The front desk staff, especially Ella were very friendly and attentive.

The cleaner who did the daily turn down service left our door open slightly while we were out all day. we were just lucky nothing was stolen, as all our ID (passports) and credit cards (with maxs over 50k) were not taken.

We arrived very early on 3 motorbikes and a trike. Staff aranged immediate access to the garage. Rooms good size comfy beds good shower. Very secure no one can access the lifts or the corridors without room key. We ate at the hotel and can recommend the Bastion Burger it was superb. Busy restaurant and staff were working very hard. Good location for visiting city centre there is a metro stop nearby that will take you directly there. The staff made our day though they were great.

It's getting a bit tired looking in places and could use a refurb but that's about the only negative thing I could say. We enjoyed our stay.

The lobby was warm and welcoming. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff were polite. The food we had there was very generously portioned and well presented.

Just to nitpick, it would have been nice to have complimentary coffee in the room as there was already a coffee machine and cups neatly laid out.

the 4 room suite was a good size and well laid out. the coffee maker in the room was great too. The location is a little out of the city but manageable with taxis. the train stations are a short walk (10-15mins)

Checking in took a lot longer than anticipated - However, we did arrive on King's day so I don't think it would be fair to judge you on that!

Breakfast was good, good choice. Location was fine, we had motorcycles so secure parking was important. We got an Uber into town as it was raining but there was a tram stop 5 mins walk away, so overall worked for us

Breakfast. Too poor in sweets and/or cakes And repetitive. The personal didn’t ask you for something different to eat.. ecc… No bad in general but not no so good enough. Luckily, there are many bakeries and places that offer you a wide range of pastries, sweets ecc

The facility is very close to the Amsterdam RAI exhibition complex where we attended to a trade show. The hotel is clean, offers excellent parking, a bar and proper restaurant. Clean, no-thrills, comfy rooms with complimentary Nespresso coffee machine.

It is a little bit far away from Amsterdam city centre if you’re trafelling by foot. No real fancy restaurants, bars or clubs in the vicinity.

nothing at all, only thing maybe hovering the rooms daily would be better that’s all .. the rest is absolutely great

Cleanliness of the room, comfortable bed and a good selection of food for breakfast.

The size of the bathroom was tiny. I could hardly move in there.

The place is quiet and nice, with friendly personnel, and clean and comfy rooms. The quality-price relation is great, so for sure a great choice.

The only inconvenient thing is the location, because 15 minutes walk from any metro station, no trams or buses. That is why only 9 and not 10.
