We had a magnificent host. Every day he replenished soft drinks and coffee capsules. We were suprised with local sweets, soft cheese, wine and similar. Place was made with high quality interior and decorated with original painitings and bronze sculptures. We found it exceptionally clean as well.

Not actially disliked but need to be mentioned. Washbasin was in the bedroom on the second level. Toilet, and bathroom were attached to the bedroom as well. If the four occupants are not close to each other it may be disturbing to the couple, sleeping upstairs. We were perfecly fine with this but having a tiolet on the first level would be more confortable.

We were in town for business, and this accommodation was perfect for our half-week trip. Located in an old picturesque red brick neighbourhood, we enjoyed walking each morning and admiring the old historical houses. Also, since we also had business in Rotterdam, the fact that we were close to the train and bus station helped us a lot. Really quiet area, very clean home and a very helpful host. Each day we found new treats prepared for us, and the host also refilled the mini bar every day. We had a great time, and we would totally recommend it.

A room with a direct entrance from the street (that was great, because we didn't worry at what time we will go out or come back). Quiet street and at the same time at a very central place (walk distance from bus station, from railway station, from the restaurants, from everything :) Freek is amazing guy! He welcomed us with a smile, he explained everything, so there were no questions to ask him! Every day we were pleasantly surprised with different treats in the room 😊😍 The minibar was daily loaded too (thanks, thanks, thanks Freek!) Everything was perfect! We will choose to stay there again, for sure, next time we visit Eindhoven.

Great and very large breakfast with a lot of options for drinks. Everything in the house seem to be designed for maximum convenience. 10 minutes of walking to the city centre. Overall a very pleasant experience!

There weren't any significant things that we didn't like. One thing to mention is that we had a two-story apartment, so if you don't want to go up and down the stairs, then probably don't go for that specific apartment. But for us it was fine and fun!

This is hands-down the most wonderful place I have ever had the pleasure to stay in for vacation. 10/10, there is literally NOTHING that can be improved. 1) The host is a kind, reliable person, that did maximum to make us comfortable. The nicest guy! 2) The location is a gorgeous residental street away from the main avenue, calm but still not far from the center (10 min slow walk maximum). 3) The room had a fantastic design, it was quiet despite being part of a family house, comfortable with a giant bed, everything was working perfectly and it was cleaner than me. 4) The minibar service is a dream came true, literally the best service I have seen in accomodations across Europe. The breakfasts are on another level entirely, I am not a breakfast person but I was enjoying them immensely. 5) Bonus evening snacks were absolutely great when we arrived back after a long day! 6) Despite the luxury, the price was actually one of the cheapest available in Eindhoven. Unbelievable. I almost feel bad writing this review, because I want to keep such a gem for myself, but I also want the Hof to be appreciated and get a 10 star rating. If you could book here and you wouldn't, you would be making a great mistake!

Nothing, literally nothing. The first time I stayed somewhere and there is literally nothing I missed or wanted different. Maybe that I can't live there forever! :)

Everything was amazing. Clean and silent room with separate entrance. Great location (very pretty neighborhood). Very friendly host. Nice breakfast, that is served right to the room. Also, the bar is included in the price, with water, zero-sugar soda, and a few alcohol options. As well as a coffee machine and tea cattle. To my pleasant surprise, there were also some snacks left after the room cleaning.

This is by no means a negative comment, just a suggestion! Since breakfast is served in the room, it would be nice to have a list of options or preferred foods (for example, swipe cheese with more eggs). I realized that I could just ask about it on the spot, but was too busy, so having a preference note or something like that would be great.

Everything! Location was an easy walk to the train station as well as from the city center, so getting around was so convenient. The host was incredible and had a different little surprise for us every night when we got back to our room: (Cheese plate, candy bowls, stroop wafflles) The bed was extremely comfortable and had equally cozy bedding. Everything about this place was great.

Our host was extremly kind and attentive. We could check in a bit earlier, because we arrived earlier to Eindhoven, so it was really nice of him that we could put our bags earlier into our room. My wife is gluten allergic and Mr. Freek made her perfect and delicious glutenfree breakfast every morning. He also helped us find anything in the city. All in all I can really recommend this place for your staying in Eindhoven, it is in the city centre, the host is perfect, so 10/10!

Great host, private parking and beautifully decorated apartment. Breakfast was nice! The location is perfect, about 15 mins walking distance from the city center.

Operating locks to the Garden gate and main door is a bit tricky... and extremely soft mattress (not suitable for spine/back pains)

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The hospitality was outstanding, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture of offering the mini-bar beverages. The accommodation is well located, making it a good choice for exploring Eindhoven. Highly recommended!
