liked how the hotel experience is so environmentally conscious. The most eco hotel I’ve stayed in.
There was a nice view over the water, this was from a window that had a freestanding head height open wardrobe unit. So I moved the unit to be able to have the view.

Next to pier … good view…
If you travel with a big suitcase , the walk from tram station can be a challenge…

The bed was very comfy and the room was a fair size for a solo traveller. The location is also brilliant!
The decor, not my style and seemed old style, with too many lights and switches.

A unique hotel with gorgeous surroundings. I was really impressed by the design choices - modern and high-tech mixed with somewhat old, sustainable and cosy. Also, breakfast was perfect.
Spiders. As someone who despises them, I found the stay somewhat uncomfortable. They were everywhere - on the curtains, on the floor, in the bathroom, hanging from the ceiling. I do understand they are a part of our natural surroundings, but as a hotel of high quality, I think you should really find a solution how to coexist with nature without making your guests uncomfortable. Except for that, everything was perfect.

The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from a tram station that takes you directly into the Central Station of Amsterdam. It's not right in the city, but this is reflected in the price and the area is both pretty (lagoon and sea views) and has several restaurant and grocery options nearby. Breakfast at the hotel was great, with a huge array of cold and hot options and an omelette station. The hotel has several different eco friendly initiatives in operation and was very green.
The hotel does have parking (for a fee) but it is limited. You can't reserve a spot in advance so it is luck of the draw whether there is one available when you arrive. Street parking is metered during the day and while not as expensive as closer in to Amsterdam, it can add up.

Nice, quiet neighborhood. Staff beautifully dressed; suits, nice shoes, very very pleasant especially the day person either dark hair. Well kept. Nice restaurant.
Shower difficult to figure out, shower floor slippery, not enough towels, DESPISED THE LIGHT SWITCHES. Couldnt figure them out especially in the dark!!!! On June 10 room was immaculate x 3 days, last day was a man/woman team and it was not half cleaned or vacuumed and housekeeper had an attitude. Heard him say in his own language in disgust “Americano!!” When we asked for a bottle of lotion!

The hotel is one the quieter side of town... Accessible by tram/Uber and bus... The rooms are clean..beds and especially the pillows were comfortable..great views... Bathrooms are spacious and clean...the Shower gels were really nice as well.. Staff were friendly... The rooftop bar was a hit...nice cocktails.. Overall a great place to stay
In the mornings when housekeeping are doing their great job...they slam the doors and your bed literally shakes..was a bit disturbing... The breakfast was a bit of a letdown..not a lot of options.. Nothing major honestly..

The location in front of the "meer" The sustainability concept of the hotel, a good example for future hospitality projects. Comfort of the bed The hotel and room design
The wifi did not work, in both rooms (8th floor), we reported it to the receptionist but nothing happened. No way to watch our movies other than on the IPad.... Not acceptable for a hotel of this standard. The staff was not rude but also not friendly/smiling, except for one gentleman. One big stain on the sustainability concept: the coffee pods made of aluminium and plastic and no particular container to recycle them! The bathroom door 1 meter away from the bed: the light in the bathroom is automatic and tends to go on in the night when you move.

Good room service, surprisingly good coffeemaker. Pleasant staff. Good location -- 15ish minutes to centrall via tram 26. A bunch of nice places around the hotel to take a walk to as well. Diemerpark to the southwest is nice and there were wild bunnies grazing along the bike path near the beach there!
There isn't a fridge in the room, citing environmental concerns. A cooling box (read: an insulated plastic container) is instead available upon request. This is kinda annoying as the cooling box doesn't really provide the same utility, not to mention that it is rather small. We bought ice at the nearby dekamart (1l for 1€) which allowed us to keep some cheese or yoghurt cool overnight, but it was a bit of a hassle. It would have been nice if ice were provided by the hotel instead, so that we didn't have to plan to stop at the shop every day. It'd also be nice if the hotel bought a scale to check your luggage weigh before going to the airport -- a single cheap one down in the reception area would do.
