House 377 is a very central historic building within walking distance of the Vondelpark and the Rijksmuseum. We liked the location and found it clean. Also, the room was larger than we expected.
Only the air conditioner in the room did not work well, and the sound of drills was constantly heard during the day, as there was a renovation in the building right next to it. It would be correct to give preliminary information to their guests before their stay and to review their price policies accordingly.

Very cosy room, with everything you need. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean room and bathroom overall, beds are very comfortable. The view is nice, with a windowed alcove to look outside. Easy access to the city (Rijksmuseum, Anne Frank's house etc.), to restaurants, to bars and/or to shopping areas.
The doors can be a bit thin so it is possible that you hear your neighbours if they're a bit careless and loud, or when people are passing in the corridor. Otherwise, all good! :)

I had a short stay to attend meetings in Adam. Due to the pandemic, I was more cautious and alert this time and I cared the most is the hygiene, which was beyond my expectation at No. 377 House. It was bit cold in Amsterdam during my stay, the heating helped me sleep very well and I appreciated that the staff helped me turn the heating down while I ran to my meeting in a rush, good sense for the planet. Plus, the easy connection from the airport and Central Station, the cozy bed and quiet room, the warming and profession staff, oh yes, and the breakfast was also great :)

It was a great location. In walking distance to the main attractions of Amsterdam. I enjoyed my walk from the hotel to the city center. The room was also comfortable with almost all the amenities that I could expect.
The only thing that might be considered as a negative was the size of the room. But I guess that's expected considering how real estate is expensive in this part of Amsterdam. Overall nothing major.

Beautiful view from our 3rd floor room! We were looking over the canal and the room had fabulous large windows. The decor was stylish and fresh, and the room was really very spacious. I loved that they had large toiletries, such as hand soap, hand lotion, body wash and shampoo stocking the bathroom, rather than small single use bottles. This really helps alleviate plastic waste! The staff were very attentive and kind, it was really appreciated by us :) The location was also very good, we felt we were a close walking distance to the areas we wanted to spend the most time in (Negen Straatjes) and also very close to the museum district.
Nothing! All was lovely. My only very slight recommendation would be some different pillow types as the one I was using was a bit too firm (normally I do like firm but this was just slightly too high for my head), but I'm sure others may like this.

I’ve stayed in Amsterdam 20+ times now. It’s by far one of the cheapest nice hotels. The location is slightly out of the centre but not too far away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were all great, really friendly and always trying to make your holiday better. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering it, you honestly can’t get any better especially for the money. Great stay, I’ll definitely be back ✌️ Jake

The staff were very helpful and kind. You can request breakfast 24 hours ahead and it was very good. I loved the heated towel racks and blackout curtains.
Those cleaning one day were quite noisy and talked a lot early in the morning. The steps into the building and down into the breakfast area were very steep and twisty--simply not accessible for some people. There is an elevator to the rooms however.

The room was very nice. located on busy street but not loud at all. quaint. great location to get around.
bathroom is very small. but the shower was nice. Getting up the narrow steps from the street with suitcases was difficult. Help was offered though. It took us quite some time to contact someone when we tried to check in. We waited outside with luggage for almost 15 minutes trying to contact someone.

The location is close to the museum quarter. Very central with lots to do and see. The room was large and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable. The staff were very helpful. There isn't a lobby as such, it's a large town house with character so the stairs are very steep but it has a lift. Only downside, it is quite noisy being on a main street so bring your ear plugs. Despite this I would stay there again.

Great location, spacious room and super comfortable bed. Staff were so nice and friendly.
When the other guests came in late it was a little noisy as it was originally a house so I guess the rooms aren't as closed off to noise as other hotels. But having said that it wouldn't put us of staying there again.
