The location is perfect. The heart of the city is a short walk away, there are several bus stops at the end of the street each way, yet it's still in a quiet and calm area. The staff were polite and helpful, although I found the €42 fee a bit scammy (no extra fees were mentioned beforehand). The interior design of our room was breathtaking, I loved the materials! There was just enough space for four people, which was good enough. Acceptable view outside, nothing special. The room was a little dusty and dirty, but not too noticably. The beds were extremely comfortable. The sheets and pillows could use an upgrade, though. The hotel offered us a free taxi ride to the hotel, which was generous. :)

The last-minute €42 fee took me off guard. The elevator is incredibly slow, the stairs are narrow. Check-in times could be more generous than 3PM.

The room was nice and comfortable, there was complementary tea/coffee in the lobby which was nice too. The location was amazing, a two minute walk from the beginning of town and about a ten minute walk from the centre. Took about fifteen minutes to walk to/from the bus&train station which was great when getting to/from the airport or somewhere else in the country. Staff were kind and helpful too. Definitely recommend this location.

There was nothing I didn't like. Only thing that could have been better was maybe a mini-fridge in the rooms so that we could store food/drink during our stay. Other than that, we have no complaints.

I liked the fact that the hotel was pretty close to the train/bus station and city center of Eindhoven. Also, the staff was friendly and they had a really cozy place near reception where you could stay and drink coffee/tea that was free. The heating worked without any limitation

The hotel have some issue with the windows, it is not isolated correctly and cold air is coming into the room and you cannot do anything about it. Also, there was a small issue with the shower cabin, but nothing that did let us to use it properly

Excellent location in the city center - near the bar street, just across the corner from Van Abbemuseum, close to the shopping street and circa 15 minutes to Eindhoven central station. Our room was clean and had basic amenities. The room itself was not very large, but comfortable for a short stay. The bathroom was a little bit outdated but clean and large. People at the reception were polity and helpful. Internet connection in the room and in the hotel was good.

The rooms are very spacious and bed are comfortable enough. Very nice and quiet location of the hotel.

The breakfast was poor and sometimes lacked bread. The columns in the parking garage have no reflectors so they are not so easy to notice and I hit the car on one of them. The cleaning crew once forgot to renew the the toilet paper and take out the trash that I had in a bag, another time they forgot to leave us clean towels and we had to go to the reception to ask for them.

Great location: in the city center but adjacent to a huge, gorgeous park and next to an art museum. We used the hotel bikes to explore the whole city, starting with the bike path through the park. Comfort: our room had a long balcony overlooking the street. The beds were very comfortable (great mattress and pillows!). It was clean and well cared for. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The structure was incredibly close to the train station (around 20 mins), which makes it easy to navigate the city on foot. The staff was very nice and available, as I did contact them to change the time of checking-in. The room itself was dreamy. Very modern furniture and spacious even for two people. Very clean and bright. Provided hair-dryer, towels, body wash and tea.

We found a bug in the room - I am not scared of bugs so didn't bother me that much but still something that may upset some visitors. We didn't select the breakfast option as a bit expensive for our liking.

The hotel is located right in the city centre of Eindhoven therefore one has access for busses and other facilities nearby (restaurants, cafes, bars..). The staff is very friendly and helpful. I even asked them for a place to leave my bike when I was staying in the hotel and they provided it for me. The room is equipped with most of the items needed for a comfortable stay.

The room was relatively small so staying for a long time was not optimal for me, but the size of the room was clearly stated in the booking description. The bed was too soft for me.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was lovely and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and the location was very good. Roughly 1000 metres from the train station. I noticed in other reviews that some people said the rooms were small and the hotel was noisy but I experienced none of these issues and I would happily stay there again should I require a bed in Eindhoven.

Location at the end of Stratumseind. Bed very comfortable.

Soundproofing not great. Lots of late night revellers coming past on a weekend which kept us up.
