Great lounge / Pool / Living room with games was a welcome surprise for the kids.

Our room was 28 degrees. Told by the staff Air Conditioning was 'Seasonal' And so it made no difference at all. Had to complain. Offered alternative room, which was 20%- 30% smaller. (But cooler) If I pay for a room with AC, that is what I expect. Some staff mega helpful. Others wildly indifferent. It was resolved eventually by giving my wife and I free breakfast. So whilst the issue was a hassle, as was changing rooms after unpacking, the resolution was fine. Location was perfect. Parking dead easy Breakfast high quality.

The room was comfortable and well-suited for my family. An additional couch bed was provided for my 3-year-old, and a cot was set up for our youngest, which made the stay very convenient. The reception staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making the check-in and check-out processes smooth and hassle-free. Even during our early departure at 6 a.m. for a flight, the service staff greeted us warmly along the way. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff truly enhanced our experience. Additionally, the value for money, especially for a stay on December 24th, was excellent.

The parking facilities left room for improvement. The electric vehicle chargers were limited to just two slow-charging stations, with no way to check if they were occupied in advance. I chose this hotel specifically for the ability to charge my car, but unfortunately, both charging stations were already in use by other guests. Additionally, the parking ticket to exit the lot didn’t work, requiring me to return to reception for assistance. While the staff was very helpful and resolved the issue quickly, better parking management and additional charging stations would make it 10/10.

The staff were very friendly, we were allowed to swap a room for a quiet one, and given an eco friendly option, just a drop program, to opt out of the room cleaning service to receive a reward, which turned into a nice welcoming gift. Room was comfortable and clean, there were some English TV channels, it was nice to have bathrobes to avail of the swimming pool. Breakfast was good, with lots of tasty options and staff were attentive. The hotel is located in a quiet area, within short walking distance to the town centre.

WiFi connection could be improved.

The whole service was great, we had a great time there. Price of the room was quite fair. The breakfast is also a good thing to mention. They have a great community space next to the reception called 'Living Room'. You can play biliard, table tennis and there is also an air hockey table where we spent some time during our stay. My daughter really loved it.

The interior of the room was a bit old fashioned. There was a bad odor in the bathroom sometimes and there was no absorber or any air contitioner. The hotel should revise the bar opening times. They open it at 4 pm and before that there is no chance to get a good cup of coffee at the hotel (just from the machine that is not so delicious).

Travelling with my 11 year old son to visit football stadia in Eindhoven, Amsterdam and Rotterdam it was a busy few days. Park plaza was exactly what we needed to provide the rest and entertainment in between all the running around. The facilities of free table tennis, air hockey and a swimming pool meant my son remained occupied and happy. The room was really nice with very comfortable beds and pillows (not always the case when travelling). The hotel was also very quiet ensuring a good uninterrupted sleep. We also had breakfast while visiting and it was really nice. Finally the staff were really nice and helpful, making the stay really pleasant. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling as a family.

The staff were exceptional. I would ike to say a special thank you to l,I believe his name was Joes he was Portuguese and to his male colleague on shift with him who went above and beyond to make our stay so welcoming and comfortable. A manager in the making The rooms were delightful we stayed in three different rooms and all were exceptionally clean and smelt so good ! All of the beds and pillows were comfy, the towels were nice and fresh. The views were incredible The cleaning staff were all cheerful and extremely helpful too . The facilities were perfect, a gym,a clean pool sauna and shower facilities available,a games room with books and board games,pool table,air hockey and a Lovely seating area and bar. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choices and Once again the staff were exceptional In the mornings . Thank you to all the incredible staff that made a special trip ,that little bit more extra special

The only thing I didn't like was having to leave Maybe breakfast until 11am might be nice for late risers, In need of that extra hours rest

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Park Plaza Hotel Eindhoven, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, with the pool and sauna being the highlights of my stay. The pool area was pristine and inviting, perfect for a refreshing swim or simply lounging by the water. The sauna provided a wonderful way to unwind and relax after a day of exploring. The bar at the hotel was equally impressive. It offered a great selection of drinks and a cozy atmosphere that made it a perfect spot for an evening cocktail. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. Special mention goes to Angelica, the supervisor, who was welcoming and polite, ensuring that we felt at home and well taken care of. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The location of Park Plaza Hotel was ideal, situated conveniently close to key attractions and public transport, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, my stay at Park Plaza Hotel Eindhoven was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay with excellent service and facilities.

Breakfast was good, there was a wide selection of products. The "Living Room" is fun, it allows the guests to play and relax after visiting the city. Room size was ok, even though it was smaller than what it was advertised on Booking. Staff was ok. Swimming pool and gym a treat for those willing to exercise early in the am. Location is great, 5 to 10 minutes walk to the city center.

Room looked a bit old, compared to the rest of the hotel, which has been probably refurbished lately. Early check-in (like 2 hours in advance) free of charge only for Radisson Reward Points members, even though the room was ready. A business like approach a bit old fashioned and not really suited for families travelling at the weekend.

Good location, nice staff and spacious room and quiet

On the arrival, I could not access to the hotel by car because of Eindhoven marathons event. However, I was not informed about thin from the hotel, so it took me more than an hour to figure out where to park and how to get there. The staff told me the event would be done by 6pm but it was still going on till after 10. I was worried if my room would be too noisy but it was ok. It would have been nice if I was informed about this. Other than this, everything was perfect.
