The location is perfect. The heart of the city is a short walk away, there are several bus stops at the end of the street each way, yet it's still in a quiet and calm area. The staff were polite and helpful, although I found the €42 fee a bit scammy (no extra fees were mentioned beforehand). The interior design of our room was breathtaking, I loved the materials! There was just enough space for four people, which was good enough. Acceptable view outside, nothing special. The room was a little dusty and dirty, but not too noticably. The beds were extremely comfortable. The sheets and pillows could use an upgrade, though. The hotel offered us a free taxi ride to the hotel, which was generous. :)

The last-minute €42 fee took me off guard. The elevator is incredibly slow, the stairs are narrow. Check-in times could be more generous than 3PM.

The rooms are very spacious and bed are comfortable enough. Very nice and quiet location of the hotel.

The breakfast was poor and sometimes lacked bread. The columns in the parking garage have no reflectors so they are not so easy to notice and I hit the car on one of them. The cleaning crew once forgot to renew the the toilet paper and take out the trash that I had in a bag, another time they forgot to leave us clean towels and we had to go to the reception to ask for them.

The structure was incredibly close to the train station (around 20 mins), which makes it easy to navigate the city on foot. The staff was very nice and available, as I did contact them to change the time of checking-in. The room itself was dreamy. Very modern furniture and spacious even for two people. Very clean and bright. Provided hair-dryer, towels, body wash and tea.

We found a bug in the room - I am not scared of bugs so didn't bother me that much but still something that may upset some visitors. We didn't select the breakfast option as a bit expensive for our liking.

The hotel is located right in the city centre of Eindhoven therefore one has access for busses and other facilities nearby (restaurants, cafes, bars..). The staff is very friendly and helpful. I even asked them for a place to leave my bike when I was staying in the hotel and they provided it for me. The room is equipped with most of the items needed for a comfortable stay.

The room was relatively small so staying for a long time was not optimal for me, but the size of the room was clearly stated in the booking description. The bed was too soft for me.

Lovely hotel in an excellent quiet location. A short walk to city centre and all attractions. Staff very professional, friendly and helpful. Great breakfast - lovely selection of fresh food both hot and cold options

Just a little suggestion. An additional mirror in the room would be appreciated. The only one was in the bathroom above the sink - not great for a short person drying/styling hair and applying makeup.

We had a great stay at the hotel. You can't beat the location, it's right in the city center, about 15 minutes walk from the train station. The staff at reception were lovely.

The only thing we had a problem with is that the duvets were dirty with stains that looked like makeup (or so I hope), but the lovely staff at reception gave us new ones immediately. The rest of the room was clean.

It was a little farther downtown which was great since it was quiet and I could relax and unwind after an adventurous day out in the city. Also lots of great restaurants in the near vicinity with lots of options! Also people who like to go out to pubs or discos can do so since there are a couple nearpy as well! Staff was nice and answered all my questions and could speak English very well!

The room was spacious and the service and breakfast were great.

The room looked directly out to other windows, so opening the curtains would mean probably getting looked at from outside. The room was generally clean, but not spotless.

Location was great for city centre.

Ran out of small towels the first time we asked for a room refresh. No tea, coffee, or sugar refilled, only after constantly asking. Hotel bikes were in poor condition.

The location was close to everywhere we were heading s bonus there. The bed was very comfortable aswel.

I read something about a gym , but couldn't seem to find it , nothing pointing out where it would be. And when we went to look around , it seemed as if we weren't allowed to but overal everything was good.
