Everything was outstanding. Host was beyond exceptional. He greatly enriched our visit with recommendations for dining out, day time activities, and the most plentiful breakfast you can imagine with various pastries, unique regional cold cuts & cheese , fresh fruit plate, a selection of cereals on and on. It was a feast every day. Bed was very comfortable with a selection of pillows so you could get just the right pillow depth. Quiet neighborhood with local coffee shops, bistros and a fantastic tapas restaurant. Our random choice to visit Arnhem ended up being one of our nicest experiences on a month long trip

Great location, park and city center within walking distance. A chic breakfast for the whole company. Jason is a hospitable host, he will tell you a lot about the city. Going out to the shady garden, it is good to have breakfast there in the heat. Beautifully decorated interior: tapestries, stucco molding on the ceiling. Quiet. Despite the exit to the garden, there were no mosquitoes.

The room is on the ground floor with access to the garden, so the room smells noticeably damp. For our taste, the pillows are stiff and too high. The shower is cramped, the door does not fit tightly at the bottom: water splashes on the floor.

We have stayed here multiple times and, as always, it was outstanding! Roland and Jayson never disappoint! The room is clean, nicely decorated and comfortable - and is outfitted with a coffee machine, fridge, tea kettle, microwave and toaster. When we arrive, the fridge and cabinets are stocked with milk, cheese, salami, yogurt, cookies and snacks. Our hosts really go out of their way to make their guests feel comfortable and at home. In the morning, an incredible breakfast is delivered to the room. We love staying here because the warm hospitality offered by our hosts beats any other place we have stayed. It is much more personal than a large hotel. We have already booked our next stay and look forward to it!

Couldn't ask for better!

Jason was the most wonderful host possible! He welcomed us warmly & explained the city, restaurants etc. etc. A most wonderful home with our own garden to relax in, breakfast room & bedroom! It was so quiet and peaceful! The breakfasts were unbelievable with delicious coffee from Australia, simply incredible choices of fresh fruit (different each day) a perfectly cooked egg, a huge assortment of pastries & breads, cereals, granola, cookies, yogurt, cheeses, imported salmon from Norway, hams…so much delicious food and even a doggy bag if we wanted to make a sandwich for later! The fridge was stocked wine, drinks, cheeses, meats…there were cookies, biscotti, chips etc. for snacking on! Jason chooses everything so carefully! We were able to park right in front on both days! It was a lovely little walk down to the city centre! We would definitely stay here again and again! Thank you so much!

The friendliest place ever! We booked two rooms with a shared toilet and shower. Both rooms were quiet, had kitchen areas, coffee machines, and snacks, and one had a really sweet balcony (great for an afternoon coffee and an evening glass of wine). One room had aircon (it was a sun-facing room, and aircon was definitely necessary), whereas the other room had a vent (it was so nice and cool in the room, that we didn’t use it). The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of blankets, more than ample towels of various sizes, and a lot of storage space in the closets. The bathroom area was recently renovated. We didn’t use the jacuzzi tub, but the shower had the best water pressure. The breakfast deserves its own Medal of Honor- never have I seen such a generous breakfast. We also needed gluten-free food, which was catered for with a lot of enthusiasm and care. There was so much home made cakes, pastries, fruits, cheese… it was a morning feast. The hosts (Roland and Jason) were responsive and welcoming, and just very sweet. We were a bit concerned that there was no designated on-site parking, but in reality there was always a free parking spot to find in the neighborhood in the parallel streets around. Arnhem’s old city center is easily accessible by foot. Arnhem is a great point for discovering attractions and sights in the area- in hindsight we should have stayed more than 3 nights.

It’s a stretch to find things we didn’t like. The internet was slow to connect sometimes and it would have been nice if there was an extra sink in the rooms… but these are small details. Importantly, there are (narrow) stairs to get to the second floor, so its not barrier-free.

Everything was excellent especially the breakfast table laid out with so much choice of different food. It was very quiet location and had a good nights sleep. Jayson could not help enough and gave showed me lots of places to visit. The walk to Arnhem centre is only 15 - 20 minutes with lots of street cafes and shops.

parking was a little restricted but found a spot 100 yards away.

Wow! What a wonderful B&B! We received a warm welcome from our very friendly, generous and accommodating host. The room was very clean and spacious. Every morning we were treated to a fantastic, high quality breakfast in the privacy of our room. The location is excellent - in easy walking distance from the center of Arnhem and also a large park (Sonsbeek). We booked because of the good reviews, but it still exceeded our expectations! We are looking forward to our next stay!

What was there not to like?!

Wonderful hosts, Roland and Jason. Very welcoming and friendly. Very accommodating. Fantastic breakfast was included. So many rolls, croissants, fruit, juices, coffee, tea, meats, cheeses, eggs. Wonderful variety. Jason gave us a map and showed us various places. They carried our bags up and down stairs. Helped us find a parking space. The house was light and airy. We had a sweet terrace off of our bedroom. Fabulous padded rugs, art and comfortable beds!

The shower moved around and was a little dicey, but worked well.

Loved the welcome - Jason is a very friendly host and gave us loads of advice on how to enjoy our stay. The rooms were brilliant, very comfortable and with little treats to welcome us. Good wifi and my son appreciated the Netflix. The breakfast was amazing!

Nothing to dislike. (Just a heads up that there is a 20 min walk from the station.)

The host was so welcoming to our family (from the UK). The rooms were spotless and larger than expected. The breakfast was utterly magnificent. Highly recommended for a stop over in Arnhem.

Only issue was noise outside in street which was not the fault of host but kept me awake for a while during the night.
