Very well located in the campus of Twente. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel has parking spaces. The breakfast was very good.

I would prefer more vegetables for the breakfast (salad, fresh peppers).

The location isn’t very well if you want to go to city center of Enschede with bus.

A bit tricky to reach since on a Campus but it has a big parking yard directly in front so very convenient from that point of view. Young and friendly staff, nice restaurant with tasty food and modern dishes. International breakfast at fair price. Big room with Nespresso machine and water boiler incl. tea - and: huge windows with an unbeatable view at night.

Hotel was located very conveniently for us as we are parents of the student who will study at Twente University and stay at Plaza residence which is located in the same building as the hotel. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor which has quite good food but a bit expensive. Hotel is located in the new building, up to all modern standards. Rooms are clean and spacious with all necessary amenities. Staff are welcoming and friendly helped us with all our requests. Excellent breakfast with hot meals, selection of omelets. We stayed in a Comfort Twin Room, it was clean with A/C, tea and coffee maker, TV, etc. Beds were big and comfortable; bathroom was ok with all toiletries.

Location might not be very convenient who visit Enschede not because of Twente University as you need to travel with bus for 20 minutes to get to the center of the city. Bathroom has no door between the shower and the rest of the room which makes the floor wet when someone takes the shower.

I have very good memories of this hotel. Excellent design, location near the campus, excellent bus connection from the train station. Fantastic people work at the reception, very accommodating, friendly and kind. The food was absolutely great. I liked the restaurant space the most, where you could have breakfast in peace. The spacious room was absolutely the best with a large and comfortable bed with a fabulous view. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Conveniently located in the campus of University of Twente. The room met all requirements, very clean and comfortable. We had a very good breakfast, with quite some options.

It would have been nice to have more water in the room or some possibility to buy extra at hand (maybe it exists but I have not seen it). The restaurant was available for dinner, the food was great, but it is fancy and expensive. I do not know if the style matches the average guest.

Amazing location for attending exams in UTwente - near the Library and the Supermarket on Campus. Decent bang for the buck considering the location. Quiet and clean with polite and helpful staff. The hotel is very quiet and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The cleaning staff changes the sheets and toiletries every day. The bathroom has a built-in hair dryer so that you can travel light. If I have to go again, I will definitely choose this hotel over other marginally cheaper ones. I have lived in Enschede for quite some time and the hotel's location is probably in one of the quietest places possible at the UTwente campus and probably in the entire city. The hotel can also be entered after midnight with the room card, which makes it very convenient in case one wants to study in the library until midnight during the week or perhaps go partying during the weekend. The check-in and out process is also very quick and undemanding, leaving extra time for packing and unpacking

The rooms with odd numbers are a little more cramped than the rooms with even numbers. The difference is not substantial, the bigger room just has a bit more empty space around the window which is not particularly usable, it just provides a feeling of spaciousness. Apart from that, the rooms, view and location were exceptional. If you are extremely picky about silence, the room has constant sound coming from the ventilation system, regardless of whether the air conditioning is turned on or off. Still, the noise is easily blockable with an earplug and is not annoying without one.

I booked this hotel because I had an event at the university, but I think it is actually a great option for any destination in the wider area of Twente. Beautiful surroundings, very nice interior design, great views, large rooms, and you get the academic campus vibe as a bonus. Highly recommended.

Just a few minor minor points. The breakfast felt not 100% fresh on Sunday morning. Microscopic cleaning details here and there. The elevator is very slow for impatient people.
