Very central location. Just outside the railway station. Was able to leave the bags before we could checkout which was great as we went to Kroller Muller. We got the accessible room which was nice although the strange thing is that the room for disabled is at the very end of a very long corridor. Nice big room with a kitchen area (there were no appliances - which I did not expect). The staff suggested some nice restaurants which turned out to be great selections. An Albert Heinl which is just 50-100m from the hotel where you can buy croissants, sandwiches and whatnot. A cinema nearby... although we were too tired after the whole day. 5m away from the busses to Kroller Muller. And remember you can use free bikes at Kroller Muller you dont have to rent them outside (although they are just basic so if you want to do 20km in there then it makes sense otherwise getting to the center they are good). To get to the Kroller Muller you need to also but the tickets to the Hoge Veluwe but well it is as it is. There was coffee in the lobby which was nice and a small social area.

We have a fault with a facet which could not be fixed as we were leaving the next day. The room (generally for the disabled) was at the end of a very long corridor. It was a bit annoying to us and if someone on a wheelchair was to get there he would curse a bit. There was a kitchen but without utensils but it was not expected. It is Ibis so it is a 9 for Ibis just take this into account.

Cannot beat the convenient location to the Arnhem Centraal train station. We walked to the Operation Market Garden Bridge Museum and all around the old town area. We walked a ways to the Open Air Museum (terrific and a lovely walk through a park). We took a bus to the Kroller- Muller Art Museum (fabulous art collection) from the bus/train station just steps away from the hotel. The hotel is very close to good restaurants. Our twin room was snug but the beds were comfortable, the shower very good. Breakfast was lovely on the top floor with an excellent view.

The location is very good - right next to the train station and at the start of the old city. We booked a room for two nights for three people - the room was a good size as was the bathroom. The bed was nice and the room had large windows to let the little light in Netherlands at this time of year into the room. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast is ok - scrambled eggs, cold cuts and beans - for about Euro 15 per person. The only thing lacking in both rooms in which we stayed are room lights. There are lights near the beds and against the walls - but no lights in the center of the room, so the room is relatively dark.

Loved the location, the hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. I liked the eco friendly option to not have my room cleaned every day.

I was disappointed that there wasn't a kettle in my room to make tea. The option to go downstairs for free tea is nice but means I have to get washed and dressed first and I like to get ready with a tea. It's the first hotel I've stayed at without a kettle in the room.

Location of hotel in close proximity to Arnhem Centraal train station. Friendliness of hotel staff. Cleanliness of hotel. Buffet breakfast. Rooftop outdoor breakfast view of Arnhem City and surrounds. Proximity of underground car park to hotel. Great for participation in Nijmegen Marches with 15-20 minute train journey to Nijmegen station

Lack of tea & coffee facilities in room. Room was very small.

The bar with great view on top of the hotel. Clean, cozy. Good beds. Close to the traing station with direct connection to the Amsterdam. Lots of nice restaurants around. Breakfast is ok.

No parking lot. You will have to use public underground parking lot. It looks great, but the navigation and layout are terrible. Don't miss the tunnel, cause the entry for the parking is there. If you missed it, you have to do a really long trip around the city center to turn around.

Location was great. Very convenient since it was right next to the train station. Everything was very new as well. So it was a great experience over all. I liked the view too. I had a great stay :)

The airconditioning was a big question mark for me. The control panel was on the wall (not remote). I tried to switch it off, but it didn't respond. (Perhaps it was not possible/allowed to switch it off?) I thought I followed instructions the right way, but perhaps I was doing it wrong eventually. The issue was: the airconditioning unit was blowing air directly on the head side of the bed, so it was getting quite cold after a while since it was blowing cold air directly on my face and head. Eventually I moved my pillow and slept on the other side of the bed. It solved the issue for me for a 1 night stay..

Everything was clean and in working order. Was happy with a shower that functioned perfectly well, a toilet that was clean, a room where I could choose some heating or cooling ventilation so I could even have a pleasant temperature.

I missed an iron to iron out my hastily packed, crumpled clothes! In hindsight I should have asked staff if there was something available somewhere but in my tiredness I didn’t think of that

Great location. Close to the restaurant/café area as well as to the train station and the bus stops in front of it. No smell. Responsive elevatiors. A coffee machine at the reception. I mostly could not hear the neighbors. A reception clerk took a minute to give me a brief introduction to the neighborhood. I was going to stay there 1 night, ended up staying 4.

The chamber maids chat loudly in the hallway and seem for some reason convinced it is a good idea to bang at your door at 10:30am to offer one clean towels. If one does not answer, they would invite themselves in the door. Bizarre. The air exaust system in the bathroom makes a constant hissing sound. Worse, if you leave the entance card in the slot, the very noisy air conditioning unit always comes on at 4-5am. It can get quite noisy in the street beside the hotel. Many drunk French voices heard outside on the 14 of July night.

Pretty good. I would have liked more selection of fruit for breakfast. Room was nice and spacious, as was the bathroom. The rooftop bar is a great feature. Location was extremely convenient and central. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Something you may not be able to resolve without installing soundproof windows - the street cleaners drove around the hotel on bleeping, whirring, whooshing cleaning machines very early one morning. I was wearing earplugs but the noise still woke me up!
