It was a wonderful place to stay! The location is just perfect - close to the train and the city center, right in front of a bus station and you can rent a bike. The rooms were so nice and comfortable. Great amenities and we got the sweetest care package for our 8 year-old boy, which was lovely. The breakfast is really great! Lots of choices and great view of the city. I highly recommend the place!

Nothing meaningful. There were a couple of misunderstandings with the staff (minor issues, and I guess it was probably the language barrier). The staff was always available and helpful, so the issues were resolved quickly and to our satisfaction.

EVERYTHING! The room was huge with a bathtub overlooking a square. Beautiful beds and bedding and a huge bathroom with massive shower. They left us water and chocolates and an awesome gift bag for kids with ribber duckies! I mean my kids loved the whole experience. Breakfast was sick. Salmon, cheeses, cereals and meats and the BEST APPLE RUM RAISIN PIE I've had in my life. The 13th floor Vane restaurant is the most beautiful place to have your coffee and staff was exceptional. MASJA THANK YOU for the recommendation for the Speelpark de Splinter for kids, we loved it! This is the BEST hotel I've stayed in for a while where service, quality lodging and location are all 10/10. Bravo guys! Eindhoven was made perfect due to our stay with you

It was PERFECTION!

Room was spacious and clean. It had all the necessities that I had hoped. Breakfast was really good. There was a lot of variation and it came with a good view over the city (top floor). Location was ideal if you come by train. The railway station is literally right around the corner (not even 5' walk from the hotel). Even if the hotel was in the center, there was hardly any noise.

The free WIFI connected but without internet, so that was not a plus. Still, it was a minor issue because I only stayed 1 night. It was not worth going back down to reception to make a big deal of it. If I would have stayed for a longer period, I would have made a remark, though.

we were greeted by lovely helpful staff, our room was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. even the cleaning staff on our floor were polite and friendlyhotel was central for everything, and so close to the central station.

i could find no fault. enjoyed our stay immensely. only thing I would maybe ask for is fresh water for the coffee machine and kettle. I don’t like using tap water, so we didn’t. but not a complaint … I’m just fussy.

The location, the breakfast buffet,the sky lounge, the extras like a sweets in the lobby , the personnel .

Everyone was friendly except the manager We got in 2 rooms single beds instead of the one big bed. Eventhough not mentioned in booking.com that it was on availability . We booked way in advance and no where mentioned. She said the only way I was getting a big single bed was if I upgrade and paid for that . This all said in a very bitchy tone. When I told her this was false advertisement she said take it or pay the upgrade

The room and the hotel were amazing! Super comfortable and high end interior decor, just like the pictures. It was awesome that you also had shower caps and a blowdryer. The breakfast? OMG top notch. I missed only another option for filtered coffee (not the machine espresso one). Other than that, perfection!

The only thing for me was the bathroom: the design was cool but the only glass separating the sink from the bath area was not enough to prevent a little flood (mainly because we wrongly opened up the wrong water exit and the water went everywhere). Also a bit cold when taking a shower. But it was a minor minor issue, overall everything was great :)

Great location, nice interior, good bathroom (and products), staff were mostly very friendly and attentive. The skybar was very good, staff were very good. Extensive and quality breakfast selection

The main issue was that the room was not the size that was sold to us on booking.com. It was considerably smaller. The room was expensive for a room of the size we received. Sofa bed for our child was not made up for our arrival (despite requesting so) and not even any bedding left for us to do it ourselves. Room service made up the beds but did not clean any of the glasses we had used. Only one tea bag provided For a room occupancy of 3! Lack of information in the room is not good enough for a hotel of this standard and price (minibar prices, details of gym, room service etc)

Location is excellent, Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast has lots of items but there is no rotation. For longer term stay, it gets bit boring to go and see same main options for eggs, mashrooms, tomatoes. Rotation in egg variety, mashroom, tomatoes etc would make it much better. This was my 3rd stay of a week or more in last 6 months and I entirely skipped the breakfast this time for this reason.

Location, room comfort.

The hotel is at an excellent location to discover the city. Staff is friendly and everything is well organised. Rooms are very modern and equipped to standards. You can have rooms with an impressive bathtub with good view on the city. The rooftop bar and restaurant really tops it of.

Although the rooftop bar is a must visit I was a bit disappointed by the price/quality of the cocktail bar. I was expecting much more variety, also the cocktails were small given their relative high price.

Just as we arrived we entered the pretty lobby that smelled amazing. We were welcome by very nice receptionist and our room was even ready before the check-in time. The room itself was amazing, very spacious and super clean. Everything was perfect and I was very pleasantly surprised by the bathroom with double sink. What I enjoyed the most was the shower, it was amazing with great smelling shower gel. Overall perfect stay, definitely stayiny here next time I visit. Could not recommend more.
