Great location for going biking/ walking (Bike rental and information an biking routes available). Clean and quiet rooms, smart tv, a bathtub in our room, sauna available, huge free parking. Matresses were a great combination of firm and comfy, we slept well! We came here 3 or 4 times before and will come again.

Tea making facilities in the room would be great. Breakfast is a bit disappointing. For 20 Eur p.ps. I would expect more variety and higher quality: e.g. salami, mortadella, chorizo, paté, French cheeses, smoked salmon/trout, some grilled vegetable, more greens and salads such as olives, ruccola, caprese, fresh orange juice, the possibility for custom-made omelets, different cakes/ sweets. In a hotel I expect to be pampered. The Dutch like a simple breakfast - which is fine - but then adjust the price.

Very clean, reception were very friendly, especially the guy working night shifts, we arrived around midnight and he was so welcoming and helpful! Big selection of breakfast, good variety. Pretty gardens you could take a walk, surrounded by beautiful trees! Spacious room with a bigger than average shower, big windows that bring light into the room! Room was cleaned every day if you’d like to. So happy that we chose this hotel! So good, not only for athletes!

The air condition did not go above 23 celsius if i remember correctly, and it got pretty chilly one of the two nights. We were a bit cold and couldn’t change the temperature to hotter.

Friendly and helpful staff, set in beautiful grounds.

A little isolated from Arnhem, 5 miles out from the centre. Taxi drivers attempt to charge €50 for a single person one way. There is a bus stop on the main road, a dedicated footpath to the bus stop through the woods would be a great idea as the current wask down the access road and back again is approximately 1.6km, a footpath to the bus stop through the woods would reduce this to 500m. A USB charge port in the room would be a good addition, although the staff at reception did lend me a charger.

Hotel is set in a lovely grounds of a high end sporting facility about 15 minutes drive or 30 minutes bus outside of Arnhem (there is a bus every 30 mins from early until about 930pm). The hotel was convenient and cost effective accomodation for a concert at the Gelredome (for which return coach travel was provided by a partner of the hotel for a reasonable fee- this was very very ideal). Good communication from hotel prior to stay. Location would be amazing for a hike or bike ride.

The hotel is outside of town and based in its own facility so there are not any shops or many restaurants near the hotel in walking distance. Found Ubers from town to be expensive, so it is worth relying on bus from outside of hotel instead (although this stops around 930pm).

The staff at this hotel were absolutely wonderful. They could not have been more friendly and welcoming without being intrusive. The room was spotless as were all the facilities. We are planning to return and would highly recommend this hotel.

A double bed would have been an improvement as my husband has a habit of falling out of a single bed. Also, a kettle with tea, coffee and hot chocolate would have been a nice touch which is the norm in most UK hotels. Maybe this is not the case in the Netherlands.

It is a sports center hotel, very big and has a lot of facilities. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The staff is also very nice and friendly. The bar was open until midnight and the restaurant food was quite good.

It is a bit far from city center, but with a car you can manage. It's a 10 minute drive. We got a room on ground floor and the room was quite cold. It did not bother us because we like to sleep in colder temps, but it might be an inconvenience for others.

It’s a very big hotel, super clean, with lots of facilities for sports. Perfect for a group of people (in our case - sports team) with children. Very kids friendly

They don’t have family rooms (or a few), which might be too pricy for families with kids, as they have to book two or more rooms. It would be more convenient to have rooms where you can fit 4 people at least. And a great idea - to have some kind of a hostel :)

Very nice hotel in the middle of the forest, a very comfortable room, an excellent breakfast and very helpful staff. They have a nice sauna and fitness room with a wonderful view. Big parking lot and very smooth check in process.

It was strange to see an information card in the room indicating the possibility of room service and an extension number to call to place an order, but there was no phone in the room! maybe you need to update the information placed in the room. The sauna in the wellness area is great but the steam bath was not working and was a bit smelly.

The staff are fantastic! Happy, upbeat, fun and clearly love their jobs. The beds are so comfortable and the shower absolutely gorgeous! Loads of plug sockets. The bar and restaurant quality and service was excellent! Breakfast is INCREDIBLE and the lady booking us in fur breakfast was exceptional and deserves so much recognition.

Our room was so hot! I did get a small fan though. The blind didn’t open (probably to stop the sun shining in) but was consequently very dark.

Location in the forest was lovely. Really liked the sports-themed environment. Very inspirational. Breakfast was great - healthy and plentiful and delicious. I was there for cycling and it was a great place to base myself for lovely rides around teh Dutch countryside.

The dinners were pretty ordinary - not very tasty nor good value for money. I tried two dinners there and on the third night I went to a nearby town for dinner instead.
