Modern spacey room, quiet, very comfortable mattress and pillows, excellent breakfast, close to Philips Stadion, close to the railway station, hamburger in the brasserie in the hall was good

Due to strange design of electrical systems in order to use the coffee machine and tea cattle you need to put them on the floor because the cords are too short to reach the socket . See pictures attached. When I commented to reception they were totally unaware of problem. Another funny issue- ladies at reception had no idea what channels are available on the room Tv and whether I am able to watch the champions league. I would expect more knowledge on standard requests from the staff. Tell them- there’s Zigo Sport showing football

Location was superb. The staff were among the best I’ve ever come across in a hotel stay, they couldn’t do enough to help. The Spa facilities were nice to have and the bath in my room was enormous.

The room decor felt a little dated. There was a lot of dust under the bed and also on the bed frame.

Our room is 362. When we arrived 26 the cr is so yacky there’s a poo until 29 they didn’t clean😡 28 they not come in our room to clean to get all trash and change the towels ang fix our bed😔 I call reception to tell them they didn’t clean our room. The staff she said one of the cleaner come soon to clean. But until night no body’s come to clean our room😡 So disappoint. So i need to go in reception to tell and say pls.to clean our room😡👎 it almost 9pm😔 The room is big.but one thing i dont like they not clean good😔 Every where is dust.is so derty in corner The door of comfort room is dirty ang the sink is dirty also.

The room was very comfortable and the space was suitable for me to do my work and also store my clothing and bags in the storage. The toiletries were clean and always very available. Very comfortable bed.

Some of the facilities such as the bathroom didn't prevent water from leaking out of the shower. I had to wipe with my own cloths which was not very ideal considering the price paid for the room. The microwave oven also would spark when using it.

Very good location. Confortabil bed, clean and very spacious room but no refreshments in the room ( maybe just a miss), nice and helpful staff. The way from the reception to our room was quite a maiz, literally. The breakfast was good, but i was expecting more variety and sofistication - 4 star hotel. The nice thing was that breakfast was served till 12:00 with the occasion of Easter days, and also fun for kids searching for Easter chocolate eggs!

Some refreshments, at least some water, in the room would have been nice to have. Most of the served food was good quality but not much variety. Some things could have also been better. I saw the personel unpacking in front of guests some long shelf life little muffins out of a cartoon box.

The room and location was exceptional for the price. Right in the centre of the city with plenty to explore around. The room was spacious, well furnished and decorated, had a premium feeling to it. The staff were very friendly and professional and did an excellent job.

Our room was overlooking a construction site which was quite unsightly. It was difficult to find the entrance of the hotel and it had a confusing layout outside. I did not see any explicitly vegan options on the meal options but it's possible that I had misread.

The room was excellent, big bad with so comfortable pillows. Everything you need is in the room. The best past is high ceiling in the room. Also, the location is great.

The ventilation in the room is too noisy and cannot be turned off. It's a bit cold in the room and there is no chance to raise the temperature. In the spa, everything was turned off late at night even though it is open until 11 PM. Also, I got a room in the part of the hotel I didn't know is the part of the hotel (white building in the picture). It's a bit disappointing, but I liked the room.

The prime location of the hotel made me book this in the first place and I felt it's worth booking it. I have booked for 3 people for a span of 2 nights and The rooms even though not having a balcony but provided were big and are super sufficient. Would recommend for sure to be given a try.

There are 2 buildings where the rooms are being allocated and if they are given in the building right to the reception it's hard to find the lift and we felt it like a maze which is like never ending and even for entry we had to come to main entrance and then only can enter the building lift.

The location is great - very central. The rooms are huge and the decor is really quirky. The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful.

There can be quite a bit of noise on summer evenings when people seem to gather outside the hotel until very late into the night. What would make this a really great hotel are a couple of small touches- such as providing hand wash as well as shower gel which would have meant we didn’t have to keep moving the shower gel from the shower to the washbasin. And maybe a free bottle of water in the fridge would be nice.

Absolutely spotless, modern facilities and very very spacious rooms! Friendly staff, and great location for Phillips stadium, main transport hub and Eindhoven central areas! The beds were exceptionally comfortable with good facilities in the room also. We have stayed in many places around Europe and although this place was at the top end of our budget it was still fantastic value for money and one of the nicest we have stayed in!

Vending machines were a bit overpriced, the hotel is huge so can see why people have issues with it being a maze as lifts only serve certain floors in certain areas of the hotel but it was hardly rocket science.
