Liesbeth is a very attentive and responsive host. She took great care of us from the moment we arrived, providing all the necessary information to explore the city. The breakfast is plentiful, delicious, and made with fresh products. The room has everything we needed and is very clean. The location is ideal, just 3 minutes from tram line 19. It's a lovely place, 10 min walking far from a train station (connected to Central Station) and close to tram station to the city center. In the area there are restaurants and supermarkets, but it's quiet and safe. The room is large and clean. The owner is so kind and give you any kind of advice about Amsterdam. For breakfast you have everything you could dream, bread, jam, ham, cheese and she cooked for us pancakes or waffles with berries.

Everything is perfect

Staying at Liz’s place was an absolute delight! The breakfast was fantastic, freshly prepared each morning, and the room was super cozy with every little detail thought of. Liz was so incredibly warm and welcoming—she made us feel like family, showing the same care as a mother would. If you're looking for a place that feels like home, you’ve found it with Liz!

Lovely friendly hosts. Lizzie provided a fabulous, plentiful, varied breakfast each day, fruit juice, smoothies, breads, cold meats, cheese, eggs, pastries, freshly made pancakes and cakes, fresh fruit, tea, coffee, jams. You couldn't ask for anything better. The room is lovely, very comfortable, and air-conditioned if needed. Parking space available which we used. Lots of information given to us by Lizzie and there to help and lovely and friendly to chat to also. I would 100% recommend a stay here. A little way out from the city, but tram stop very close by. Trams, buses and Metro easy to use for getting around the city. We bought a 3 day card online before our trip which was posted to us in England.

Nothing, it was fabulous

The breakfast was fantastic! The location was very good, and........it was super quiet! But mostly the owners were absolutely and genuinely some of the most gracious and friendly hosts! They have been adopted by us and are now included in our daily prayers!

All things considered, there was not a thing that we did not like!

Staying in this property made me feel like stay at home. Location is easy to access to the local transportation in many ways especially local train (~15 mins from the Centraal station). Quality of the stay is excellent; room is spacious, bed is comfy, everything you need for the stay is already provided.

I couldn't find things I don't like in this property.

It was a real BnB experience, with friendly, welcoming hosts, comfortable, quiet rooms and really delicious breakfasts. Staying in Diemen, with its own history, and with easy tram and train access to Central Amsterdam, gave us (Australian travellers) a wider Amsterdam experience.

Liked everything.

Lizzy was an exceptional host and provided so much assistance to make sure we had an enjoyable trip. She called a taxi for us to make sure we could arrive at the train station for an unexpected 3 am departure. She even helped us to find a hotel for our friend to stay in. The room was extremely comfortable and well equipped for anything we needed. By far the best host I have ever experienced.

The room was lovely, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was delicious! Location was perfect, you can walk to the tram in less than five minutes and the train station in less than ten. The best part of all was Lizzy, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She ended up helping us when we had a problem arise with a car rental and I’m not sure how it would have turned out otherwise. We are so grateful!

Everything was wonderful, no complaints at all.

The Host was amazing! Showing us some tips for our visit to the city and was incredibly serviceminded. We are greatful and will definitely book again if we come back to the Amsterdam area! We recommend it to everyone, great B&B with an even greater host and very easy access to Amsterdam.
